1.5 years in, this review still stands. Body Balance is the best place I’ve ever worked out. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. It’s the type of place you can be a true beginner and still feel like you belong. The xformer workouts are my favorites, but I love the studio room too.

I love Body Balance and all of their amazing instructors! They take the time to build a relationship with you and put a lot of effort into teaching impactful classes. I’ve officially been attending for one year now, and I have never been this consistent with working out before. I truly love coming and get excited to see everyone at the studio.

I’ve been coming to Body Balance since January, and it has truly been a life-changing experience. Not only have I seen transformation in my strength and flexibility, but I’ve also found a place that feels like family. The instructors are encouraging, the classes are uplifting, and the community is so welcoming. Every session leaves me feeling better—physically and mentally. I have been taking X-Former classes at Body Balance for a few months, and I absolutely love it. The studio is beautiful, the instructors are wonderful, and I can feel a difference in my strength from the classes. There were also plenty of modifications for when I was first starting out or for days when I want lower intensity. 10/10 recommend.

I've been doing Body Balance classes for a while now, and it's an amazing full-body workout! Whether you're a complete beginner or more experienced, every class is accessible. The instructors really know their stuff and offer great guidance and modifications. No pressure—just show up and give it a go. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to NWA and was soooo lucky to find such a great studio at the first place I tried. I pretty exclusively take Xformer classes here and I’m always impressed by: the studio’s cleanliness; the kindness and warmth from the staff (even after they deliver a *spicy* class;) the fitness knowledge the instructors bring to their craft; and the uplifting environment of staff and clients alike. I tend to hit the early morning classes with Khanh (who is such a rockstar instructor making every class different and unique,) but every instructor I have taken brings a unique spin to Xformer Pilates and a different challenge. The location is also PRIME, and their app makes booking classes so so easy. 12/10 recommend, I’m 70 classes in and look forward for more to come with this true community!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The people. The exercise. The concept. This studio really has nailed it. They are extremely welcoming, helpful with corrections when on the Xformer, and overall love the intimate experience. I have only been a member for 2ish weeks and can already see the community they have built in Bentonville. This is a must-go!! Don’t be afraid if you have never gotten on an Xformer; the willingness to help and teach is bar none. Thanks for being a part of my fitness journey!

Xformer has quickly become my new obsession! The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm and personable, always greeting you by name. Each class challenges me in the best way, and the instructors do a fantastic job of breaking down the movements, making everything easy to follow. The studio is simple and clean - by far one of my favorites. I take all of my friends to xformer with me and highly recommend this place to all!

I love this studio! First of all, the instructors are incredible. They’re well trained, knowledgeable and put in the time to plan classes, making my time in the studio worth it, every time. The variety of classes is a huge advantage over most other gyms/studios in the area. Plus they have XFORMERS 👏🏼
The Xformer workouts are SO good! I realize I absolutely cheat with my core workouts and there’s no way to cheat on the machine. I’ve seen my core and overall strength improve so much over the course of five months. I love the camaraderie and I genuinely enjoy getting the most out of my membership!

Incredible full body workout on the xformer. It’s an intense 50 minute workout that makes your muscles burn and you can FEEL it’s worth your time! The staff is well-trained and knowledgeable, the space is beautiful and clean, and the location is easy from both downtown and I-49.

Such a great place! Every class is challenging, and every instructor is very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am coming in starting from scratch and with many previous surgeries that require constant modifications, but I feel comfortable and confident every time!

I love Body Balance! I have taken the xformer class and TRX class and wow they’re so good. I have been weight listing for years and thought Pilates would be easy but I was so wrong! The classes are for all levels of ability so I didn’t feel out of place when just starting out and learning. The facility is so nice and clean too. So cute!

This is the best pilates studio i’ve been to! It has a variety of classes to choose from, including hardcore reformer, bounce, matt pilates and some recovery stretching classes. I love the flexible of having some options so it never gets old.
The instructors are great and classes are hard. The studio provides equipment and towels so you never have to bring anything (maybe just pilates socks if you prefer having them). Class times also vary if you’re looking for something before or after work
hours, they also have good morning and lunch classes too for people who are more flexible.
Price-wise it’s the best deal in town and it’s locally owned. I’ve tried a ton of workout studios and this one is the best value, most welcoming and hardest.

Body Balance is such a gorgeous and welcoming studio! The owners and instructors are absolutely wonderful - always super friendly and so knowledgeable - they make you feel so welcome! I really appreciate the variety of classes they offer - it’s tough to have a favorite class or teacher here because they are all really that good! The classes are designed to be challenging but not overwhelming - perfect for people of all fitness levels. I haven’t taken a class that I haven’t loved! Every class is full of people with such great energy - it makes working out fun!
