Ever since they got new management this place sucks. KAYLA is so unprofessional and has no business being in a leadership role. She hung up in my face, is never available, and had the nerve to just tell me "I'll see if someone else can call you, cause we're not getting anywhere" yeah because you don't know a thing about customer service or resolution!! Ridiculous. They have charged me multiple times and multiple late fees when they never drafted from my bank! This place is a nightmare to deal with ever since they let "KAYLA" take over.

The gym itself is clean. Clean locker rooms etc. There have been several time that the cleaning stations are empty and I've let someone at the desk know with no reaction. Equipment is always down and not just down for a day and back up I'm talking the same leg machine has been down for the 11 weeks. And others for a few at a time. When it rains machines are moved and there are buckets all over the floor. Several tvs are down. When sent a "How are we doing" survey I was honest. I pointed these things out and in addition to that they have Fox News going 24/7 which is annoying on its own. I suggested maybe less news or maybe something a little less bias. I received an email back from a manager at the gym stating it was matinence's fault the equipment wasn't repaired and that corporate picks the stations.

This place has new managers KAYLA and CODY. They are both NO help! I have been with PF for 10 years and canceled my membership because of their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help! Customer service told me my $50 "annual fee" would be taken out in August. It tried to come out in June and I explained I can't pay it and to please push it out to what the Customer service rep told me! Kayla kept giving the run around saying call back and Cody said he would call me next day with an answer. NO CALL and they charged me anyway $60 the next week! I never had an issue with this place until they took over! This gym is garbage! They both dont have the attitude to run a gym and KAYLA even had the nerve to hang up in my face. Stay away from this TRASH GYM!

I've been going here consistently for a few months, they got new management recently and yhe only good staff member was transferred, meanwhile the new ones sit on their phones at the front desk every morning im in except for one of them, half of the leg machines I went to use today have out of order signs on it, and there doesn't seem to be as much cleaning going on. Before at least every other morning I'd see the previous only good staff member walking around cleaning and refill the cleaning station (ger name was abby). The only good employee now is the morning black girl (idk her name) but shes the only one I've seen clean and is attentive meanwhile the others just sit on their phone and barely acknowledge their customers smh its gone down hill past month or so since the new management came in.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I cancelled my account in February, I had to physically go into the location to cancel, which was hard to do, due to my pain.
Then they had a new person, do my "cancellation"...
I signed the paperwork...

And thought I was done...

NOPE!!! Still charging me $26, plus $45...
I called Corporate, and they send me to the store, so corporate isn't helpful.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Management will not contact you either even after they say that they will. and I figured out the problem, they re-signed me up instead of canceling my account.

Gym needs better upkeep! I know you can’t keep an eye out for everyone, but many gym goers are inconsiderate and not clean the machine after used. There’s is no enforce policies how many equipment you can use. This one bald head dude with facial hair that comes in the gym daily in the morning takes up 5-6 equipment at one time.

Best location in the West Valley. It looks clean, smells clean, the people at the front desk actually greet you, and it’s never too crowded. It also feels twice as big as other locations. Highly recommend this location! You can tell it is well managed. The one on Cotton Lane is closer to me but I rather make the drive to this location instead.

My first gym membership ever and my first time setting foot in a gym since a weight lifting class in college around 40 years ago. It was a little intimidating to take the first steps in the door, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Right outside the locker room was a long row of open treadmills. I know how to operate a treadmill so that was my first stop. I walked for a mile while surveying the rest of the equipment and the people. Everyone seemed pretty zoned in on what they were doing and not caring that this old man on the corner treadmill looked and felt out of place. From there, I walked around a little while taking a closer look at the equipment. Most of it was stuff I'd never seen, but it had a couple of pictures on it to point out the proper use and a QR code that would play a video showing proper use. Within 40 minutes of stepping in the door, I no longer felt like I didn't belong there. Then I made the mistake of trying one of their hydromassage chairs. I'm just going to have my mail forwarded there. Overall, a very satisfying visit that I would recommend. Not once did anyone there make me feel out of place. That was all in my head.

5-5-24 Still love this place. I have noticed a lack of timely maintenance and repair. Today three of the five recumbent bikes were out of service....two to three has been consistent for weeks! Often the weight machines are not repaired in a reasonable time.
Maintenance of the towel dispensers is sometimes lacking.
I live in SCW. We have four fitness centers (quality). PF is far superior and hope to remain a member.

I go every day with the exception of Sunday’s. I usually start out on the treadmill for thirty minutes and move on from there and I’m there for 45 minutes to an hour. My complaint's are that there aren’t any punching bags, there isn’t anyone to conduct aerobic exercises, people are often sitting on machines on their phones and people often don’t wipe down the machines after use.
I don’t blame the employees because they do a wonderful job of greeting you when you come in, checking you in, answering any questions and concerns you might have and they have also been kind enough to take a little time to take a picture of me after my workout to send to my niece to show my progress. I’ve lost 103 pounds.woohoo. I certainly hope you don’t come down on the employees because of some of the things that I have said because that would just show that you don’t really care about what’s going on, only that you want to delegate blame without coming in yourself to investigate. Oh, and what happened to the board with the joke for the day? 🤔 And why is there only one new treadmill?!? Hmmm! Cmon PF you boast about your fitness club so back it up!

Honestly, I looked around for different gyms for AWHILE before I decided to give Planet fitness a GO. I can say I’m SUPER happy with this place, it’s always clean, people are friendly and keep to themselves/clean up after themselves. I love the accessibility of 24/7 throughout the week, (even if I go early in the morning😂)

I decided to get a membership in 2019. Used it a couple times until I found out I was pregnant. I have been requesting to cancel multiple times and every way I was told to by employees and here I am 2 years later still getting charged. Not happy with this.
