I would like to start this out with I LOVED this gym. Now, that being said the way they have handled the COVID shut down is horrible, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED SINCE MARCH! I have tried numerous times to contact someone to fix the situation and NONE OF THE NUMBERS WORK. I finally got ahold of another location today which is 15 miles from my home which Told me I have to physically come in and close my account, AND that the location I was going to has be bought out by another gym and I should have gotten and email. I NEVER GOT AND EMAIL, telling be they bought all of the members along with the gym. so I owe money to another gym which I have never even been in, and who's door have never been open. I am livid, don't bother trying to reach anyone to help you because you will never reach anyone, on the odd chance you do, they will tell you its out of their hands.

Writing from my past experiences with this company that’s been charging its members when they are closed and believe me it’s a hard time to get a hold of someone through the phone, email or social media. I talk a few ex employees from this location and they been telling me that they are 100% sure it’s not going to reopen if I were you I would cancel and get my money back. They will not tell no one about it and expect everyone to be ok with it. Just like they did with the 99th ave and McDowell location they closed it down with out any notice to anyone. I was also told that this location is being bought out so there will be no youfit here. I’m still trying to get a hold of someone to get my money back for the past 3 months and cancel my membership and best believe I’m not going to pay for any cancellation fees for the way this company does business. No wonder I’ve been seeing it on 3 on your side about how hard it is to get a hold of someone and get a refund back. My advice to all the members that go to this location is cancel get your money back it’s not worth your business when other gyms treat you better and actually care about customers and customers service especially during the pandemic and how important clear communication is. I would rate it negative stars but I can’t. Never again doing business with youfit and I will make sure to let everyone I know not do, avoid it at all cost. EOS treats you better for the same price and way way better atmosphere

youfit has a “if you refer 2 friends you get a month free.” Well I did just that and they claimed January I’d have my months service free yet the still charged me. When I called and asked why the lady said she couldn’t do anything besides put that I have my next month free. Well guess what just got pulled out of my account? My monthly fee. ONCE AGAIN THEY CHARGED ME. If you advertise a month free with 2 refered people who sign up you need to stick to your word.

Actually rating would have been 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for my personal overall experience at this club!M. Place could be cleaner! I used to bring my workout bag into the club and even tried the lockers an exterminator is definitely need occasional it’s just good business. Nevertheless my Zumba instructor Alejandro is a 10👍🏽.

There's every piece of workout machinery here you could imagine. They also offer personal training and do Zumba type class thing every day. The price is good to. O ya that have a pool,a sauna and a steam room. This is the 1st gym like this I've been to but I think it's a really nice place

I really like the location and the price. It could use some remodeling and an upgrade on the weight machines and individual weights also. They did get a few new treadmills that are really good but the old ones are always breaking and make super loud noises. I've been to other YouFit Health Clubs, this location has some correction as in the men's locker needs to be cleaned often. The toilets are dirty, bath tissues around the toilet. The showers need to be cleaned as well at the sink area. The workout area, many of the machines need to be checked or replace. Many of the channels are more sports and food networks. The staff are somewhat friendly just when you walk into the gym.

This is a great place to exercise. It has plenty of machines, like treadmills, stationary bikes, etc, etc. I like that it has many ceiling fans to keep everyone cool. The gym has a nice friendly staff and it's clean. I highly recommend it.

I like going to the this gym because it is the closest one to my house and its convenient during the week when there is traffic. However, the gym overall is okay most of the staff are nice and can at least say hi and bye but there are some that could care less. I havent been coming quite often because the gym is so busy most of the time it is hard to get a decent workout with trying to use the machines needed but that isnt something they have control over, I dont think. The most annoying part is that the womens restroom is so dirty every single time I go in there. If i didnt have to use it i wouldnt step a foot in there. Dont think that restroom gets cleaned often. I went to EOS gym not too long ago with my boyfriend as a guest and I was amazed by that gym of their cleanliness and size of gym. Even though that gym is a little out of my way I may consider changing gyms.

This place used to be amazing when it was Fitness West. They still have amazing trainers, but youfit tried to merge 2 gyms together. The result? Overcrowded gym with very little space in between rows. Parking space is minimum during weekdays. Will gladly come back if this place goes back to functioning like fitness west used to.

If I could give minus starts I would. We joined when they were planet fitness. We were told that we could cancel anytime and would not be charged as long as we gave a 10 days notice, well Youfit has different membership guidelines. Beside that the customer service reps are rude. The girl who was completing my cancellation took a personal call on her cell in the middle of my transaction.

It is an affordable gym. Some machines remain out of service for a while. Decent machines. However, restrooms are very dirty. Unsanitary. See for yourself. I’m guessing they have not been cleaned for a while. So bathroom and definitely showers limited use.

The staff members are incredibly friendly and a lot of them speak English and Spanish, which is helpful if a member of your family only speaks Spanish. The memberships and training sessions are affordable and flexible to fit your budget. The locker rooms are very spacious. The atmosphere is not at all intimidating, and everyone feels welcome.

Staff is friendly and has basic work out equipment which is all I need on my lunch break. Writing a poor review because I come here daily at lunch and the women’s bathroom is always dirty/leaking/out of toilet paper. Said something to the staff and they said “we can refill the paper but cleaning staff only comes at night.” Seriously? I am a Physician Assistant, went to medical school and make a 6 figure salary and I still clean the bathrooms at my office if they need it!! Making sure your work place is clean is every employee’s responsibility!! Be better, take responsibility and rectify the situation.

Stay away from this place for real, they have a horrible management. After 3 months of personal training cancellation I am still receiving email stating that my personal training account is past due. I did approach the Gym general manager by phone sent her a text message to her personal phone number and never replied back. After seeing her in person and asked her what that email was about she said, I haven’t seen your text. She never said I’m sorry let me see what’s going on nope, nothing. By the way I have been a member since 2006 and that’s how much they appreciate their members.

Four stars because of tne group fitness space and a five star (Simone) instructor. The sound system was very lacking in the room however. Two stars for the locker rooms and shower areas. They need some sprucing up cosmetically. Its hard to tell if it is clean with the rusty edges and chrome that abound.
The staff was nice and friendly. I guess this is what one shoud expect for $10 a month.

This health club is horrible. I came at 6 a.m. on a Saturday because the Youfit website actually says it opens at 6 a.m. on Saturday. It's closed. It's always packed too. This place sucks. Spend your money on Mountainside Fitness or somewhere else, because this place is not good.

The place is kept clean, the staff is friendly, and I have yet to see any broken machines (knock on wood). The location is also a big selling point for me because it's right in front of my neighborhood, so being able to just walk there motivates me to go 6 days a week. The only negative is leaving the gym and smelling that In-N-Out Burger. It's torture!!! ;)

Sooo, I give this gym a 3 out of 5 stars. I've been coming here since they opened and it's not the greatest gym but it's worth the $20 I pay for 2 people.
Downfalls... The gym kind of has a weird smell. It's very crowded, feel like there's too much equipment in the way to have a good workout. Not uncommon for some of the treadmills to be out of service. And needs a lot of uupdating. Not sure if its the sauna or steamroom that's usually not working. I don't even bother going and checking to see which one is opened anymore . Don't have a key rack to hang my keys on. Which I'm sure that's for other reasons but those are the basics.
Now upsides.... They have a child care center, a pool and a jacoozie, they offer workout classes, spin class, 1 or 2 tanning beds work, decent hours, lots of equipment, and let's face it, great prices! So it maybe not smell that great or look that great BUT it's totally worth the money, especially if you are on a budget or just don't want to spend too much money on a gym . It gets the job done without breaking the bank.

First off this is not my home club, but I have the Limecard so I thought I would try it out. My cousin lives nearby & I recommended to her she try Youfit since I love my home club so much. However I've never been to this location so I told her I would try it out first before she signs up. My visit was extremely disappointing to say the least.

The location at 96th & Camelback is disgusting. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the walls & ceiling were filthy. Scuffs on the walls & dust caked on to vents and pipes on the ceiling. I walked straight to the women's locker room and it was instantly hot, the AC in there must have been broken, there was an industrial fan set up inside against the wall blowing around the hot air. I'm assuming the ceiling fans were broken too since they weren't running. Multiple sinks and soap dispensers were broken.

There is a vast amount of equipment however there is way too much for the space they have. Most equipment is sitting super close together, which isn't going to restrict someone from using assisted machines but will definitely hinder a decent workout for someone using the free weights. The benches are too close together & if that area is full then you aren't going to be able to just push stuff out of the way. There really is no area with a good amount of space to do lunges, dead lifts or walking shoulder raises. The weights are two different brands mixed in which throws off the aesthetics. All the equipment is super dirty. Honestly there is no way that they ever get wiped down.

A lot of equipment is broken. There are "out of order" signs every where, including the pool and sauna so I wasn't even able to try those out.

I have never been more uncomfortable in any gym before than here at this location. It was extremely hard to get through my workout. I ended up only being there for 45 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore and left.
What is the point of having the Limecard to go to other locations if they aren't going to live up to the same standards of Home club I signed up at and frequently work out at. The location I work out at is Tatum & Greenway & I've never felt the way I feel about the 96th & Camelback one. Not even close. My gym is clean. The District managers need to do some more thorough surprise inspections or something because obviously the facility managers aren't cutting it.
Very dissatisfied. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Been here a while since it was fitness works cool place to work out but the restrooms are always gross and sauna is never cleaned gym is crazy packed early in the week I have to park at the end of plaza. It's a gym that was bought out by You Fit, so the equipment is nice clean and new which is a plus and for 10 bucks it is hard to go wrong. Do not go here if you plan to go with your significant other where you may want to help each other. They do not let you workout when they feel as though you are "training "each other or trying to help one if you get back into shape or comfortable with the equiptment. You Fit trainers or the "personal training manager" more specifically, want you to spend money on someone to sit there and count for you as they have hands in pockets , no way to keep track of your current training session or socialize . This so called manager really has no idea of how to be a trainer, manager or business person. We canceled on the spot as this is not the kind of place or environment to promote a positive workout.
