Mimi and Maddy have helped me in the 1.5 years I have been working. As I golfer she has designed workouts that not only help with strength but with mobility. The small group classes have been great. Met very nice people. Overall would recommend !

Thank you for helping me achieve my goal of increased mobility and strength. I started the program as my physical therapy (Knee Surgery) was ending. My goal was to continue to build strength and improve my overall mobility. My previous injuries had depleted my ability to live an active life style. You did a fantastic job listening to my goals and developing a plan to help me achieve those goals. I am now able to live life and be active.

Mimi Quinn , Thank you for all your help this year(2024). Thanks for taking the time to change my workouts every 4-6 weeks and show me how to track my progress. I have dropped from 28% body fat to 24%. That is 8 lbs of fat gone and two inches off my waist in 9 months. Plus, I have added 4 lbs of muscle. I feel great and I sleep great. The Best part is that I have developed the discipline of going to the gym....and liking it! My goal for 2025 is to get below 20% body fat and add another 4-5 lbs of muscle. Your diligence in tailoring the workouts to where I am at in life (59 years old) and teaching me how to pay attention to what I eat have made all the difference. I am so happy that I found you and QUINNtessential Fitness. I think my wife appreciates you even more than I do.....especially my arms! :)

I have exercised and I’ve been very active my whole life, but I have never worked out with a trainer before so I didn’t know what to expect. I can honestly say that Mimi has exceeded my expectations in all aspects of my training. She creates a training program specific to your individual needs and is always there to support you every step of the way. I feel so much stronger than I was 6 months ago when I started to train with her and Maddy. My chronic hamstring injury/ pain is no longer an issue and I am hiking
pain free again. Amazing! And the icing on the cake, at least for me, is that we have a lot of fun in our training sessions too!

I started training online with QFitU (Mimi) over the pandemic and the online training has evolved to continue to guide me in building more strength, core stability and endurance over the years! Mimi's extensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology combined with her creative and targeted traininig programs have produced phenomenal results for me. She customizes each program to any current goals I have (from biking to skiing) and integrates the workouts to incorporate other activities I love. There is no question I am significantly stronger with improved functional fitness thanks to Mim and QFitU!

Mimi with Quinntessential Fitness and her team are amazing! I'm a really BIG fan of the Quinntessential Fitness Approach and Methodology to personal training and getting people to their goals. The style of training lets people of any experience level achieve their goals safely, and effectively. Mimi is passionate about what she does and it comes out when she works and when she talks about what she does. You can really tell she's invested in the people she works with. She's a master at session organization and programming which is very important if you want to get results. The environment she and her team creates for people to workout is comfortable and challenging. I'd highly recommend their personal training program to anyone looking to achieve any fitness goal!

The team at QfitU is world class! The program Mimi has designed for me is tailor made for my sport and can vary depending on on the feels of my body on that day! As an elite amateur golfer, the demands of 4day tournaments are much harder than they look. However, with consistent training and eduction from Mimi, I’m performing at high level pain free! It’s work, but it’s worth it! I highly recommend QfitU for anyone looking to level up in their sport!

Mimi has taught me the importance of recovery and warm-up. I was always hurting from pushing myself too hard before I started working with Mimi. The form she taught me - I feel myself utilizing on a daily basis (handling dog food, etc.). I feel my core stability is greater than it has been and my muscle mass is the highest it has been since I started measuring it! My joints feel more mobile and healthy than before. Training with Mimi at Quinntessential Fitness has truly been a game changer for me. Mimi is extremely well versed in the body’s movement patterns and how all of the pieces ‘fit’ together. This enables her to tailor each workout to the individual to focus on weaknesses and improve how the body moves.
I’ve been working with Mimi for over 5 years now and in that time I have made notable improvements in strength, endurance and most importantly in my body’s movement patterns. She’s been able to continuously change approach to individualize training plans for people of all skill sets. From someone just getting into exercise who has significant mobility issues to someone who is extremely fit looking to further improve. Mimi will have you covered!
I play a lot of golf and Mimi has helped me improve my mobility and strength which has directly correlated to hitting the ball farther and more consistently.
