I went to the full moon in Scorpio gathering hosted by Adriane and it was the best class I've ever been to. The yoga was gentle but powerful. The sound bath led me to deep realizations I'm still thinking about today. Adriane is such a light and made the whole class feel comfortable and inspired. I'll be at every one of these gatherings that she hosts. I can't say enough good things, a truly beautiful experience all around. Can't wait for the next one

Barefoot Studio has always been a favorite studio of mine. "Real," teachers, chill, loving atmosphere. They do hot yoga classes where the room is between 95 - 100 degrees, I absolutely love it. They also have some cool, unique items for sale up front that are great gift ideas for any time of year. Love barefoot studio. Gracias, thankful for this space. πŸ™

When I had my fourth child, I quit practicing to be a parent, lol. A couple years ago, my dear friend convinced me to try hot yoga at Barefoot (where I started my journey). My free trial immediately became a membership and I have been an avid Barefoot hot power yoga /live DJ addict since. There is nothing cooler to me than practicing yoga to diverse funky play lists or live DJ with incredible instructors. Love Breezy and hate to say farewell as I head west. Thanks for all the great vibes. heart hands

I have attended Barefoot for 13 years now and can say it is truly one of the places in the world i feel completely at home. I even moved 1/2 way around the world - and still longed to be back. I have always found it difficult to work out in public and to interact with strangers. I’ll admit, the first couple weeks I was so skiddish I kept thinking the worst about myself and my practice. Breezy and her staff are amazing at encouraging a person to β€œjust be” and believe that there is no competition in that moment - with yourself, others, etc….. Personally, it took years for that to settle in. Through it, I have gained awareness of my physical self, my mental state, and my spiritual path that would never have happened before. I have been excited and depressed, have danced and cried through practices. I’ve had to lay on my mat and modify everything after injuring myself (not in yoga), and there are times I push myself just to see what I can still do, being in my 40s. Everyone at Barefoot has always been so kind and welcoming, and has taught me how to become more kind and welcoming as well - to myself and others. I have loved every minute of my journey with Barefoot and look forward to what’s coming!

I started my yoga practice as a pure beginner over a decade ago at Barefoot. Wonderful teachers, accommodating schedules, safety-first mindset, and a family-type environment keep me coming back year after year. I feel very fortunate to have a place like Barefoot in my home town.

Also we’ve been having more Live DJ flows and it’s So fun and energetic . It’s a community of love and acceptance. Come see us ! The first week is always free!! Barefoot Yoga Studio- Little Rock

I could not be more grateful for the community and acceptance I’ve found at Barefoot Yoga. Every practice has been a cathartic opportunity for physical and emotional growth, and each time I leave (drenched in sweat β€” thanks to the hot yoga classes), I am thankful for the experience. πŸ’—

A wonderful community of some of the kindest humans I have had the joy of knowing. Breezy creates a safe space for all levels of movement, and the love she has for her studio and students is evident as soon as you walk in. The wide range of class offerings will meet you where you are, and expert guidance in each class ensures all students feel empowered to take care of their bodies. Cannot recommend this studio enough!!

Barefoot Studio is outstanding. We have been going to the studio for 15 years, and have visited many studios in LR. This one is the best. Classes and instructors are top notch and there is a great sense of community. I would recommend anyone give it a try.

Really wanted to join-Loved the classes. However, didn’t feel welcomed at all. Did a 7 day free trial and there was no follow up or no one explained the packages/different classes. I Called and left a message for a call back because I had questions and never received a call back. It’s almost as if you have to be a part of a certain β€œstatus” to be acknowledged or to be a member. Attended one class-the instructor acknowledged the few people that walked in before me but didn’t say a word to me. Was very disappointed because I heard so many good things about this studio -but didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable.

Had such a great experience at this studio! Everyone was so polite and welcoming! They answered any question I had, while also offering free water and allowing me to borrow a mat! The first week is FREE! Which is an amazing deal, but more than that, the instructors make it worth coming back for more! Such a pleasure and highly recommend!!

Barefoot is my happy place, and I know that I'm going to work hard and have fun every time I attend a class. All of the teachers are amazing and they all bring something a little different to the table. All of the classes are open to yogis of all experience levels, and the instructors do a great job of meeting you where you are. The heated power classes are always the most popular, but I strongly suggest trying as many different classes and teachers as you can. Namaste!

I tried out Barefoot when I moved to Little Rock. I had been practicing at the same studio for 6 years, so I was very nervous! Once I walked in, I instantly felt welcomed by Breezy and the other instructors. There are all types of classes offered throughout the day. Barefoot Studio has really made Little Rock feel more like home.

Barefoot is home. It’s where everyone and anyone is welcome. From beginner classes with Peggy to more advanced classes with Breezy, early morning to evening... glow yoga, full moon circles, and vinyasa vibes. There is a wide range of choices to meet you where you are with zero judgment and authentic encouragement. The creativity in sequences and the welcoming community are phenomenal. I would recommend Barefoot without hesitation to anyone.

Barefoot provided a safe space for me to practice when I was working downtown. I would sneak away during my lunch hour for some noon classes. Lindsey P is my absolute fave and I enjoyed classes with Julia, Breezy and Peggy as well.

I only have the delight of going to Barefoot when I’m visiting family but I love Breezy’s creativity and openness to offering out of the ordinary classes and some teachers like David are really exceptional in their technique and teaching methodology.
Overall great studio (may need some renovation TLC in coming years!)

Barefoot Studio is warm and inviting, I feel welcome, always. I have been practicing here for over 7 years and have always left feeling grateful, in many ways. Breezy and her family of yogi-practitioners, present and past, are kind, engaged, caring, and no matter what class your day allows you to attend, options for your level are always offered. Just show up, everything you need is there, all you have to do is breath and move.

There is a reason Barefoot Studio has been votes #1 yoga studio in Central Arkansas for 20 years now. Sadly, I'm not that reason :)

I love both practicing and teaching at Barefoot! The teachers have diverse backgrounds and teaching styles - so there's something for everyone. The community of yogis that Barefoot attracts immediately made me feel at home upon moving to LR a year-and-a-half ago, and the majority of my friendships have been cultivated through this studio. I cannot recommend Barefoot enough + am so grateful to have found this gem!

I had never done yoga but decided to take the beginner classes at Barefoot Yoga Studio when we moved to Little Rock. I am older than a lot of the students and was afraid I might not be able to keep up in a regular class so I checked out the website and discovered there were many different classes offered. I now attend any class because I know I can rest when I need to or do the modifications that are suggested. There is absolutely no pressure to "perform". Instructors always ask about injuries and suggest modifications for each pose. It is a safe enviroment physically and emotionally. It does not matter which classes I attend I always feel welcome and a part of the yoga community.
I have attended classes at other studios and I am most comfortable at Barefoot and I think everyone who attends classes woukd agree. The teachers are all certified, helpful, kind and welcoming. I am hooked on Barefoot Yoga!

I've been a member of Barefoot Studio for over 15 years now. It is one of the most loving, enjoyable experiences I have each week and offers quite an escape from the busy world outside. The studio's workshops are pretty great too. I know I've grown emotionally, physically and spiritually from Breezy's teaching and just the overall groovy vibe that the Barefoot Studio yoga space provides. I give the studio 5 out of 5 stars and I'd give it 5 thumbs UP (if I had more than 2...;--).

The most welcoming yoga studio I've ever practiced in! The teachers are all amazing and the owners are the kindest, happiest people. I've been practicing yoga here for a couple of years and always feel at home! All levels and types of yoga practiced here - everyone is always accepted, welcomed and treated warmly. I am always grateful to have the opportunity to practice yoga here!
