It was great till they closed the location and still charged my account for 2 months afterwards. They never returned emails or phone calls either.

I don’t take photos but I have enjoyed going to stretch lab and it has helped me a great deal. Cory knows what I need and is great! 👍 I recommend coming to this place and Genesis and Isaac are both awesome

My Experience at StretchLab – Life-Changing!
I’ve been going to StretchLab for about four months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness. Cassidy has been my Flexologist, and she’s truly incredible! Her expertise, gentle guidance, and personalized approach have made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day. I’ve regained mobility, reduced stiffness, and just feel so much better in my body.
One of the things I appreciate most is how enjoyable the sessions are—not just physically, but personally. Cassidy always makes time to connect. She’s taken a genuine interest in my job and daily activities, and our conversations always lift my mood. It’s clear she cares on a level that goes above and beyond, and that kind of attention makes all the difference.
And I can't forget Clair at the front desk—she’s amazing! She’s been so accommodating with my challenging schedule and always works hard to find the best session times and deals for me. Her warmth and professionalism make every visit feel seamless and welcoming.
StretchLab offers one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to your body and your goals. Whether you’re an athlete, someone recovering from an injury, or just trying to move and feel better, this place is a game-changer. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and committed to helping you thrive.
If you’ve been thinking about trying it—do it. You’ll be glad you did. Huge thanks to Cassidy and Clair for making every session something I look forward to!

I've only had two sessions so far with Isaac, but so far, so good. Very relaxed setting and I have had some good nights of sleep afterwards.

The 1 is for ownership and poor business. The first three month membership I did. I canceled to consider how I wanted to move forward with my stretches. They did not honor the cancellation ended up charging me anyways. After several escalations and phone calls, lovely journey at the front desk was able to refund the unapproved charge.
Unfortunately, renewal memberships many people are concerned about because of how often this happens.
Due to enjoying my stretches, I did rejoin and once again. I did another three month membership and then canceled yet again. No surprise after my cancellation I was charged yet again.
The therapist and the stretches as well as the front desk are actually amazing! However, to get the best prices you have to do a membership and when you tell them to stop charging your card, they do not. As a business owner myself this falls squarely on the owner to ensure their finances are run properly.

I was a member last year but didn't continue. The stretches were helpful. Yes, I could do them on my own, but I wasn't. I kept receiving the emails and texts for sales and specials.
I went back last month for a $29 stretch. I ended up canceling my appointment because traffic and parking were out of control. Luckily they let me reschedule without penalty.
I signed back up for a membership. The stretch was good. This go around I actually do some stretching but I know I need more.
They've got a lot of new staff now, but I do recognize one person's name from before. I'm going to stick around for this new membership and go from there.

I love going to the Stretchlab at Park West. It's such a peaceful place to go. Everyone is so friendly and the stretch practitioners are so knowledgeable about the body. My wife and I just started going regularly and we both can feel the difference in our bodies. If you have any kind of stiffness or flexibility issues don't wait another day call them up and try them out, your muscles with thank you.

I've been going to StretchLab since this location opened. Loved the concept and found it was helping me. I was going twice a week for 50 minute sessions. Why the 1 star review? They constantly have employee turnover. You start working with one person, then they're gone (either quit or fired), so you find someone else, then they're gone, etc. I finally cancelled my membership. Of course you cancel, then they charge you for an additional month (which is part of the agreement you sign). My problem is, I am only comfortable seeing a female and I work during the day so I can only go in the evenings and Saturdays. They no longer have any females working in the evenings or Saturdays. I contacted them and let them know they are unable to service my membership. They apologized but still kept my money. I didn't even use my appointments from last month due to travel. You lose your sessions every month unless you specifically ask them to roll them over to the next month. The month before that, I asked them to roll them over, they did, but then took them back (not that it mattered since I couldn't get an appointment anyway). It's just turned into a really bad experience and I'm left feeling ripped off. It's not cheap, I was paying $459 a month. Something there is broken, but I don't think there's any interest in fixing it. I would not recommend signing a contract with them.

This place is great! A little pricey but well worth it. I was new to this type of service but the people there were patient and knowledgeable and explained everthing to me so I went in for a trial. Best move I ever made! My flexologist, Cory, is super knowledgeable and friendly and has tremendously improved my flexibility in only two sessions. I highly recommend this place!

The stretching has helped a lot with the pains. They are very expensive if you drop in for a one time stretch. If you sign up for their monthly program it's somewhat cheaper but they keep charging every month weather you use up all sessions or not, but you can only carry 2 to next month.

I love this place. I first started coming here after an injury. I had pulled my hamstring powerlifting and had difficulty getting the flexibility back into it. After going here for a few months, my entire lower body has become significantly more flexible. All the staff here are excellent and understanding of the individual's flexibility levels. I primarily went to Kristy and Halley. They understood my sport and worked with me to ensure I got to the flexibility level I needed before my powerlifting meet. I will definitely continue to go here to help prevent future injuries.

This is the best therapy I have had advancing through my golden years. As I leave my session, I feel agile, and relaxed, but with energy to handle the day.

I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm and unfortunately didn’t cancel my appointment the day before when I got my reminder text because I was in the ER. I spent the entire day waiting to be seen, finally got admitted that night. When I realized this morning I had to cancel my stretch appt, it wasn’t 12 hours in advance and they charged me. I have never been here before. It was going to be my first time. Don’t get me wrong, I understand it’s a business and it’s how they make money, but it’s my first time, and I’m in the hospital. I would think people who claim to try to make people feel better would have a little more compassion and empathy. I was looking forward to being able to work out some of the knots and pain in my body. But not from here. Terrible customer service.

It’s two only because the front desk. Other than that… not worth the price or the time. Cancelled monthly subscription and I had the cheapest price they had. I even paid the $200 fine! I still haven’t finished my first months payment of sessions. I would rather cut my losses. Read more for some insight…
1) its pricey for somewhat of a “stretch”
2) being in a physically demanding job and from the health and wellness profession, the “stretch” leaves more to be desired
3) special populations could benefit (65+, obese, special needs)
All in all, nice concept. If you enjoy fitness, this isn’t therapy. If you need to just be motivated to move or need assistance moving then it might help. I do not, would not get behind StretchLab.

I love this place and the people here.
I am grateful for the support I receive here - Getting back into a stretching routine after years of running, walking, or biking, and then just moving on to the next activity - eating, showering, other chores, etc. has proven to be detrimental to my health and overall well-being.
I love that with StretchLab, I receive the support I need to begin stretching again with a team member during my 50 minute stretch. This encourages me to stretch at home too between weekly sessions. 🤙🏽
Thank you StretchLab.

My initial assessment was not great. I knew I needed something so I decided to book a few more appointments, and I am glad I did! I had 3 appointments with Morgan. She was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with my issues. I could barely move when I went in for my 1st visit with her I am happy to say that is not the case after my 3rd visit. Unfortunately, I need a bit more help than the StretchLab can offer so it’s back to PT for me. I will definitely consider seeing Morgan again, she was great!

I have been talking about trying this out for a long time. My husband and I both went for the introductory session. I have had low back pain for a long time. I went and was astonished! LOVE IT. My husband did the same and for a military veteran who has been through a lot of physical pain, he was also excited for the relief. We gave his mom a gift to a 50 minute session. We all signed up and it is life changing. Thank you Kristy, you have been amazing. I am looking forward to more progress.

I had first session yesterday with Cassie. It was a gift from my son & his wife. I really didn’t think it could help me. I was soooo wrong! No pain pills today. A-lot more active already.
I’ve had two knee replacements, broken back and pacemaker. I’m 71
Thank you Cassie ❤️

We attended an event at Park West in October. Stretch Lab was there and taking memberships for the opening of this location in November. My husband and I paid $500 and joined. November came and went, then we were told December. December came and went. We were told beginning of January. That came and went, we were finally told January 27th was the soft opening. We were out of town. When we came back Feb 13th we called to make an appointment. Only to find out it's still not open. We left messages, and phone calls were not returned. Lake Pleasant gave the name and number to a district manager. We called and left a message for her. Again, no return call.
On 2/14, After four phone calls again to LP, and no answer, we got a text from someone named "Josh" apologizing with excuses as to why they were not open. First, I was not happy to get a text, take accountability and return a phone call. Second, it's the same excuses we've been hearing since November.
Placed a 5th call to LP and they actually answered! When I asked for a name and number for a Corporate Office, I was told all of a sudden the district manager was there at that location! I really didn't want to speak to her by this point, she didn't return our calls. She came to the phone and said she was sorry, she didn't know that we were trying to reach her. I told her this very location gave us her name and number yesterday, she argued with me and said no, they don't give out her phone number. OK.
In the end extremely poor customer service. Looking to get my money back. If I have to, we will contact our credit card company.
(On a side note... I would LOVE to know how someone left a 5 star review for this location 6 months ago!? They aren't even open six months later!)
