About the Club

Welcome to ReBalance Functional Fitness!
Functional Fitness means I am a movement specialist, so I focus on proper body movements patterns and mobility. I am certified in assisted PNF stretching and as a mobility coach thru FRC. With a degree in psychology, I focus on coaching lifestyle and habit formation over "diets." My goal is to help people move, feel and live better.
I will work with you out of your home with my equipment if you have a 10x10 space, or we can workout at your fitness center (with permission).
Plus, for your mental and social health, I teach Paint Parties! We decide on a picture in advance, and then we spend 2 hours together as I teach you, step-by-step, how to create a painting that is all yours. No skills needed.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a stretch session with Kristin. She worked on my neck, upper back, hips, and legs to ankles. She was gentle and her stretching technique is comfortable. When she was done stretching me, I felt 3 inches taller. I would recommend Kristin especially if you’ve just had surgery and you know you’re not going to do it like your therapists. Kristin definitely can! Check her out!!
