As a senior citizen, retired from many decades at a sedentary job, I knew I needed to work on my strength and stamina. Anytime Fitness @ Rye Hill is about 10 min. from my house, so I made an appointment. I was nervous to walk in, but I shouldn’t have been. Matt was very kind. He assessed me, and I joined a great group of ladies in Small Group Training. He will make adaptations to that day’s plan if one of us needs it. He is supportive and encouraging. I have never felt like anyone at the gym is judging me; it’s true the members all just do their thing and don’t pay attention to anyone else. I enjoy the other ladies in the group, and we encourage each other. Jessica, the manager, greets me with a smile, is kind, and takes pride in keeping the facility clean. The gym is easily accessible, and I feel very safe. I am making progress and that motivates me to continue.

I went to this gym for the first time today. Matt was very informative and helpful. He is very open to trying to help people be able to find what accommodates them most. The other gym goers were very friendly and he was very attentive to all of the clients the entire 2 1/2 hours we visited. This is a clean facility with caring companionate staff open to finding solutions for the customers success. I recommend if you are looking for a good gym fit that you visit this gym.

If you are looking for your fitness home in our area, I would encourage you to consider Anytime Fitness on Hwy. 71S, Fort Smith. The facility is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the location and flexible hours are so convenient. Those features are important, however, what sets AF on 71S apart, for me, is training with Matt Benavides. He warmly welcomed me as a fitness newbie over 60 and listened to my unique concerns, demonstrating the knowledge of his profession and the ability to customize workouts which involved doing some research on my rare muscle condition. All of this he does with care and encouragement with the perfect balance of challenging my strength and honoring my life experience. Well done, Matt and Anytime Fitness!

I have been using this gym for over a year now. I have tried other gyms in the area and this one will always be my favorite. The atmosphere is great, the other gym goers have all been very nice and polite, and the manager is extremely helpful with diet and exercise advice, offering personal training for people who don't know how to use some of the equipment like me or just need that extra encouragement. The fact that I can use other anytime fitness gyms when I go out of town helps tremendously to stick to my goals. The equipment is all in good shape and there is plenty of space so I usually don't have to wait for equipment which is nice. Over all its great gym with a family atmosphere but still has plenty of body building options.

Other AF in town was broken so I ended up here. Roughly the same size but with less open space, leans more towards free weights than machines. Still, has practically everything you need plus the elusive natural grip cable attachments I love. Very clean and had the place to myself during sad boy hours on a Friday.

Has really gone down. Trash hardly ever emptied, no sanitation wipes for equipment, and equipment has been broken for over a year. Never see anyone there from staff. Sad for what you pay to go there.

No management on site. Unable to cancel membership without going through cooperate. Other locations much better than this one. This particular gym is "privately owned" so other anytime gyms can't help with issues.

Anytime by Riley Farms is under new management/ownership. I had issues contacting the previous management to resolve issues with my membership but the new management took care of the issue immediately and contacted me again to follow up with the solution. Their commitment to resolving a problem created by someone else when it does not benefit them in anyway shows me that they are fully dedicated to turning this gym into a good reputable gym that you can actually contact someone at and have a good experience with

We have to move out of the country and administration asked proof of moving in order to cancel membership, like mail with new address and our names on it... Nothing else but that ... The country we were moving its paperless !!! Postal office is not the same as US.

After nearly a year of turmoil trying to get ahold of someone to end my subscription, they have new management and are getting the job done. The facility equipment is great. But the staff is never there or never answers the phone during their staffed hours. The phone number they hve online just rings and rings theres no voicemail to leave a message. I put in requests on their website to cancel the account a couple times. Ive called so many times the last two weeks during Their so called staffed hours. And the way its set up is that you cn only cancel at the facility you originally signed with which is beyond stupid if you hve the anywhere fitness plan.

Absolutely horrible. Have been attempting to cancel membership for 3 months now and still getting charged. Have left messages, written cancellations, notices on office door, emailed via link on website. No one is ever there during staffed hours. They owe me nearly $200 and counting. They have zero communication. Attached is a photo of office door. Clearly I am not the only one having problems with them.

DO NOT recommend. No one is ever there and no one ever answers the phone. Corporate is no help and other locations are no help, because all gyms are independently owned. I’ve had billing issues and two fobs that quit working and no one to help fix the issues or answers billing questions. The gym itself is a complete disaster because no one is ever there to clean or maintain facility. If I would give zero stars I would.

Went to look at the gym, and ask about a membership. Gym look very good but I changed my mind at the last moment but I was told I was not allowed to personally Mark out or keep my personal information(address, driver's license number, and SSN). I called to speak to the owner and it was the same person I spoke with at the gym,Ty, he was very combative when I express concern with the manner in which he disposed of my application into a small trash can beneath his desk. If your personal information is important to you I would suggest you avoid doing business with this location.

Ty really cares about his members and his gym. The gym is extremely CLEAN. I have been to other AF’ gym and this one has more equipment and still looks brand new. Ty is always looking and asking for opinions on what new equipment the members are wanting. I have been to serval different gyms and by far this one is the BEST. You can go when a workout time fits your schedule ANYTIME. If you do not choose this gym you are only hurting yourself.

I highly recommend Anytime Fitness! This specific gym is top notch and extremely well maintained. I believe that the manager Tye is the reason this gym shines and does so well! The gym is always clean, very safe, and has a good selection of equipment (with high-end entertainment options i.e.-Netflix, Hulu, DirectTV). Tye looks after his gym members and even takes the initiative to check in on the gym late in the evening if needed.

The place itself is nice. Music in gym was blaring way to loud. Couldn't hear your own music playing in your ear buds.
Overall, good work out. Clean gym. Good amount of equipment. Could use more. I will say though. Whomever the dark hair, scrawny guy in the office was...he was NOT at all welcoming. His overall demeanor was standoffish, lacked politeness. He does NOT at all, seem to be a people person. And if it's the same guy, other members have complained about. The owner ought take notice. I would give a 5star, were it not for the staff member.

Nice gym, but Tye was rude to me multiple times. After first joining, he commented when I "didn't stay long enough" for a workout. He frequently was passive aggressive and condescending when I interacted with him. When about bringing a guest, he said, "if everyone likes them and they're cool, then it's fine." This made no sense. I had subsequent encounters with Tye after this where he was unprofessional. If you join anytime fitness, don't go to Rye Hill. If anyone who owns this business reads this review, please remember it is the people that your members connect most to, and this gentleman lacks this very important quality. You are losing members because of one employee.

This is a great place all around. The equipment is brand new with a large variety to choose from. It is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. Individual shower/bathrooms makes for the privacy most gyms don’t have. Tye and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I've been a member since May. I have had no issues out of the staff or the facility. Everyone has been pleasant to deal with. The gym is always very clean and well maintained. I would rather pay a "higher" price for a membership at Anytime Fitness because of their classes, hours and personal trainers. I've always felt welcomed any time I've come through the door.
