I absolutely love taking classes at Pure Barre! The instructors are all incredibly experienced, supportive, and genuinely friendly. They do a fantastic job of creating a welcoming and motivating environment, no matter your fitness level. The entire staff is warm and helpful, which makes every visit feel like a treat.The workouts are challenging in the best way and always leave me feeling stronger and more energized. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and flexibility since joining.If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add a 6:30 AM class to the schedule—it would be perfect for those of us with busy workdays. Other than that, everything is amazing. Highly recommend!

Pure Barre is not only an amazing work out, it's an amazing community. It's the first time I've been to a group work out class where I haven't felt judged or out of place at all. I tell everyone I know to come take a class with me at Pure Barre because it's such a great workout!!!

I started at this PB location in January 2025 before they got into the new space and this place has changed my life! I have never felt stronger and I love the different class options. It has been so fun to see the new location open and enjoy it!! All of the instructors are great and I also wanted to add that in March I asked Gabriella to pause/freeze my account for the month while I was out of town working and she did so and communicated well with how it would work! I appreciate being able to do that with my job. Highly recommend Pure Barre Ahwatukee!

Billing issue was made right in the end, but took a while to resolve.

Place closed and has not honored our cancellation. So far has charged us two months in a row while closed down! We have not been able to get anyone to answer a phone to get a refund.

Edit after below reply: Posting this got some communications and some info was requested, but we have replied and sent the requested info but are again getting ghosted, it's been a few days now. Will update if we get a response. And we are still being charged monthly!

I was a member of this studio before they moved to their new location. I completed the 3 month obligation according to my contract, and then I sent an email to the studio in October 2024 notifying them of my cancellation. I sent a follow up email in December 2024 and I have heard nothing. I have called countless times, and I have left voicemails. My husband left a one-star review earlier this year to get SOME response. The owner replied on Google. She asked that I forward the original emails directly to her with evidence of the continuing charges. I have done that. Still, I have heard nothing. I have been stonewalled by this company, and as of February 2024, I am still being charged. If the automatic charges go through on March 12th, then I am going to 3 on Your Side. I am done being patient and understanding. I also plan to be vocal on social media (both Instagram and Facebook) if nothing is done.

I have checked my spam folders and my email, and still I see nothing from Gabriella. The owner's response is pure lip service and PR to cover her butt. There is no action. I will call the studio and leave my personal phone number for Gabriella to call back since email seems to be an issue. If I hear nothing by the end of today, then I will go to 3 on your Side. In addition, I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Right after making Edit #1, I tried calling the studio to see if I could speak with Gabriella directly. Interestingly, the phone rang twice and it was Gabriella herself who answered the phone. However, back in October and December of 2024, I called the studio's phone number, and the phone rang several times and went to voicemail. After my initial email back in October, I left messages to follow up and see if I could get my account cancelled and the charges reversed, but my calls were NEVER returned.

In this whole process of trying to reach Gabriella, my husband and I composed a third email in January. The third email was sent from his email address. This is the first email that Gabriella says she received. She calls this email (the one from January 21st) the initial email. That is incorrect. It seems that this business has struggles with receiving email from my email address, but not my husband's. We know it is not because of issues on our end because we have privately hosted email and everything is showing as "sent" with no issues.

After speaking with Gabriella, she has asked me to forward all the communication that I have sent from my email address (this includes emails to the studio and her directly) to my husband's email address. Then, she wants us to send the chain of communication from his email to her email. I will do this as soon as my husband is home. Gabriella has claimed that she will address the issues tonight and refund the charges once she has received the communication from my husband's email. Does this sound like I am being run around in circles to anyone else?? Has anyone else had this issue?? If I get refunded tonight as was promised, then I will update my review to a 2-star.

Gabriella responded to the email sent from my husband's account and has refunded our money. She has said we should see it in our account in 3 to 5 business days. Thank you for this closure! She also claimed that she was not getting my emails because of issues with the server from her parent company. (Pure Barre is a franchise.) I understand technology can malfunction. The lack of response to my emails is understandable for this reason. The lack of response to my calls and voicemails has nothing to do with servers. This is complete negligence. BEWARE if you sign up to become a member with this Pure Barre location. In the past, I had a good experience with the Chandler location and had no issues with cancellation. I would suggest that people DO NOT ENROLL IN AUTOPAYMENTS. I would also suggest that you do a punch pass if you don't want to have the same struggles that I did.

I recently signed up in July and I am very happy that I did. I love the community and the motivation that I am getting from the instructors with all the ladies. I will admit that it is a little on the pricy side, but as someone who has tried the big gyms and tried working out by myself, Pure Barre is amazing. I feel comfortable going there and working out. No judgements. I have done the Align and Classic classes and someone who is working on building their stamina up again. Best classes. So far I have been in Stephanie's classes and she is just the best instructor. I would recommend Pure Barre.

I struggled with getting back into exercise for years. Then we moved to Awahtukee and I found this studio. I went for an intro class and was hooked. They have class time that work for me and they are Such effective workouts and the staff are awesome!! They've become my Pure Barre family and I couldn't be happier! Lift, tone and burn, baby!

Such a great workout! Love coming to this studio! It is truly one of a kind. Love the energy and vibes. The workout is amazing but what I love most is all the different women! Truly a no judgment zone, you will see every different body type and age group and feel right at home with the amazing staff. You have to come in and try this!
