The owner is so lovely. We came for a trial class from another gym that my child attends. She is different from what you typically see/get from gymnastics. She was thorough in answering all of my questions, and you can tell that she actually cares about her gymnasts. She knew all
of them by first name, knew their strengths and struggles, and knew the parents' names, too. The coaches were really sweet, too. They all sat there and listened to my concerns, and they participated in answering questions I had.

I do not recommend this place all they do is take your money and force kids to do gymnastics. I called to let them know they took money from my account and my daughter was starting another sport and the girl that answered said the owner wanted to charge me a day, how are you gonna charge me the session hasn’t started and my daughter does not want to do gymnastics. The girl tried getting the owner to talk to me yet the owner never got on the phone very unprofessional. Worse customer service especially when you call ahead of time.

Good place to do a somersault or two. A couple days ago I was here and a woman was standing outside cussing at people. The establishment asked her to leave and everyone felt a lot safer.

The owner of this place kicked me off property. I was standing outside asking parents to enroll their children in a charter school. I ended up getting complaints. Those parents that complaint are not happy with there lives. Their marriage is falling apart. Another person was accused me of cussing, which I've never cussed. And I swear to god. I'm going to give this place a bad rating to the owner Jeannie. I will not bring my kid to this place after you mistreated me. And I will spread this situation to my friends that have children too. I'm just trying to do my job. Trying to convince parents to enroll them in a different school. It's not my fault that their marriage is falling apart. Go seek a counselor. I've never cussed at all. Why are parents accusing me of cussed when i've never at all. I'VE NEVER CUSSED AT ALL. I did not cussed. I did not cussed I'm going to post a video on youtube about this situation. I cannot say how much my daughter loves this gym. She has been a member of the competition team since 2021 and has excelled immensely since leaving her last gym. Janine and all of the coaches are absolutely AMAZING! Their only goal is ensure the gymnasts have fun, while instilling a true meaning of discipline, teamwork, and ultimately self-confidence. This sport is not easy but our gym family has made it look that way. I will always recommend SGA to friends and family!

All of my kids have participated in gymnastics at this gym and i couldn’t ask for a better more personable place to take them. My youngest has been at Synergy Gymnastics for nearly 6 years and she not only has best friends as part of her team but she simply adores her coaches and the owner Janene. These coaches treat these girls like they matter not only in the gym, but they all very much care about how they are as people too. I’ve moved many times around arizona, so my oldest daughter has been to a fee gyms, but Synergy treats us like family and the staff is always amazing to us. Couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!!

My baby was at the top of the waiting list for the mommy and me class that is free if your under 18 months old. We were waiting until more babies were signed up so the Gym could "justify" paying a teacher for a class the Gym wouldn't be making any money off of. My sister just came home to inform me that she learned the class has been going on for a few months now and they didn't call/email to let me know, even though we were on the top of the waiting list. My daughter is only 15 months old currently and they are saying I will have to pay if I want her to join. We will be paying to join, but at a different gym since this is how they like to conduct themselves and have no care for how a waiting list works.

We have our daughters in this academy they are 2 and 3 years old they love to go they wait for the day of their class with a lot of joy, we consider the idea of putting them in 2 classes but it is too heavy for our economy, We are happy that they are part of synergy Gymnastics 🫶🏻 the staff is very kind

Never had such a cold "welcome"

After speaking to owner about starting today, we arrived and didn't get the slightest welcome. We stood there for 13 minutes. No hello. No smiles. No "how can we help". I saw no other toddlers and felt so uncomfortable we went to car. After watching a mom enter with her child we tried again. This time there were actual faces up front however they were less than friendly. We were now "late" and told we could try on Tuesday.

The tables are dirty and sticky but still smells like chlorine very strong. I can’t be inside for too long, my lungs get irritated and scratchy feel in my throat. Hey, chlorine is very toxic to breath, your over doing it!

Coach Kelsey is the best coach in the valley. She uses gymnastics to help her kids navigate the complicated process of growing from girls to young women.

They learn about teamwork and individual accountability. They learn how to support each other and how to trust and believe in themselves. They learn the secrets to being successful at anything in life. They learn there is virtually no such thing as "gifted". Its about hard work and discipline creating opportunities.

My daughter has been with her for nearly 10 years. Kelsey has shown our daughter how to go from good to great as a person. If your child is willing to listen tand put in the work, this will be one of the best investments in your kids future you can make.

It's amazing my daughter loves it so much we had to sign her up for two classes I love every teacher in there n they are always helpful and positive it's great they have the okder kids classes at the same time bc my daughter watches them and wants to copy what they do makes her work harder. We LOVE this place. So sad to leave because we moved up to Anthem. Total family feel. Sweet, genuine coaches. Our kids LOVED it there. We are at an Anthem gym now (1 minute from home) and it’s smaller and not as nice/large of a facility and I’m grumpy about it 😂. We love Synergy. You won’t regret bringing your kids. If we are unhappy at our new gym I will make the 30 minute drive to Glendale for this gym because they’re that wonderful.

I had a great time at their drop in adult class. Would definitely recommend trying it out. We are beginners and know pretty much nothing, but still felt welcome and the coach was awesome. The regular attendees were very friendly and helpful as well. We were guided through a warm up and some instruction on different skills, then free to try out what we wanted. We will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional and very disappointed with this facility. We waited over 30 minutes to have our girls signed up and was not helped once. The classes were starting and was still not helped at all. We continued to Waite for someone but continued waiting and nothing so we go finally left. Our girls were very upset I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future good luck!!!!
