This is something I had written to the owner of PowHERhouse Fitness: (Today is 60 days sober! Emotionally I feel like I'm only two days sober but I guess that's just because of the vulnerability of emotions. I just wanted to text you and express my gratitude for your program. Kelly is an amazing trainer. She is both motivating and encouraging, and helps push me to reach my goals. The gym has a really good atmosphere compared to the big gyms, especially to start from the very beginning. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the best way to develop muscle safely, with proper form, control and healthy habits. I feel so much stronger and surprise myself daily while doing activities that were more strenuous before. So thankful.

I came to Kelly not knowing anything about lifting. She has been amazing at guiding me through all of the movements, making sure I’m doing them correctly and using the right amount of weight.

While Kelly will push you to do your best, she’s not a bully like other trainers can be and won’t try to get you to do more than your body is ready for.

I love the small class size and the camaraderie among the ladies. I’ve been coming here for about 5 weeks now and can’t imagine lifting with Kelly and the ladies at PowHERhouse not being part of my normal routine.

Who knew working out, becoming stronger, could be fun! Showing up is the hardest step but once you do.... you look forward to it every Monday through Thursday. Having help and guidance from Kelly, the fitness instructor, to ensure proper form and the correct weights is key to my success. So glad it's located here in Oro Valley/ Catalina.

I'm hooked. Addicted. And it's all Kelly's fault. (She's the owner/trainer and is AMAZING.) I'm a Yoga & Pilates teacher and studio owner. I first joined PowHERhouse to support my new neighbor. But now I'm hooked. I've never really lifted like this and Kelly's guidance is spot-on. She pushes just enough and gets you to test your limits while still taking care not to let you get hurt. The strength I'm building is really complementing my Yoga and Pilates practices as well as showing up in my 'ranch-life' work - moving 120 lb bales of hay, carrying feedbags, saddles, etc. Plus Kelly has helped me tweak my eating habits and nutrition. Try it. But don't blame me when you don't want to stop! Show up for yourself!

I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I joined her gym 11 weeks ago and I am seeing amazing results.
