I experienced the same pain in both elbows and forearms with the same sudden onslaught after doing multiple muscle ups for weeks with initial grip too far forward and over extended - stopped the activity 6 weeks ago and followed the advice - now 85% recovery and have resumed muscle ups assisted with band, followed by ice and compression and no pain

I am fortunate to have worked out with TJ at the gym several times and had great experience. We trained shoulders and arms, legs and glutes, and also did yoga. During each session, TJ made sure I had a good form while doing stretching, weight training, and yoga. He also showed me how to foam roll and explained why it was necessary to self-release muscles in the body to avoid weight- training muscle injuries. He is an incredible trainer and very helpful.

I wanted to build my body, my legs, and glutes. I met each T.J. at the gym and asked if he can train me. During our leg workout, T.J. showed me how to stretch, foam roll, and helped me with my exercise form. He was very supportive. I had a great time and learned a lot.

Thank you very much for this article, it gave me more information than my doctor did when I went in to get my elbow checked out. After reading this article I feel like I can recommend to my doctor the type of treatment that might benefit me instead of just going along with whatever he tells me to do. The last time I went to see the doctor about my elbow he prescribed me some pills that definitely did more harm than good.
