We are Prescott Fit Body Boot Camp. We specialize in 30-minute weight loss boot camps that challenge the body and deliver results in a positive, supportive atmosphere. Our sessions combine HIIT and active rest along with nutritional guidance.

As a traditional gym girl, I was struggling to find a gym in prescott that fit my lifestyle and kept me motivated. I’m a busy working woman and I wasn’t finding time or motivation to plan workouts or stay consistent. This gym does that for me! I’ve been going for 6 months, feel that I am in the best shape of my life at 34 years old, I’m stronger than ever, have abs I’ve never had before & have accomplished all of that with three 30 minute sessions per week. It’s challenging to your full body, the coaches push you (safely and positively) far more than you will by yourself.

I’ve been working out at Prescott Fit Body Bootcamp for nearly 3 months now (it’ll be 3 months in a week & a half). I used to do yoga and go on walks/hikes for my workout and I had never lifted a weight before coming here, aside from 5-8 lbs in a few Pilates classes. After my first class, I realized I was a lot less strong than I thought I was. I have watched my body become stronger and stronger as each week has gone by, especially my upper body, which was seriously lacking in strength. Every time I come in, I learn a new exercise. The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind people who will guide you when you don’t know what you’re doing. The community is also amazing. If working out in groups isn’t your thing, it wasn’t mine either, until these classes. I’ve realized how motivational it is to be working out with others, especially when they’re all supportive, awesome people. The cherry on top is that the classes are only 30 minutes long. When I’m on the fence about going, I’m just like… “really? it’s 30 minutes of your life… you can give yourself THAT,” and I go every time. All in all, it’s a 10/10 for me and there’s nothing I can possibly think of changing for these classes to be any better.

Absolutely LOVE all the coaches here, and I look forward to my workouts!! This is not some corporate cold gym, and thank goodness!! This place is SO MUCH MORE! If you really want to have fun and work out, have someone there to help answer questions, help with nutrition, meal planning, a place where you feel welcomed, encouraged, and greeted at the door. Then this is your place! You get the support and encouragement from each coach. They offer different plans so anyone can start, and you can bring a friend to try it out! You're worth it!

I love this workout, and I've done it all. Crossfit, Pilates, Pump iron, aerobics, boxing, step, etc. Whats awesome about Prescott's Fit Body Boot Camp is mostly the people. The instructors, Ernie, Greg and Kara are motivating and truly engaged in your success. And the bonds you make with your group! I love that you can go as many times as you want and that they have lots of times slots. 5am! All the way to later evening. Shout out to my 6 am team!! Oh, and did I mention it's only 30 minutes and lots of variety and great music!! You can't not check it out!!

I started going to this gym a few months ago when I was in a bit of a workout rut at my other gym. I've never looked back, the classes are so fun and they go by fast! Coach Greg and Coach Ernie are awesome at what they do. Fit body bootcamp is exactly what I was looking for to re-vamp my regime. I love that I'm able to combine strength with cardio in half the time of a typical work-out. Since I've been coming here I've stayed consistent in my attendance and most definitely have seen results. Love love love this gym!

I was looking for a different challenge after gaining weight as a 68 year old. I’m still athletically active. Got a special New Year’s deal and after 4 workouts I’m feeling that I made the right decision. Challenging & the instructors set up a good workout. I haven’t done the same exercise twice in the week I’ve attended workouts. I’m feeling the growth, pain & pleasure that I was looking for in 2023.

Fit Body is a great place to get a workout. The coaches are supportive and encouraging. Don't let "Boot Camp" scare you as you can modify everything to accommodate injuries but they WILL push you to be your best! My happy place every weekday morning at 6am!

Great location, always very clean, you can do as much/little as you like, but even more importantly is how inclusive this gym is…no judgement, wonderful people who support and encourage each other, fun workouts that are different every day so you never get bored, tailored to your individual needs…music and just an uplifting environment! Prescott Fit Body Boot Camp is amazing! I had been waiting for a gym like this to open in our area for over 2 years. As someone who struggles to come up with my own workouts and struggles to push myself, this gym is a perfect fit for me. The workouts are planned out so I don't have to think about what to do and they are different every day. The workouts are as challenging or as easy as you want to make them depending on how hard you push yourself. This makes it a great fit for people of all ages and fitness levels. The coaches are friendly, motivating, and they are always there to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly to avoid injuries. I truly find enjoyment coming to class each day. And I'm so grateful to have this gym in the quad city area!
