Seeing as the other “negative” reviews were excused by “having a bad day” or a lack of Harry Styles… LOL, I have decided to share my experience without being dismissed. I started as a BASH client when the grand opening deal was available, so hopefully my experience spent at BASH the past year can be taken seriously. As others have mentioned, the owner is greedy. I have personally met Beth on several occasions, especially when BASH was new and she was an actually around. She charges clients a very high premium so that she walk around in her designer and pay instructors only $20 per class. After looking into many other studios around NWA, BASH is the most expensive for clients, and they do pay their staff significantly lower than other places. As a result of this, many clients leave to go to Nooma or Spoon Moon. All of this points to greed. BASH is lucky they are the only reformer Pilates that is within Fayetteville lines. Over my time I have also built close relationships with current instructors, past instructors, and managers. This has allowed me an honest insight that only further proves the lack of care by Beth. She is a very hands off owner, and requires her underpaid staff to do more than they should. Often times staff is actually having to learn tech and business skills on the side in order to help run the place, since Beth’s main priority is money and gossiping with the managers. She takes advantage of her college age employees and pretends she genuinely cares about them, laughable. All of this negatively effects the workouts for clients because of the high instructor turnover. As others have mentioned, the staff is undertrained. The instructors and managers who did have experience have all left due to ownership. Again, I know this as a result of becoming their friends and have stayed in touch even after they left BASH. You can learn as much as the instructors know by watching a few YouTube videos! I have even witnessed instructors needing to be corrected by clients. They hire inexperienced college girls because they know they can be taken advantage of and will bring their friends in to spend money! Maybe this time the concerns can be reflected on instead of being made fun of! (I have had an excellent day today, very happy!)

Love it here!! I go multiple times each week and every instructor has had a great class, offers modifications for all levels and a welcoming atmosphere and staff! I look forward to going each class!

Very unwelcoming environment with unfriendly management. They do a poor job at incorporating traditional Pilates movements and you can tell they are undertrained. Too expensive for what they offer and the greed will take over that place.

I love bash, I have had a membership for a couple months now & I couldn’t recommend it more! I have told all my friends about it and how the energy, community, and environment bash has created is amazing. I’m so sad to leave because i’m moving, You need to try bash!

I love Bash, I go every day and am never left disappointed by the classes! The girls there are very nice and helpful and never make me feel intimidated. The studio is bright, clean, and inviting. The classes are challenging but so fun. I love going because it is something different every day. Also, I highly recommend any class that Shelby teaches, she’s amazing!!

Studio is absolutely beautiful and the teacher was really nice. I'm pretty athletic but I've never used a reformer before and the teacher was very nice and supportive. She wasn't even bothered that I didn't attend a beginners course. I will totally be coming back!
