Went in February to cancel 2 accounts. Still they are trying to charge my account. No one will return my calls or emails. Billing department tells me they can't cancel the account and I must go in person. That's now 10 hrs away and not feasible. I even had a friend go in person. Was told one week and it will be fixed... 3 weeks later STILL nothing.

Great gym and quite spacious. I like the gym as is… I think they have good space to make a dedicated dead lift station.
The gentleman behind the desk was very nice. I walked around looking for a dip belt. We could not find the chain but he showed me how to make one using what was there.
I like the common area that could be used to teach a number of classes with mirrors.
The high light for me was the elevated pull-up station. I used the squat area that was connected, to do standing Rows.
As soon as I walked in, I warmed up doing some push-ups and cranked out 20 consecutive pull-ups .
There is a decent amount of treadmills and more than enough stuff for cardio.
Very spacious although social distancing is over. It’s nice to know that your workout would not be on top of somebody.

I used it once. I tried to cancel and they enforce a two year contract that I don’t use. They charge admin fees aside from the contract fee that they didn’t tell me about. The experience trying to cancel has been the worse. Don’t do it each one is independently owned and run their business they way they see fit.

The gym had a large amount of space and a private wall to keep lookers from seeing half the gym which is great. The equipment was in good shape as well. The shower rooms did show some needed work but over all very clean. The parking lot had plenty of parking too. Would I go back to get a work out absolutely!!! Thank you to the owner and thanks for giving the chance to workout.

This place is sick.. i signed up for a membership, but they will sign you into a 2 year contract without telling you anything and you will be FORCED to pay it you cant cancel, its not only me this place is known for this and now the debt collector is calling me saying i owe $800 because the only way you can get rid of them is cancel your debit card.. management needs to be prosecuted for this

I satisfied my contract and now go month to month. I cancelled in June 2022, I called every month they now owe me 5 months of fees. I actually spoke to someone a few weeks ago, still took my money, which is a miracle since they never answer the phone. They owe me 5 months worth of fees plus any late fees back. Do NOT go to this gym.

Signed up a year ago. Hubby and I travel for work and was at atlas for 7 months. Manager said just call me when your leaving we can cancel np! That was 5 months ago. Still hitting my account for $110a month. I work 7 days a week 10 hour days now the story is I must go to the closest anytime fitness (which is 1hr 10min from me!) Go in and ask to sign a paper. Their not staffed 24/7 so now I gotta miss work and alot of money bc I was lied to!!???? Corporate don't help or email or call you back. I'm just going to go to my bank and open new account and close this one. That's the only way to stop them. I will never ever use anytime again. Been traveling the road for 7 years and use gyms all over the USA and never had one problem. I'm not the only one being scammed it's other Co workers too. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTIME FITNESS. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!!

Joined 10 Months ago. For over 3 months now one of the stationary cycles has not worked. Reported it several times to the person working and he just dost seem to concerned. Now 9 may 2022 the other stationary cycle is out, so now there are no stationary bikes that work. Also, two of the elliptical are in bad shape. One has been unusable for 2 months.

I signed up for personal training for 6 months that ended at the end of February. I’m still getting charged every week. The gym phone doesn’t work and the manager, Robert, while very nice, doesn’t seem too concerned. I called the customer service number from the anytime fitness website and they said they would call and if they couldn’t get anyone in the phone, they would send an email. I’d advise anyone to reconsider joining this gym. Not worth it.

Absolutely awful gym. They don't answer phone. Jon should be removed from position. They get you to sign up over the phone and fail to mention that you're under contract for a certain time. I neber signed anything. So I went to debt collection over him not explaining anything just wanting people to sign up. Thanks Jon. First gym I signed up for and for this experience it will be my last with anytime fitness.

Finally had to pay my bank 35.00 to not except and pay anything coming from this company.
Know multiple people who have had same problems with this Business.

Air is always out. Takes forever for them to fix or try and fix things. Last summer A/C went out. This summer A/C is out.

Signed a 2 year contract that ended in March of 2021! I’ve called twice and they assured me the money would not be taken out of my account, well it is now the third month it has been taken out since I asked for them not to! I joined this group for 3 months. I signed up for 3 months had a personal trainer for 3 months bought the 3 months package deal for 3 months. Then my trainer said maybe another 3 moths so I could work myself out of my back brace. So now they are still taking money out of my VISA. I’ve stopped payments on one Visa got another Visa called my bank several times. They did what they were supposed to do then today got a statement they took another 38.66 out of the card that was a new number. Please don’t sign anything here you will be a life time member

Happy we arrived in a neighboring city to this gym for my BFS job. And I went to try to get a day pass and was greeted by a friendly guy who let me attend today for free as it was my first time. I'll pay $7 tomorrow and each day after to be able to keep getting my workouts in while away from home. But thats okay with me.while this gym isn't what I'm used to, it des provide the normal neccesary equipment. No locker room though, which is a first for me. But u always have the ladies room to change in. Either way. I'll be driving 30 mins every day this week while in town to get my gym fix for a decent price.
