The space is amazing! I went to a Saturday pop up class (for free!) and ended up joining the next day. The space itself is beautiful and the teachers are great. I especially love the flow classes!

My hubby and I went for their grand opening and he hasn't stopped talking about how beautiful it was. He is definitely going to sign up for a membership when he gets back in town. Can't wait to join.

Great owners, wonderful teachers and a beautiful space. What more can you ask for? They have a really diverse assortment of classes from super intense to incredibly chill. Regardless of the class the instructors are amazing. Sutra is great for newcomers and experienced yogis alike!

I wish I could shout this from the rooftops: THIS IS THE STUDIO YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR! Stop your search yogis, this is where you belong!
I took my first class at Sutra this evening and I can’t even believe how lucky I am that this space opened up just 10 minutes from my house.
I went to class tonight not knowing who I would meet or what to expect.
I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the owner, Rebecca.
Rebecca lead an all levels flow in the main studio and I can’t speak highly enough in regards to her teaching style. Her directions were clear and inviting. The pace was perfectly timed... not too fast, not too slow. The music was blissful and I could still hear her loud and clear while hearing the beat of every song.
The studio itself is clean and organized with lots of goodies for sale.
My favorite part of sutra is that it’s family owned and operated. Rebecca owns both studios with her husband and her son was helping with the front desk. I felt good that I was giving my money to a LITERAL mom and pop shop and that this local business would sincerely appreciate my membership.
I am officially hooked on sutra and can not wait for my next class.

Sutra is by far my favorite yoga studio in the Phoenix valley. They offer a variety of classes and events and their instructors are the best. Their new Gilbert location in Heritage Square is beautiful. If you are looking for a fun and welcoming place to work out your body and your mind, you will love Sutra.
