5 weeks in and currently have enjoyed the experience. Coach Esther is knowledgeable, available, and communicates well. She is encouraging but still manages to keep you accountable. Vital Strength as a whole has a great structure set up to stay connected and build community. If you’re new to fitness and nutrition, you will not feel overwhelmed as they have set it up well. If you’re thinking about the cost, future you will regret not doing it. It’s worth your health.

I started with Max almost a year ago now and it's been the best decision I ever made. When I came to him just got released out of my boot after breaking my ankle and he was able to help me rebuild my strength back and he has helped me regain my confidence. The BEST coach out there! Max is supportive, knowledgeable and works hard with his clients to achieve results. You have to do the work but he’s by your side providing guidance throughout your health journey. I have learned so much about food and what I am eating - more importantly how to fuel my body with the right foods! With his help I’ve lost 30 pounds (with no time in the gym) which I honestly didn’t think I could do. I was on my own in 2024 and a little of the weight snuck back but I’ll be starting 2025 hiring Max back as my macros coach. Hire him if you’re ready to work hard and lose weight.

Max has been amazing! After getting ghosted from our last online coach, Max literally came in to save us! Although, our goals haven’t been to just drop weight, Max has shown us we can increase our calories and still maintain weight and increase muscle mass. If you are looking to take your training to the next level and wanting to focus on hypertrophy, Max is your guy! He is great for keeping you accountable and calling you out when needed (in an honest and helpful way), challenging you, and cheering you on! I have worked with him for over a year after being very selective about who I chose as a coach and I am so happy that I did. Though it is a very slow process that requires work and patience, I have been pleased with my results thus far and have built noticeable lean muscle mass. Max knows what he is doing, he shares my similar beliefs in nutrition as he doesn't eliminate foods or food groups, and encourages building a healthy relationship with food, all of which I find important when working with a trainer/coach. I highly recommend Max and Vital Strength Fitness!

So I started with Max about 8 months ago with his macro fitness program and have had great success. I told Max I may not be 100% all of the time but will do my best to follow the program as intended. My progress has been slow and steady and honestly I am more than ok with that. I’m within 1 lb. of my original goal BUT my biggest change is in my body structure… definitely leaner. Not perfect but better and stronger. I totally recommend this program for someone who is interested in not only losing this e stubborn lbs. but also change the way your body looks, this program is for you!
