TVs are all newer than I’ve seen elsewhere. The bathroom was actually clean with soap dispensers in every shower. Haven’t seen either!! Plenty of lockers and for another 1st 4 count then 1,2,3,5 FULL sized handicap lockers!!!!

I’d know! I’m handicapped. Black Card was the best ever. All different equipment was balanced out in its own section!!

The place was always clean and the staff was always respectful and kind when entering and exiting the building that is so important in business development that goes beyond just building rapport. Sadly, i have to change my review after an unfortunate incident with a young man working there. It was so disrespectful and just plain rude, he dicedide to roll his eyes and just turn his back at at me after masplaining that since I'm laying down, what i was asking for was a hydrobed and not a hydrochair. It was so silly, and he just acted so annoyed that i was requesting him to move a finger. I reached out via email to management and no one ever replied. I considering stop going all together and now I'm considering just canceling my account since i no lomger feel emotionally safe there.

And God forbid we talk about the volume of the music, everyone is just readjusting headphones because it is extremely loud, to the point of leaving with headaches. But this is not every day, so I'm not sure who conaiders this level is acceptable. It is so loud that even the staff at the front desk can't hear whatever the customer is saying.

All the answers for teviews request for users to reach out to management, i have and have got no response whatsoever. So sad as this is so close to me, but for the price and the nasty experience, I'd just say let's go to la fitness. There, at least motovated for the sales, the customer service is on point and the space is a lot more comfortable.

Overall an okay club. Music a little too loud for 4AM, but that's what headphones are for.

I don't appreciate the snobs they sometimes hire to work the counter. Today the attendant was extremely rude when I mentioned to her that there wasn't any cleaning solution for the massage chairs/hydro massage tables.

I was given the impression that the best thing I could do was to just leave it dirty. With MY sweat, which is no treat for anybody. I just wanted to clean my filth off the massage table, I didn't need the attitude.

Why do we pay more for these services when the attendants make it difficult to access them? If it's not standing there for sometimes 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and give me permission to use the massage tables, it's getting a major 'tude when asking for some tokens for the chairs or even when asking TO CLEAN MY OWN MESS. Not good, PF. Doesn't make a paying customer feel very good at all.

Just started going to this specific gym about a month and half ago. A week ago I noticed spots on my neck and stomach went to the doc and turns out to be ring worm and spreaded it to my wife. I pay attention more closely to those working out and notice most people DONT wipe the equipment. One worker in the morning likes to workout himself instead of cleaning and he to is one of those that doesn't even wipe down the equipment. The other lady working the morning lazily mops. She just walks back and worth dragging the mop. It's wild how dirty and gross this place is.

I've now been a Black Card member for two years. I've never been late before and have a secondary form of payment, this month it was not even attempted and I was charged a late fee. I should not be charged a late fee unless both payments failed. I've attempted to speak to manager, e mail them and as well as stop by their office and call a few times. All I've received so far is the run around. Two weeks have passed and they have not even available to me, returned my email or calls. I am a no nonsense person so I immediately cancelled my membership and now they won't do anything at all. They have just the worst customer service. This is not a valid charge and I should not have to take it.

This place has terrible customer service, they charged me a late fee, even thought I have secondary payment on file which was never attempted and they refuse to take responsibility saying it’s not them who caused the issue, it was their system. They have no customer service number, no corporate, and no billing contact. They are whom should take care of this a refuse to do so. I’ve called my membership to lack of service and unfair practices.

Great club, nice atmosphere and friedly members. Sometimes the ladies at the desk in the morning seem very annoyed at being asked anything.

Yesterday I asked to use one of the HydroMassage tables and the lady seemed as though I was bothering her to ask. Sometimes you have to stand at the desk for 5 minutes before one of them even appear so you can ask at all.

It has me considering downgrading to a regular membership just so I don't have to bother them anymore about the massage chairs or any of the other perks I pay extra for. Very nasty, bad for business.

Called to speak with management at this store 8/13/25 12:30 to cancel my membership the lady manager I spoke with was not helpful and super rude,she said I had no choice but to pay cancellation fee or call my bank to block charges and eventually my account will go to collections ,rushing to get me off the phone to the point where I just wanted to pay and be done with planet fitness I tried to pay the cancellation fee online and it wouldn’t let me so I called back multiple times to get no answer called the planet fitness on Watson Rd to see if they could help me.I spoke with Jessiah not only was his customer service great he actually made me keep my membership and just change locations he was able to freeze my membership while I’m going through financial difficulties…I feel as customers spending our money we shouldn’t have to deal with rude people especially managers who don’t care about the members…i wouldn’t recommend you to join this club and this is not my first bad encounter with this location..

This is a great planet fitness. It has all the equipment you need for a good workout. And it’s not very busy during the morning and lunch hour. It gets a little busy after 5 o’clock, but a lot of gyms are like that. I like to go on my lunch break. Definitely check it out.

If you advertise that you're open at 6:00, perhaps you should open at 6:00. I've been here for over an hour and no one has showed up to open the doors. Very disappointed.

I have been a member here since about mid August and so far I have no complaints. The staff are friendly and welcoming when walking in. They actively clean the facilities and restock the cleaning paper and sprays when needed. It can get a little busy after 5 pm on weekdays but early to mid afternoons are my preferred times and it's not usually busy.

Gym looks clean but honestly not worth going to. Why pay for a black card when they close this location so early? There are only three stair master machines (one doesn't always function) so you have to wait a long time until you get to use one. This is a really popular machine, I don't understand why they would only add a couple and yet add many elliptical machines (which are always empty when I go). Seems like a waste of space. Also, I tried using a black card amenity at the end of my workout and was denied due to them almost closing even though it was 20 minutes before closing so I rushed my workout for nothing. I also went when there were no paper napkins in stock so you know the equipment was dirty all day and it was a bummer not having anything to wipe the sweat off your face. Love planet fitness but overall, this is a pretty bad location. Can't recommend.

It's a good gym I talked to a lot of people in the gym the atmosphere was good but the manager Allen was not cancel my membership and kick me out of the gym because he said I kept slamming the dumbbells really loud which I wasn't and he also said I intimidated and scared first time gym goers and they didn't come back because of me which I don't believe because I'm 16 and I always smile and motivate other people Allen never liked me he came off as rude and uptight for no reason he's a bad manager and personally I think you need to get a better manager who has better atmosphere for the gym cuz he's not only a manager but he's a gym manager

Also I offered to talk to the people that he said I intimidated and shows on that I am a normal person who just likes to work out

I have been a loyal black card member for 6 months now and the long term full time staff have always been the best, amazing attitude and tend to the gym and keep it 1,000x wayyyy cleaner than the 75th Ave location. There is a new manager Alan and now we can't use the massage chairs for more than 10 minutes? Why? Do they pay you more Alan for denying an extra 5 minutes? This gym is clean but the machines and equipment need upgrades and TLC!

Well since I can’t leave a new review all I can do is delete my last review and write a new one…so I had an amazing workout as usual.. ready to go hit the massage chair as I usually do and here go Allen telling me it’s a new rule that I can only get 2 coins then I have to get up and go get 2 more…I think management should train all employees to be on the same page..like damn why would you make a person get up for 2 coins when I always just get 4 so I can get my 20 mins in and leave…this is very inconsistent …by the time I get up I’ll rather just head to a different gym where I’ve never had this problem…I can see if the gym was super pack…but it’s totally the opposite…what a horrible experience!!!this gym trash

I started coming to this gym regularly since it opened, and I love the staff and the growing community of regulars. I have not had one bad experience coming here as everyone is very nice and supportive. My one and only gripe is the fact they are changing the hours from 24 hours Monday-Thursday back to 5 AM - 10 PM. Only roughly 5 to 6 months ago (it feels) did they just begin doing 24 hours just to take it away. That is just unfair to those who are finding themselves utilizing that 24-hour time frame and reestablishing themselves, especially since it wasn't offered to begin with when the club opened, so some people might not have been fully aware who started when the club first opened. Aside from that, everything is lovely, and perhaps a few gym equipment could get some TLC, but hopefully, that comes in due time.

Went to this location because my usual location was closed. (Apparently they are getting new equipment) It was around 7:30-8 It was the most crowded i have ever seen a planet fitness. That isn't why I am giving 3 stars. I will also note that it was incredibly clean. I am giving it 3 stars because though the equipment is like new, I think that had something to do with it's performance. I might be wrong and it could just be because it is different than the other two locations I have been to recently. But the equipment felt very dimensional and stoic. Like I couldn't seem to find a good weight or angle to properly get a workout in on a majority of the machines. And they just felt kind of stiff or like they needed to be greased up. Won't be back. Sorry.

It's been over 6 months since my last return here for medical reasons then walking in being greeted by "Ivette" may I say amazing person approachable in every way makes you feel welcome with her cute and humble smile.
