This is an amazing gym to be a part of!!! They have created a great family atmosphere. They challenge you to push yourself in every workout, but always acknowledge where you are starting at. While I might hate some of the workouts (LOL), I keep coming back for the people!!! Please come and try it out.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now, and after living in Arkansas for three years, I can finally say I’ve found my community. This gym fosters a culture of camaraderie and always pushes you to be better than you were yesterday. If you have a chance to check it out, you definitely should. The workouts are suitable for people from all walks of life, and the coaches are well trained. They focus on technique and skill rather than how much weight you can lift. That is my favorite part of the gym because they care about your safety and make sure you know how to do each movement correctly.

This is the place to be. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve—whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete.
The community is amazing & everyone is like family! They motivate each other to push harder and grow stronger. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and they’re scaled to meet you exactly where you’re at.

Went there for months. Great place and great people. The owners are fun and teach classes and the other instructors are awesome.
Highly encourage anyone looking in to getting fit to try this place out. They are patient working with new people.
The atmosphere is such that everyone encourages everyone else. Even if your a beginner the most advanced people pay you on the back.
All I can say is, try this place.

Dropped in while in town on business. Both Kit and Angela were awesome to meet. Everyone on their box is very friendly. Got some great coaching on the power snatch while I was there. I highly recommend giving them a try.
