I’ve taken 260+ classes and I still look forward to coming! Each class offers the perfect amount of challenge for me and I know that it’s making a healthy difference in my life! It’s hard to get out of bed in the morning EXCEPT when I know that I’m going straight to Pure Barre! Starting my days off with Pure Barre impacts my productivity and self-esteem for the rest of the day. Physically, I’ve specifically noticed that my arms and abdomen have been more defined since I’ve started. My first class was HARD (even though I’ve been a dancer for 20 years), but now they are much more managable! I love Pure Barre so much that it was a business example I used in many of my MBA essays, haha. There’s so much to talk about from a marketing standpoint that Pure Barre executes so well. I even took my bridesmaids to Pure Barre for my bachelorette party! If taking drop-in classes, then yes, Pure Barre is expensive. But I would encourage anyone to get an unlimited membership and go as often as possible…comes down to like $8/class for me instead of $30. There’s also nothing more satisfying than reaching milestone moments, like completing challenges or hitting 100 and 250 classes. I’m doing the Platinum Barre Challenge for the first time this year (12 classes/month for a year) and that keeps me motivated to keep my health at the forefront. Thank you for everything!!

Pure Barre is by far my favorite workout! This franchise is so well-run, clean, and the staff is so friendly. I am very pregnant with my 4th baby and this has been my easiest pregnancy yet! I've always worked out throughout my previous pregnancies, but doing Barre throughout this pregnancy has made all the difference. It's easy to scale and I can't recommend it enough!

Pure Barre Phoenix is amazing! I stayed in the Phoenix area this winter for a few months and joined this studio for my stay. I had never done Pure Barre before but Kaitlin and her team got me hooked right away. Not only were they welcoming but did a great job instructing me how to do a barre class. I will miss everyone at this studio and will definitely be back next winter!

I love pure barre, and this particular location (with the same owner as the equally awesome Central Phoenix location) is the BEST!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ All of the instructors are very, very kind; they remember your name (so they can personally encourage you throughout the class), and it’s a great community! The classes are fun, fast-paced, filled with great music, and they will definitely get you to break a sweat. I love going to pure barre!! This location gives me one of my favorite parts of the week!!

I have been coming to Pure Barre since 2021, since relocating into the area. Everyone remembers your name and makes you feel motivated and at home. Just when you feel you are adapted to the work outs, they change it up and challenge you once more. There is variations in class time if, as in my case, you only have one time during the day to sneak in a work out. Always clean, prompt communication, and classes always start on time. Everything a 5⭐️ should be!!!

pure barre is a fun and quick way to get your workout in! What I love about pure barre is I can pick between 2 great locations to attend classes and there are several different class styles to choose from. I honestly had no idea what I was getting into when I first joined. I’ve done barre classes in the past but these workouts are truly amazing. You get a full-body workout in 50 minutes, talk about efficiency! After 3 weeks I am already feeling stronger and looking more toned. Also, the instructors are AWESOME!!

PB Phoenix is my happy place! I cannot say enough good things about Kait, Krystal and the staff at PB Phoenix! This is the only workout routine I’ve been able to stay consistent with- coming up on 250 classes here soon and truly can’t imagine my life without it. Pure Barre has done wonders for my mental and physical health. The workouts are challenging, the girls are so encouraging, and I ALWAYS leave feeling better than when I arrived. I cannot recommend PB Phoenix enough ❤️

I love this place!!! I am frequently at their sister location, too, at 7th Street and Missouri. This location has natural light from the in-studio windows, great ventilation, and nice high ceilings. Pure Barre has been life changing for me. When I started coming I was a couch potato and there were times I thought I might not make through the workout. It's been almost a year and a half and I now come 3-4 times a week. I still find the workouts challenging, but I have seen VAST improvements in my strength, endurance, and balance, which is probably the best it's been in my life. I even feel better about myself. The staff are so friendly and supportive, and they will make sure you are actually doing the exercises right. I feel so safe there, especially compared to a gym. The other clients are friendly and fun. There is definitely a great sense of community.

The teachers are nice but the class I went to was filled with mean-girl type women and is really expensive. They also make you buy grip socks if you don't already have a pair even though you are on a padded almost carpet like floor the entire time.

Kaitlin - the owner of the Arcadia location - is completely lovely. The whole staff is sweet and motivating, but Kaitlin is forever my fav instructor. Love these classes! They're HARD. I started taking barre to supplement my pole dancing classes - specifically to help me improve my hip and core strength. They definitely did! Highly recommend as a stand-alone workout routine, or to supplement other activities and target small muscle groups that often get neglected.

Not for everyone. I’m a weight lifter with solid cardio. I started taking barre classes to focus on isometrics (holding positions) and to add movement on my recovery days. After taking 7-8 classes, it’s not for me. The staff are nice and the studio is clean, but I didn’t have a good experience. They offer no variations to the movements during class, and some of the choreography is so difficult and involves so much multitasking to the point of being unnecessary. I also saw no body diversity and I have an idea why now. I’m a 5’9” woman and a muscular size 14. Almost all the class members are tiny women. More power to them!!! But the choreography definitely caters to a specific body type. Today, I was asked to put a tiny handle (not elastic!) around my thigh (it barely got partway up my calf and I’m an average sized woman) and I was given no variation. That was the last straw for me. If you’re thin with a former dance or gymnastics background, great. You might love it. I’m heading back to OTF where they actually adjust the workouts to help you do your best and get the most out of class. So disappointing.
Also, do your homework on the injuries from only doing barre workouts. The workouts are not well rounded. My background is in fitness and personal training. Barre overworks small muscles and underworks larger muscles. It’s a recipe for pain and a trip to the physical therapist down the road. Good luck!

I need workout classes to keep me pushing myself. I’ve done Yoga to kick boxing, weight circuit training to Muay Thai imo Pure Barre is a better work out . It tones strengthens help with balance and muscle discipline. It works small muscle groups as well as large. I have been going to Pure Barre on Indian School for almost a year I have not had 1 disappointing class. Sara and Brianna are exceptional teachers. You workout in a clean studio, and there’s a boutique where you can buy workout clothes.

I loved going to this studio. I found them out via the Mindbody app, as at that time, they had a special going on. The teacher that taught the class is very fit and has a very lean physique which shows that the barre classes do work.
I thought it'd be a lot of flexibility pretty dancing, but I was surprised when it came out to a full-blown core-heavy athletic class. My abs were burning!
The teacher was very patient throughout the class as I was new, and she walked around to make sure everyone had the right form when doing the exercises to avoid injury and to also help you get the most out of each exercise.

I am completely addicted to Pure Barre! I started over a month ago and have already gone 15+ times - in other states too! It doesn't feel like a traditional workout where you dread going or watch the clock. Every instructor I've had has been knowledgeable and upbeat and the music choice is always on point. I primarily go to the Phoenix studio and I love the great energy and sunlight. You will absolutely see your body change and look forward to going to the classes because at the end of the day, it's simply a FUN way to workout and get in shape.

I have gone to 5 classes so far and I love this place! You can really feel the burn in every area of your body. I have a spinal cord injury that causes me to have terrible balance and muscle weakness on my right side and the instructor kindly helps modify if I'm struggling. I have had a variety of Instructors and they are all amazing! The app is great and easy to schedule classes too. I can't wait for my next class! Highly recommend!!! Ps don't give up after your first class! It takes a while to build that muscle so don't be discouraged!!!

Tidy classroom, energetic classes, knowledgeable instructors, and sparkling clean amenities. The only way to make this better would be to maybe have the instructors speak a little bit slower (sometimes they speak too fast, and for English as second-language speakers it can be challenging to follow). Overall a fantastic studio!

I can't believe I'm first to review.
I am not sure whom should be writing this .. me or my DH? .. seriously after trying various forms of exercise over the years this just has to be the best.
The music is great .. the staff are awesome and I am making new friends .. on top of that I am getting into great shape .. OK its pricey but my hubby is happy to pay !!!!!!
