I’ve been going to Mike at Whole Health for almost 3 years (husband goes too when in town). His workouts are so great. He knows just how to involve the whole body. He is very efficient using every single minute of your session. When you leave there you feel energized.

I have been training at Whole Health since 2023. Besides keeping the place in extra neat condition, Mike is really one of the best professionals in his field. Top thing he is concerned about is whatever issues you are having with your body and he trains you accordingly. Coach Mike is outstanding!
My wife and I came to Mike for the specific purpose of getting more speed and power in our golf swings. We got that and much more including core strength and overall increased fitness.

Love this gym! Place is clean and set up perfectly. Michael is amazing! He’s professional and personable. Very knowledgeable and explains why we do what movements. My job is strenuous on my body and Mike always gives me stretches or workouts to help alleviate those aches and pains. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personal trainer!
