I’ve been a member of this gym for just over a year, and it’s easily the best in NWA. The staff is amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you maximize every workout. They have a welcoming atmosphere and great equipment, I can’t praise this place enough. Whether you’re new to fitness or a gym regular, they keep you motivated, excited to show up, and on track to hit your goals. Highly recommend!

This is the best gym in NWA. It is such a welcoming gym for beginners. The work outs are for everyone and can be challenging even for the most seasoned. The gym goers and staff make it feel like a family and friends type atmosphere. You’ll learn a lot, be challenged, and be a part of a community. I lost 55 lbs going here, and by the time I left, I lifted more than I did in college. It helped me through so much personally, and I can’t recommend it enough. You should join Barbell Disciples!

My 12 yr old son and I have been doing personal training with Meg for 7 months and it’s been awesome. My son was a little intimidated at the thought of going but Meg really did a great job putting him at ease and feeling comfortable that first day. Also, we do virtual school and she has been very flexible working with our schedule to get our training in between classes. She changes up the routine so it doesn’t get boring and sometimes she’ll make a game out of the workout to make it fun. And most importantly, I’m seeing great results with our strength, endurance, technique, and with my son’s confidence.

As someone who has never been in shape, this gym was perfect! They have a foundations class where you learn the correct form for barbell exercises. Then once you learn the basics, the regular classes will challenge you. Unlike other gyms, this gym really is a no-judgement zone. From fitness beginners to experienced athletes, this gym has something for everyone! Highly recommend checking out Barbell Disciples if you want to get in shape and find a community that will help you reach your fitness goals.

This is an incredible gym! I've been coming for over 6 months now. In the beginning I packed on muscle and now I'm starting to shred the fat. The staff is incredibly helpful and always making sure form is good to prevent injury. I couldn't have made the progress I have without this place! If you want a gym with great people and a wonderful staff you've found it.

Meg is the first trainer I've ever worked out with so wasn't sure what to expect nor can I compare it to really any other experience. At first, I thought that I "needed to get into better shape" before starting which of course I never did and it turned out I didn't have to. The first week was brutal, no way to sugarcoat that. However, it only get's easier after that so just do yourself a favor and stop stalling. It will never be the perfect time.

Barbell Disciples has become like a 2nd family. The training is top notch but the positive encouraging environment is out of this world. I walked in barely able to lift 3lbs and never once did I feel judged! I got encouragement from the trainers and gym goers as I made gains! BD is the place you want to be no matter your level!!

My wife and I are going on 3 weeks at this gym and do not plan on leaving. We tried the “traditional” gyms with the contracts and what not. This isn't that. We enjoy going here. The Atmosphere and culture is what we love. The owners Jeff/Meg are very patient and will give you 110% every day. The members of this gym are what help drive it as well. The upbeat and positive vibes you get from the people sweating next to you are what help separate this gym from others.
