In our program, you will find nurses, doctors, firefighters, law enforcement, military members, and even moms and dads from all over the world, working towards the best version of themselves!
We are actively coaching 160+ clients in about 40 different states and 4 different countries. Pursuit has facilitated 500+ transformations and counting so we have a great deal of experience helping people change their bodies and mindset.
We are based out of Flex House Gym located in Gilbert, AZ where we coach our local clients, however, we train people all over the world via our online coaching
Most people in our program come to us to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, and increase their performance (cardio, strength, flexibility, mobility, etc.)

Stefan helped me overcome my fears and concerns with joining the program. Even after I signed up, I kinda panicked and wanted out before I even started. Stefan took the time to call and talk with me. I’ve been working with coach Ryne at pursuit health for about 3 months and I am officially down 11lbs, BMI down from 26 to 24 and close to 8 inches overall. I came into this program with the goal of placing in the top 3 at an upcoming spartan race and as of yesterday, my 3 mile run is at 28 min, down from 37. I am both physically and mentally stronger than I was back in June and I owe 50% of it to pursuit and coach Ryne.

I’m two weeks into the pursuit training program and I’ve already drop 10lbs. Also feeling better already more energy. I’ve tried multiple diets and weight loss programs. They were semi designed to be an on your own program with none to little accountability. This program I find to be way different. Pursuit is not just for anyone, you go through a screening process to see if your a fit because they actually assign you to a coach. It hey do have other options but having a coach help you along the way and holds you accountable to ensure you hit your goals and not just short term but to help create a new life style

I talked with Stefan twice, you can really tell he doesn’t care about a pay check he cares about his customers health. For personal reasons I did not commit to the program but for anyone that can commit I highly recommend this place. He shared a lot of knowledge and great advice with me for over an hour. This business is top notch and you can tell by the results people have. I was worried about online businesses as well but this place is extremely professional. If I ever am able to commit to something like this I will defiantly be coming here.

Anyone on the fence about this program, DO IT! If you follow the program you will get results and at a very quick rate. At three months I’ve dropped over 23 pounds and I am lifting the heaviest weights I have ever lifted, all while maintaining flexibility and more importantly, no injuries!
The coaches are dialed in with nutrition as well. You will have a custom plan that is easy to follow and it works!
You have nothing to lose but everything to gain!

Started this program six months ago. The team and coaches are very invested in your progress. What I appreciate most is they want the program to be temporary. They want to provide you with the tools and knowledge to begin building your own success. They have many packages and options to best fit your lifestyle. As a first responder my health is extremely important to my job. The better I can perform the better I can serve my city.

I started the program right at the beginning of December clocking in at 245. The program has given me the motivation I needed to get back to the gym daily, and there are a ton of workouts I’ve never tried that are tough but a lot of fun. The whole team at Pursuit has been awesome and supportive. My one on one coach is Ryne and in addition to the workouts he has helped me with nutrition to work towards meeting my goals. We meet at the minimum bi-weekly to discuss what’s working and if I need support with any part of the plan. My energy levels have improved, my relationship with food is really good, and after 2 months I am down 12 lbs and see noticeable results. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year with Team Pursuit brings!

Not one plan is the same between clients.
I watch Mike in person with 5-6 other people and I have seen individualized programs for each of them. Mike cares deeply about his clients’ success.

Since joining pursuit I have officially lost a little over 30 pounds and can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life. I still have a long way to get to my goal, but my coach is so supportive and we will get there soon. Joining pursuit was the best decision I ever made.

I have been working with the Pursuit team and Ryne as a coach for 3 1/2 months so far. I am absolutely loving it. I’m down 20lbs so far and have gained a lot of muscle. Stefan was great to onboard with and get comfortable with what the program would entail. He was not pushy at all which was what sold me. I actually only found out about the program because of a friend’s transformation pictures he posted. The accountability aspect and not having to think about what each gym session would entail are what’s been so great for me so far. I’m a stay at home mom that has been with pursuit since May. I’ve worked with both Rylee and Ryne since joining. I love the program, I’m down 17 pounds with insulin resistance and PCOS and the workouts are awesome. They are challenging but building. My strength has grown and mobility improved The nutrition is balanced and maintainable, no “no carb” or “1200 calorie diets” here. They are all about a realistic and functional approach to fitness you can use for a lifetime. Ryne is always available for questions and very patient and understanding when life gets in the way. The enrolling process for Pursuit was very thorough, and that process gave me confidence that this program was what I had been looking for. They asked me a lot of questions about my goals, schedule, work to make sure that their program was right for me. Every one I have interacted with has been kind, helpful, and well read. Coach Stefan and Coach Chad were right when they said they had a specific coach in mind for me. Coach Ryne gets my goals and even has me video my workout areas so he could see what I had available to work with. The program itself has been my owner's manual on how to make fitness my lifestyle. Coach Ryne, has set up my workouts and nutrition with my goals in mind. He is quick to respond and very interactive. There are videos with every exercise to show you proper form, and they make sense and align with my goals. My energy level and mental health had huge increase within the first week of getting in my workouts and nutrition. There is also a community to interact with and you have access to the other coaches for questions that might be their specific forté. My main goal was to get really strong and out on muscle. I am meeting and exceeding those goals. I am doing exercises that I've never been able to do before and my lower back is rehabbed. I cannot say enough about the staff and program. They are awesome.

I was so skeptical of online coach and programs you see on instagram. Almost like it is to good to be true but man if I can try and explain if you are struggling with “motivation” or “what do I do now” in the gym. These guys are there for you, starting from the top, seriously who gets to talk to “head guy in charge” before you start and throughout your experience. It means a lot when they are bought in on your success as much as you want to be. I told myself I wanted to jumped in with two feet and fully commit because I wasn’t in the right place mentally or physically and these guys are right there with you. They guide you through everything, workouts and nutrition. They provide the biggest thing in my opinion and it’s the knowledge of how to do it the right way. I started 3 months ago and I am down 25 lbs and they are staying off, it is freaking awesome!

This is the first time I have had an online coach and I am very pleased. Coach Bryce and his team have done an incredible job in making me aware of bad habits that I have obtained over the years and how to correct them. I was skeptical about online coaching in the beginning, but these guys are the REAL DEAL. They are really involved in your day to day progress and if something is not working, then they have the answers to rectify the problem. Coming into the program at PHP I had a lot of goals, but not the knowledge to really achieve them. A few of them were to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, have more energy, and eat smarter. I was a mess!! It took an injury to the chest and a visit to a heart doctor to realize just how bad I had gotten. I was feeling awful all the time and couldn't even look at myself in the mirror or in pictures.
I started this program just over 3 months ago. I lost 20 pounds and am going strong. I was skeptical at first. I used to be in shape years and years ago but I had a hard time figuring out what to do to get in shape. Not to mention I had a few extra challenges since I was last in shape (Being 40 and a few injuries later) Part of my was scared to try to start working out in fear of aggravating old injuries.
I was teamed up with Bryce who is amazing. He is patient and is always checking on how I'm doing. I'm on the other side of the country but it feels like he is right there next to me. Any questions I have he answers. He tailor made a workout that fits my hectic schedule, fits around my injuries and around my awful sleep/eating habits. He even helps with nutrition. I have known Stefan for quite sometime now (High School). We've both been back and forth about me starting this program since he has started and I was super hesitant and lazy to be honest. I finally took the opportunity that was presented to me and I jumped at like I always should have. Been in the program for 2 weeks now (out of 12 month program) and I already feel energized and feel stronger than when I was doing my own thing with my own programs I would find online. Being able to communicate with someone about your frustrations or what to do better or how to do better makes a huge difference when that person knows exactly what you need or how to guide you in the right direction. I have been working with Bryce for six weeks and he is awesome. I have done macros for many years but never had a coach that calculated my macros and planned my workouts. I think that makes a huge difference! Bryce’s communication is great and he is super helpful. I love the way he makes me focus on hitting protein and then I can make up the rest of the calories in fat or carbs and I don’t have to be so strict on hitting each individual bucket. I was over here trying to cobble together workouts with only theories of how those workouts would affect my strength and performance and i was spending too much time at the gym with not enough consistency and without the right nutritional plan too. Do yourself a favor and take all the thinking and planning out of your routine and just go with these guys. I promise you will not find coaches with more knowledge in the fitness industry than these guys, so whatever it is you're trying to accomplish, whether it be strength gains, fat loss, or performance. The program itself is relatively easy to follow and super flexible so fits my schedule which was one of the most important things for me since I am usually pretty busy. It is a virtual program but my trainer is always available to me 6 days a week, which is very helpful and convenient- even during a workout session if I have a question I just shoot a text and I get a response. I also love that the one on one sessions and Check ins we get to talk about our week and the progress we are having or issues we might be having as well and give feedback to the trainer who can use that info to help us succeed in the program. Overall- super happy with this and excited to see it through to the end.

I've been working with Pursuit Health and Performance for several months now with Bryce as my virtual trainer. I couldn't be happier. I'm down over ten pounds since I started through a combination of food tracking and exercise. I'm seeing clear results in how I look and feel and other people are taking notice as well. The virtual approach is great in that I do not have to work around someone else's schedule and I like the demonstration videos and other features of the app. Bryce has been wonderful in modifying my work out routines to meet my physical needs such as pre-existing injuries and if the gym I'm going to does not have the equipment that the exercises would need. Unlike the in person trainers at the gym I go to who seem to provide cookie cutter services limited to the session, I like the ability to communicate with Bryce frequently with questions, requests, and needs whenever an issue arises. I'm very happy with the program and excited to see where it takes me!

Tamara has been such an amazing trainer to work with! I cannot say enough great things about her. I was so hesitant to start, as I’ve had a very rocky relationship with fitness and nutrition in the past that’s led me to obsessive food restrictions, exercise as a punishment, and just bad vibes surrounding a “healthy” lifestyle. Fast forward about 5 years after completely giving up on exercise, healing my relationship with food, and learning to trust myself again- I found Tamara. Like I said I was nervous to start, worried I would fall down the path of obsession again. It’s been almost 3 months working with Tamara and I am so grateful to have her on my side. She really listens to me and my goals, doesn’t let me get too far off track or spiral when I think I’m not seeing results, she asks me before every workout how I’m feeling and what my body needs that day, tailoring each workout for me. She’s helping me learn how to eat in a balanced, non restrictive way that empowers me and doesn’t make me fearful of food & the scale. For the first time I’m learning proper form with lifting weights which has made me feel so much stronger, and more confident going in to a gym to workout by myself. Every workout she creates for me is hard and challenging , but not in the way that I want to run away and never come back haha. Tamara has been the best personal trainer I’ve ever had, and I highly highly recommend working with her especially if you’ve ever had a troubled history with fitness like me! I came across Stefan and his fitness coaching through a friend, and decided to give using a coach a try. I had been going pretty regular to the gym, and following the random workout plans that I found on YouTube and various apps, but was not getting the results that I was looking for. When I first spoke with Stefan at the initial consultation, he presented a plan that sounded great and really broke down what the program entails. I had checked on some other plans in the past, and found that they were basically just a "subscribe to a workout" thing, where they just send you a workout that was pulled from a master menu. There was very little actual interaction with the coach, and you really just felt like a number in their client list. This plan was very different....there was a pretty lengthy consultation with Stefan about goals, the plan, and what your overall objectives are. Then, there is another consultation with your actual coach, where you go over exactly what it is that you want to achieve, and they figure out what your options are to get there. In the end, you are making the decisions for where you want to be, and how you want to get there....based on some very honest and real input from the coach. your workouts and exercises are hand-picked by your coach based on your experience level, your goals. You get individually planned guidance on nutrition, and how to track your food to get the best results. You can upload your own videos of your workouts and exercises, and get feedback on your form, effort level, and how to get the most from your workout. The best part of the program is that you have the ability to contact your coach directly ANY TIME! You can direct-message them, and you'll get a response back within a day, often times even less....and you can schedule video conferences and have a real-time consultation about your progress, any changes to your goals, your overall satisfaction...whatever you might want to chat about. Bryce had been my coach from day 1, and in the time that I've been following his programs I've dropped almost 20 pounds to "cut" down, and am preparing to start the next phase to bulk back up with lean muscle. I've made more progress in the last 6 months than I ever did on my own, and it's 100% because I have a knowledgeable person who I can turn to for guidance on movements, goals, diet/nutrition, and an overall program to improve fitness. I've been very pleased the results so far from Coach Bryce, and am looking forward to seeing how much more I can do!

I have a long history with personal trainers and fitness experts and the quality of training that I have received from Stefan and the Pursuit Health and Performance team , has been phenomenal. This is personal training how it’s supposed to be done. I’ve tried many like it in the past, but Stephan’s program is bar FAR the best. He’s not like most of these “flash in the pan” personal trainers who lure you in, take your money and bounce. He’s there with you every step of the way, always available to answer any questions, guide you through your workouts, and, perhaps most importantly, your diet. He tailors everything specifically to your goals, sets up zoom meetings, and even has a WhatsApp group chat so you can connect with all the other members in the program - which is extremely valuable in terms of accountability, encouragement, and even venting if need be. I’ve trained in person and virtually with Stefan for a total of about 6 months so far and cannot recommend a trainer more! So I got out of the military about 3 years ago and have since gained about 30 pounds. So I reached out to a buddy I used to supervise in the air force, who I know I can trust to give me great advice and motivate me to make a positive change towards my health.
