Worked out at the fitness center and was very large and filled with free weights up to 100lbs, several treadmills/ellipticals, and machines of all sorts. Practically a full gym for all your needs. Only a handful of people in there on a Saturday. Provided towels for use too.

Tennis courts are locked and you need to make a reservation a day in advance by email. I would change my review if they could hire someone to take phonecalls, or if you could get a key at the front desk the tennis and golf area are otherwise beautiful and well maintained.
