About the Club

Welcome to Wolf Pack Fitness! I offer specialized training for muscle hypertrophy, strength, fat loss, corrective mobility and overall physical health. I teach very strict form to ensure that you exercise intensely but safely. Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle and arguably the most fun but to fully reach your potential I will also teach you how to eat for your goals. Depending on your level of commitment I write customized meal plans tailored to your goal. MY goal is to find your limits to push you past them in order to find the safest and most efficient path to meet YOUR goals. I believe in equipping you with all the tools necessary to eventually pursue your own fitness journey confidently with a knowledgeable foundation.

Incredible experience at wolf pack fitness! Steve is genuine and adapts his training schedule to fit the needs of each client. I never felt rushed, he always took the extra time to explain and correct form. He cares. But do not mistake this for poor results, he is TOUGH and exactly what you need to motivate amazing results. He provides guidance on an eating regimen that is sustainable long term, no “dieting”. I’ve never felt constricted on what I can eat and have a ton of variety on how to consume enough carbs, protein, and fats daily. I’ve been eating even more than I was before! He himself is proof that his method, it works. And I vouch for him. He changed my life. If you’re considering training, start. There’s no risk. Make time for health now or disease later. The best investment you can make is in yourself.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Steve is an all around fantastic personal trainer and a great guy to be around. He will also create a meal plan for you so your diet is on point. He spends the time teaching you the small things that you may have never known about, this makes all the difference. Don’t worry about injury. Steve makes sure you take each exercise slow and that you have perfect form!! Excited for the progress to come!

Steve, is a great trainer with a wealth of knowledge. I see him 3 times a week and everytime he has different excersises to keep me focused and engaged. He is very knowledgeable in body building, nutrition, and how the muscles work in general.

Training with Steve is an experience. The best kind. I used to go to the gym on my own and try to follow YouTube videos, and either give up if I couldn’t figure it out or do a couple reps and think that was enough and then leave. Steve helped me get into the best shape of my life! I know that sounds corny but it’s true. He will push you, and you may think it’s too much but he will make sure you are pushing your limits and reaching your goals. He doesn’t do fad diets/workouts that aren’t sustainable. He gives you a lifestyle that you are able to keep doing long term. I’ve lost nearly 20lbs, over 5% body fat, and gained muscle. I feel so much more confident and in a better state of mind, all thanks to Steve.

I don't think I have ever met someone who cares so much about another persons well being.. Steve is the absolute best when it comes to personal training. He's attentive, driven, carries himself well, motivating, and totally laid back. One of the chillest dudes to date. He makes tearing apart your muscles fun, and totally worth it. His advice is through, meal plans are delicious, and results show. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Steve as your guy.. You wont be sorry!

*Also, I promise its not personal when he adds more weight. YOU'RE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK.

This guy is awesome! He's super chill and completely willing to work with you and your needs. He's also extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. You can ask him anything about nutrition and exercise, and he'll always answer you with some great knowledge. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and wants everyone he meets to get the best information to help them. With his positive "you can do it" attitude and a constant smile while pushing you to your limits, he motivates you by simply letting you know that you can push yourself and reach beyond anything you thought you could.

Steve is extremely personable, results driven, and knowledgeable. You can tell that he not only loves fitness and nutrition but genuinely cares about other people and wants them to succeed. I like that Steve understands that the same thing doesn't work for everyone. He tailors each workout and meal plan to cater to your specific needs.
I have many physical and nutritional limitations due to my dysautonomia (a disorder of the autonomic nervous system) and Steve has really taken the time to learn about my disorder and create a plan that works best for me. Most other trainers would completely disregard my limitations resulting in injury or simply be too afraid to push me to meet my goal because of their ignorance of my disorder. Not Steve, in fact he was almost excited to take on the challenge. It is clear that he enjoys learning new things especially if it will ultimately help others.
Steve not only posesses the knowledge and technique to get you the results you want but he is very motivational and will make you feel empowered to do what it takes. His compassion and enthusiasm are like nothing I've seen before and I feel lucky to have such an awesome trainer!

If you want a cookie cutter trainer like those big box gyms have then you're out of luck with Steve. This guy is no nonsense, straight forward, and results oriented. He not only helps you with your physical workout but the mental aspect of it too, which is in my opinion the hardest part. He will also coach you on proper nutrition so you're workouts won't be wasted. If you want results call Steve ASAP!!!

I am a very anxious and low self-esteemed person, and Steve is my first trainer. He is honestly everything I wanted for a trainer. He encourages me through out the training sessions when I think I can't do it, he says "Yes you can!" If I have any questions, Steve always answers them. And his passion about nutrition really shows when you talk about food.
Steve teaches you proper technique and WHY you need to do things a certain way, mainly to avoid bad habits that lead to long term injuries. Every session will feel hard and rewarding.
I have indeed gained strength and lost weight with him. If you have social anxiety like me, you won't need to worry when you are with Steve. He is a cool dude and honest with you. I can't express enough the positive impact Steve will leave you after working out with him. He is worth all the time and hard work. Thank you Steve!
