Stronger Today Fitness is a Personal/Small Group Fitness Training facility based in Surprise, Arizona. Our mission is to "Help all people enjoy quality of life through functional training and movement". With emphasis on functional fitness, postural alignment, corrective fitness and lifestyle health, Stronger Today Fitness aims to reach all ages/stages and abilities/inabilities. We offer fitness training and classes in Surprise, AZ including:
-Personal Training- One on One Personalized session designed with your goals in mind.
-CSC 30 (cardio, strength & core)- Medium impact small group training class.
-MSC 30 (mobility, strength & core)- Low impact small group training class.

A great place to get healthy for all levels of fitness! Smaller than a big gym, Stronger Today offers a more intimate, personalized approach. I work with Certified Personal Trainer Davon, who has helped me immensely with improving my flexibility and building strength through assisted stretching. Owner Diana is also a Certified Trainer. She
opened up Stronger Today three years ago and helps people achieve postural alignment through assessment and corrective exercises. Stronger Today has group classes in foam rolling, cardio strength and core and mobility and well as individual training. The gym is well equipped and always clean. Located in Bellmar Plaza, the gym has plenty of free parking.

They work with all kinds of people but have a soft spot in their heart for seniors needing rehabilitation. Their chair yoga and stretching exercises are well attended. Everyone seems to be having a good time.

In October 2023, I was searching for a place to work out, that was not a typical gym, where I could build strength and increase my energy level. I was very fortunate to find Stronger Today Fitness. The consultation was free and when I met Diana (the owner) I immediately purchased 20 personal training sessions. I knew it was the perfect place for me to work out because the studio was spotlessly clean, there was a large variety of equipment, and Diana was very welcoming and her background in health, exercise, nutrition and wellness was very impressive. She also took time to listen to my goals which made me feel confident we could achieve them together. I have continued to purchase personal training sessions with Diana because she is very encouraging, has such positive energy and because I consistently see results. Diana creates a different workout for every session so my body is always being challenged in new ways and it makes the workouts enjoyable. I really appreciate that she watches me do every exercise and she always checks to make sure I am not hurting or in pain. Because of Diana’s knowledge, dedication and attention to detail, I believe Stronger Today Fitness is the best place to get personalized training and to achieve any health and wellness goals. I would never go anywhere else!

I have been training with Davon for eight months, and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience! He constantly develops different workouts for me and and motivates me to do my best while having fun at the same time. This is a welcoming, fun and encouraging place to workout. The mix of strength and cardio gives you an amazing feeling of accomplishment every time you walk through the doors. I would highly recommend Stronger Today Fitness. Diana is an incredibly talented trainer. She can customize your exercises on the spot to help with any issues you’re having that day. She’s dedicated to each and every client she has. She truly cares about us all. She has any kind of equipment or exercise tool you could ever want or need. The personal training sessions and classes are upbeat and challenging, you really feel like you got the best workout you could possibly get when you’re finished and she makes it fun. My husband and I both go to her every day for both a personal training session and a class, and it is absolutely changing our lives and we are loving the results. Thank you Diana. I had a knee injury for several months before working out. Diana worked with me to modify exercises so that I could still get a workout. She is very knowledgeable and continues to further her education to help others reach their goals. I recommend her to anyone wanting to change their lives.

Big 5 stars. I was impressed from the moment I met Diane at our initial meeting. She was interested in MY goals and what I wanted to accomplish. At 72 years young my focus was balance, core strength and improving my golf game. The group classes every morning are a positive start to my day. The personal training sessions are personal to my goals and motivating. I'm now starting my 6th week and feel better than ever. Balance is improving (I can now walk the treadmill without holding on) and my golf games is improving (I shot a birdie for the 1st time in 2 years). The BEST classes and trainer I've ever had. I would highly recommend trying it, you won't be sorry.

I signed up for personal training session and it was a great decision . It is an intense 30 min workout. The most important features are; every session consists of different exercises targeting different group of muscles. I am not bored with the routine, I get the whole body workout and my form remains perfect under the Diane's professional eye. I consider myself extremely lucky to discover Stronger Today Fitness in Surprise AZ. The ambiance of a smaller fitness studio versus a large intimidating gym environment is undeniable. I recommend the Stronger Today Fitness to everyone who cares about the health and/or fitness. The awesome feature is its compatibility with the Fit application providing the luxury of booking your sessions on ones phone. I encourage people to book their sessions now!

Diana is a fantastic fitness trainer- one of the best I’ve worked with. Ever. I was looking for a smaller exercise studio or club versus a large gym and so happy I found this studio. Diana is personable, knowledgeable, and motivating. Her studio is clean, welcoming, and has all the equipment for a great workout. I attend both personal training sessions and the cardio-strength-core group fitness classes. Diana’s classes are full body workouts with various exercises so I don’t get bored doing the same routine. She plans ahead and is super organized. Great music, too. Whether you’re athletic and fit or starting with mobility and balance, Stronger Today Fitness is the perfect studio. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. I actually look forward to working out. That’s a big compliment to Diana because for me, I struggle with motivation and sticking to a healthy plan. This is 1,000 times better than going to the gym on my own. I am so grateful I found Diana.

Diana has been very welcoming and knowledgeable since I had my one on one consultation. I decided to join her group classes because it is a full body work out, instead of focusing on one muscle group, which is what I love. Another reason is her group classes are 30 minutes- I have a family and a full time job, so I need a good work out to get in and go about my busy day(s). These classes are a great challenge; she keeps you motivated by doing different routines every morning, and has a great playlist. The gym is the perfect size to have smaller groups, it has good equipment, and very clean.

I am not a fit person by any means and I have asthma so I won't deny I was a bit intimidated and even made a joke about not to worry if I sound like I'm dying. Diana kept telling me to listen to my body with each workout. I haven't worked out in an embarrassing amount of years and with 2 cesareans has definitely taken over this mom bod. She made me feel the opposite of what my mind says to so I will most definitely be coming back and I was dumbfounded by her prices. So worth it. I actually felt amazing after. Definitely sore but it was needed and felt great to feel muscles I haven't felt in a long time.

Diana is a fantastic personal trainer. She pushes you and wants you to succeed. Each work out was always different and tailored to my capabilities. When I first started with her I couldn’t hold a plank for 30 seconds and a few months later I was holding it for 3 minutes. She is the best!

Diana's knowledge of the body and how to flow easily to another exercise if you're experiencing pain is incredible! She's helped me continue to move my body after surgery and injuries. I've been working out with her for almost 2 years and I am so thankful for all of her determination, grit, and drive to help me and everyone she works with!
