my opinion of this place has really declined solely based on the staff alone. the equipment is great but the help is poor. they are either completely congregated talking to each other at the front desk not paying attention to anyone coming in, or coming to the desk or they're just rude to the people coming to the desk to ask questions. it didn't used to be like this back in June/july. The team was great. The gym was always clean and someone was ALWAYS doing something. There's a few staff members i can name specifically off the top of my head that were great. The new ones i don't really even care to get to know because they don't have a welcoming attitude. Don't get me wrong I completely get being awkward and having bad days or even just anxiety but it's not any of those. It's just bad attitudes. I mean you can't even get a welcome in or a have a good day anymore and that's just common courtesy at any establishment.

I’ve been a member here for a while and used to love the atmosphere, but lately things have gone downhill. Management feels unprofessional and the vibe isn’t as welcoming as it used to be. There’s been noticeable staff turnover, and the place just feels tense. Also, it’s strange that the manager seems to be living out of a van in the parking lot… it doesn’t exactly give the best impression for a professional business. I am not happy right now. When I signed up. NO ONE informed me of an annual fee for the gym. My bank account just got hit for $53 with no warning. Im not opposed to fees but you have to explain that to your members. When I called, I was told there was no managers available until next week. So now the money i needed for this weekend is gone and my plans are falling through.
When you have an unhappy member, you dont speak to them like you dont care and you dont hum happy little tunes while doing things. Im honestly more upset becasue the person on the phone clearly could care less. I will most likely be ending my membership after this. This was the final thing from this location. Do better guys.

I travel a lot. Been to a few different PF locations. For some reason, there was a hiccup getting my account un-frozen. I want to thank the owner for allowing me to workout and use the gym, and I especially want to recognize Cassidy for her help resolving the issue. Cassidy went above and beyond what most people would do for someone else this day and age and she did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Cassidy got it all figured out and she spent more than a few minutes resolving my issue on my behalf.

This facility is clean, and the employees care. They have upgraded versions of massage chairs and have a cryo chair that gets COLD.

My only teeny tiny complaint would be there aren't any towel hooks at the showers. But that's a simple fix. Otherwise, the professionalism, cleanliness, and the fact that they have other types of machines in the Black Card Spa in addition to tanning beds and red light therapy make this gym very nice and just what most people are looking for when considering value for the cost of membership.

The employees have inappropriate conversations within earshot of the clients. The facilities lack cleanliness. I have heard a male and a female employee, at different times, arguing about not wanting to clean the facilities within earshot of those working out. The employees behave as though they are in Jr High and are doing us a favor. Everything rolls down hill and until they hire an experienced manager, who knows how to manage their staff and requires responsible and professional behavior from them, i will not return. This is a small town and I will be encouraging my friends and co-workers to go elsewhere.

As a Vanlifer, this was the worst shower I've ever had. Water got kinda warm at the end, otherwise cold. Wife is epileptic, guy upfront denied her service animal in training, and she had a SEIZURE in the shower. I had to stay in van with dog and we didn't catch the seizure until she came back out.

This is a pretty small gym with a big parking lot. They allow ZERO overnight parking. I was not acknowledged the entire time I was there. Coming/checking in and leaving with at least two people standing at the front talking to each other. The middle shower worked the best with pressure and temperature. There is absolutely nothing to hold your bag or towel off the floor.

As a semi-truck driver, I was/am THOROUGHLY impressed by this Planet Fitness & I’ve been to many! First and foremost, it’s in the middle of Nowhere 😂, it’s semi-truck friendly, and the inside has sooo many new spa options! I tried everyone except one but overall, THEY DESERVE THE BIGGEST MEDAL FOR CLEANEST FACILITY!

Personally, I think planet fitness has been the greatest addition this town has had in a while. I’m always greeted with awesome smiles by the night shifters (Brandon & Garrett). So many machines to work out on. Some nights are super busy but I always make it work. The girls restroom is always clean when I go in. If you’re looking for a cool gym to go to that won’t break the bank every month, this is your place!

The environment makes you feel like they don't even want you to try. They have limited options for free weights, a LUNK alarm which basically judges people who go to the gym to actually try and limited amenities. All the "motivational writing" on the walls is basically just dont judge eachother. It's a place where competitiveness goes to die and that's why I canceled my membership 3 hours after I got it. The staff doesn't really seem to care about anything. If you like to lift and get into shape, I wouldn't waste your time here. You're better off taking pre workout and lifting rocks in your backyard.

The absolute worst gym and not just planet fitness but this location is the absolute worst. A lot of the staff is stuck up teenagers wanting to find ways to kick you out. They always make you feel unwelcome…, and “NO JUDGMENT ZONE” the staff does nothing but judge and not just to themselves they make you feel it too. Planet fitness General Manager states they do not provide "special treatment" of members or employees undergoing abuse, discrimination, safety concerns or disabilities whether emotional or physical. They state all accommodations as this falls under "special treatment will not be adhered to under ADA law protection and policies will remain in affect above such laws regardless of advertisement of adherence to such laws listed on their direct website.

Why do they not have squat cages or barbells? I do not understand this concept. I really want to be a customer of planet fitness. Sadly, for many, it'll forever be doomed to the ranks of "the gym that'll tide you over until you can find somewhere to actually work out." I love so much about planet fitness but this is a deal breaker for me and probably thousands of other prospective members. I was a member for years but then they nixed all barbells. Let me ask you something planet fitness corporate office. What do basically all effective and accredited strength training routines have in common? A BARBELL. Planet fitness does not want you to show up. Planet fitness wants you to pay and forget you have a membership. They don't want members who actually work out or they'd have the most important part of anyone's workout routine.

So I told the location about the lack of effective and cheap workout equipment. I was told. "Yeah they don't do bar bells. We get asked all the time."
Yeah, you're definitely building a compelling argument that you actually want your customers to show up or that the equipment options have anything to do with the local staff.

I canceled my membership the day before an auto debit (2/17/2024) occurred which gave me a full month before the cancellation went into effect. One week later my membership was canceled and my ap on my phone no longer had a membership associated. Spoke with the attendants at the front desk and they agreed with me that the membership should have gone to March 17th 2024 and could not explain why it was canceled early. Ask to speak to the manager (Preston) and was told he would be in later that day and the attendants said they would relay the message to him and have him call when he got in. No call came and had to physically go to the gym again to speak to him. Due to the lack of service my wife is now canceling her membership as well.

I very much enjoy this gym. They have a large selection of equipment and various machines to work out with. This gym covers the basics of what you would need to get your fitness on. After my workout, I enjoy the hydro massage chair and the wellness pod. It would be nice if people cleaned their machines after they used them, though. Many do, but also many do not.

Nice clean gym, especially for newbies and the not-so-serious bodybuilders. Planet Fitness is very clean and very welcoming. It's a great place to stay fit...
I just wish they add a bench press, heavier weighted dumbells and a couple of long barbells which are not attached to cables.... real 'free weights".
Anyhow, I'm far from Arnold size and shape and since it's been 35 years since I was John Handsome or John Ripped and I'm enjoying myself and bringing my wifecwith me at no charge with my Black Card Membership. Great job guys!

Always clean. Professional, helpful, non-judgemental and friendly staff. Nice machines. Lots of tvs and and machines. Bathrooms are nice and showers are warm. The black card membership is worth it alone for the massage and hyrdo 👍 Good cost for a nice and comfortable gym.

Meh. Lots of rules if you love that. They close early on weekends but are open 24 hours on the weekdays- so that's weird. Idk I was excited, but now I'm just glad they have tanning.

Great gym! Super clean, lots of machines to choose from. Hydrochairs are so cool! Super friendly staff, very welcoming environment. Nice restrooms and lockers. Tanning, massage chairs, this place is great! Super affordable also.
