At the SOULfit Ranch, we offer state-of-the-art services including the Cold Plunge, red light therapy full-body panels, compression, percussion, 4D massage, Styku 3D Dexa body scanning, and Cryo T-Shock.All of our workout programs are designed to meet your individual needs and we even offer personal training options if you would prefer a more independent environment. Love attending the weekly fitness class 3 days a week near my house. The Team environment helps me stay accountable! Body Comps usually 2 times a month to check our progress as well! They also have Sunday classes when I want to make-up a class or put one in the bank! Still have the Team environment as usual, but get to meet different teammates from the assorted teams Soul Fitness has all over Tucson! The process and the transformation has been amazing over this past year! I enjoy PT( personal Training) and Nutrition Coaching that Soul Fitness offers as well! My wife joined Soul Fitness a year and a half ago. I was content to keep doing my gym thing. But by 3 months I was AMAZED at the shape she was in and I realized this program works! I then also realized I had allowed myself to get soft during covid and didn't feel good about it. I've always been active but felt a need for something more motivating than the gym to get back in shape. So a year ago I joined too. In my first six weeks I went from 165lbs to 148lbs (I'm a 5'-8" male, age 54). Since then I've been building back muscle, flexibility and endurance. I'm now at my college fitness level at 152lbs. I like how I look and more importantly how I feel. I attend classes 3 days a week. The secret to this program however is the nutrition education combined with the workouts. Small changes to my diet made a huge difference. The group structure keeps me accountable to my fitness and my nutrition. The classes are fun, social, challenging for sure, never the same, and in the process I've made new friends.
I’m not an outlier, I have seen several of my friends drop 60+ lbs. So truly, whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain strength, increase flexibility, this program can help you achieve your goal where others have failed.

I Highly recommend joining soul fitness! I love it. Because the people are so nice, motivating, and very Positive. The work outs are fun and rewarding if you haven't worked out before or haven't in a long time then it is going to be somewhat hard but you can work on your own pace and eventually you'll get there and be stronger than you ever were before. SOUL FITNESS is the real deal! I'm 52 and I FELT and SAW results in 2-3 weeks ( like defined muscles and lost weight!!??) This program is no joke. I wasn't trying to transform or lose tons of weight. I wanted to simply jump start my fitness and go about my strenuous yoga practice. (Truth be told - I hate things like boot camp and any running and jumping) Always been pretty strong/ muscular and fit a with good nutrition habits- fast forward to a bad year where all that suffered and I saw it and felt it before it really became a problem. Signed up on a group-on 4 week trial and made phone call. TWO of the coaches personally called me - personally welcomed me and set me up for looking forward to it. The rest is history.... or now it is ... my 1 month jumpstart is now another 3 month renewal. It's crazy I am having fun,( how did that happen) my coach, Allie is amazing and your class mates are supportive and I am doing things I could never do on my own. Showing up and being accountable, along with some "soul" and mental challenge gives me the wholeness that I am used to in yoga. You get to work out outside in beautiful parks in beautiful Tucson. I've never done the same routine twice- the coaches work to keep it engaging and they help you. Their other services (PT and tailored nutrition) also add options. I feel like I'm on an info-mercial but this is all true including my somewhat ho -hum approach in the beginning. It has now enriched my life. Just try it!

If you want results soul fitness is honestly where it's at ! I have gained so much muscle and lost so much over all body fat. I do 3x a week group fitness and 1x a week 1 on 1 personal training. My trainer allie is amazing ! She pushes me even when I know I have nothing left. If I miss class she calls me and holds me accountable so I can become my best self. When I first started my journey I was scared and nervous. I wasn't sure if I could do it. pushing my self. But after I started the classes I began gaining confidence in myself. Joe and I have been going to Soul Fitness for 18 months. We enjoy the working out together not to mention the 70 pounds between us that we have lost. The finesse environment is positive and no judgment. I do the nutritional aspect of this program as well and it has given us a new outlook on the food we consume. I moved to Tucson just about a year ago and did some heavy searching for a place that mirrored our fitness group back home in California which I felt nobody would come close & during my search I was finding it to be true. I tried a few places & boot camps, not 1 compared to my group back home. The boot camps I came across were not personal, not in tune with me as an individual, just in tune with the bottom dollar.
I came across Soul Fitness on Facebook and immediately liked what I saw with the outdoor work outs. They do an info session about the program to remind people that everyone’s abilities are different but the need to move your body and internal organs are the exact same. I’m a person who is transparent by nature, so when listening to the owner lead the info session I could see he too was transparent, there is no hidden gimmicks there are no hidden fees just straight forward information. It is us the individual who have to realistic to the cost of program vs. joining a local sweat box gym ( I’ve joined them too) but for $19 a month gym membership, where is the accountability? After all if you had accountability, would you even need to attend the gym? I believe we all blow money each month on food & materialistic items that are of zero value to our lives, so why not invest it in ourselves? I’m never walking away from my work out thinking about the fees but instead thinking about how much better I feel and look. Soul Fitness delivers the accountability at no extra charge, they deliver you respect that we fail to give ourselves most of the time and most importantly they give you the resources to get your mind & body healthy! There are multiple classes which give me the ability to adjust to my work schedule that can change at a moment’s notice. Each person has been amazing from the coaches to the people you are working out next to, they give you the respect even though they may not see it in return at times.
I normally don’t do reviews & just realized this is a short novel (sorry NOT sorry) but I feel during these times when everyone is trying to survive 2020 by seeking out their health goals, then every bit helps. Yes I’ve seen the 1 star reviews before I even attended the info session but if you go on reviews for anything, there are always, always some very negative people who can’t just simply state the program wasn’t for them. Those are the negative vibes I’ve steered clear from my entire life, I would never pay my hard earned money to be around people I didn’t respect or get an education from? I recommend anyone who’s seeking a new spot, come check Soul Fitness just as I did. I played it safe with a trial period but have now become an annual member because that’s how much I believe in this program. Thank you Coach Randy & the rest of the crew- you are by far a class act of fitness programs!

I’ve tried the gym, but it’s too easy to say “I’ll go tomorrow”. I’ve tried doing it on my own, too easy to say “next week”. And so on. Soul fitness keeps me accountable and plugged in. Even on the days I’m not with my team.
I’m eager and excited to go to class. And one of the best things is that there are so many class times and locations with amazing coaches. I’ve been with Soul fitness for a little over three years and crushed some of my goals physically and mentally. I love soul fitness! I have tried working out on my own for the past eighteen years with little to no success. Until I was invited to a free class at soul fitness five months ago. And I have not regretted it yet. Soul fitness is unlike any plan that I have known. For those who have trouble motivating themselves (like me) Soul Fitness has been a Godsend. I had a gym membership but could never push myself hard enough to experience any real results. The program at SF has been the perfect fit for me for the last six months. The routines are strenuous and varied which have not only produced results (weight loss and measurable strength and endurance) but the trainers and team members create an atmosphere of support and friendship. We completed a kid/parent class this month and it was SO much fun! As a parent of three kids spanning 7 year age ranges it is hard to find something we can all do! It is also so hard to get my middle one excited about any exercise. She may have been less than thrilled to go, but she had fun and was sad when the last day happened. I'm going to be completely honest in saying, I wasn't sure if I would like Bootcamp! I was dreading my first day, and boy was it hard. I would like to say it gets easier but it doesn't you just get stronger. All the aspects I thought I would hate I absolutely love. I have been part of BBC for about 15 months now. Joined on a whim with a few friends. Thought I would only be there 3 months and be done. That was far from the case. My coach, my team and myself needing to be there have kept me going. My health has improved greatly and so has my confidence. The workouts are always changing, so you never get bored and your body does not have a chance to get used to the same thing over and over again. I have been doing BBC for over a year and I love it. These people care.....a lot!!!!! They want everyone to succeed in what ever it is that they are trying to accomplish. My coach is available to me for any questions I may have, before camp, after camp or even on an off day. It is amazing to know that you can always reach out. I wasn't sure how I would feel in a team environment but I LOVE MY TEAM! They are encouraging and don't judge, I couldn't do this with out them or my coach. This is by far the best thing I have ever done! I really just thought I would kick start my fitness because I had recently had a baby and was looking to drop some weight. The program focuses on Body, Mind and Spirit so everything is working together to make you healthier and its not just about losing the weight. However, I have lost more weight and faster with this than with anything else I've tried because I'm consistent and focusing on the bigger picture. Give it a try, you can't afford not to.
