Working out is more than moving weights and getting your butt kicked in the gym. As your trainer it’s my responsibility to monitor your form and educate you on the importance of postural awareness. My goal is to show you how to train for sustainability and longevity.
I’m not only committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals, but I am determined to support your personal development. My mission is to strengthen your body, your mind, and your self-esteem. At the end of each session my hope is that you leave feeling better than you did when you first started. At Unleash Performance we’ve built a strong community of people who empower one another. Our clients enjoy each other and have fun while working towards accomplishing goals

I have been working with Keith for approximately two months. He was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I am 70 years old and battling neuropathy in this short period of time we have gone from wheelchair to walk and are starting to use a cane. We have worked out three days a week in the gym in my building we’ve made significant progress, he is always on time. His attitude couldn’t be better and he is encouraging me greatly I highly recommend him any type of physical training.

Keith is an amazing personal trainer. He is professional, personable and knows how to get results. Unleash Performance has been life changing for me. I lost 20 pounds of Covid weight without really trying. Just going to 3 sessions a week. Even better I gained muscle and definition. Plus the diversity in workouts means it never gets old. Correct form is a must and you learn to lift weights the proper way without hurting yourself -in case your new to strength training like I was.
