Where is the VETERAN parking? My Planet Fitness has 3 spots, and most have a couple. I guess Tucson doesn't care. Don't get me wrong, I love the plate weighted machines. I also love a good hacksquat and a good seated calf machine. But where is the plated leg press now? You could get rid of that fifth Smith machine and put a weighted leg press over there. And two back extension machines seriously? Why don't you have any music? Every Planet Fitness I have gone to (12+ now) has music playing. What they really need is a larger space, but they've been here for years so I guess that's not doable.

I know no judgement is important but not to the point of letting people come in an use it as a dog park. Two users came with their dogs, one of them an elderly person didn’t look like was working out more like just hanging out with the dog and both dogs were barking all the time

I absolutely love this gym, the workers and other customers who go there are all some really great people that make it feel very welcoming. The only thing I don't like is the time limit on the massage chairs, however it is definitely worth getting a black card membership to be able to use those as well as the tanning room and the red light room. They also have tons of machines all with different barcodes on them that tell you how to use it properly.

I really like the gym and the staff is amazing very helpful courteous and motivating especially Scott. I've forgotten my bike lock and Scott let me bring my bike inside and kept an eye on it while I worked out. I've had flat tires and he helped me find a way to fix it. they are always super friendly and available to answer any questions and help me with anything I need help with.

I first would like to say that every staff member I've come across has been a very nice motivating and friendly
But Liam the othet day went above and beyond with being kind and patient with me.
The new treadmills for some reason, I was just not able to mesh with. One of them wouldn't turn on at all for me. The second one the speed kept increasing, most likely something I did. And each time I asked Liam to help me. With no hesitation, big smile, positive energy and eager to help me. He even got on the treadmill for me and demonstrated very patiently how to use it. And then he even let me get on the treadmill and he waited till I was comfortable enough for him to walk away. I saw him a day later and he came over and spoke to me. What a kind person he is, thank you.

My first exposure was last Sunday where it was attended by few and most of the workstations you wanted were available. However, I was a member here before and it just simply got way too crowded. At the beginning of the year, you don't have a chance to get a workstation. But I also bought the black package this time which allows you to some really nice amenities including hydro massage beds. It was my first experience in a hydro massage bed and I found it right under heavenly. My 4 stars is based on my experience this past Sunday. It would have been a different story if it was based on my experience last time I was a member at the same gym.
