As a swimmer, I don’t like restrictive swimming times. I would like it if they could keep a lane line or two in place during adult swim. It would be worth the extra time I must travel to swim year round and it really wouldn’t restrict anyone else. Thank you for hearing me and I hope to see a lane line during adult swim. 🥰

Disappointing Experience for Newcomers. The overall experience left much to be desired. The lobby felt outdated and uninviting. While the front desk attendant was polite, she was ultimately unhelpful. She seemed more engaged in casual conversation with regular guests than in assisting us or clearly explaining the services available. In fact, another guest—who overheard our questions—ended up offering more guidance than the staff member did. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident; we’ve had a similarly unwelcoming experience with the same staff member on a previous visit. As newcomers, we hoped for a more attentive and informative interaction.

Love the pickleball courts…6 fenced-in with multiple gates so you don’t have to disturb a game in progress when entering the space. Shade is provided and some seating. The fitness trail is a nice option with a paved walkway, although there are some hills to go up and down.

The biggest secret about Branchwood is that they have TWO racquetball courts. These are hard to find in Northwest Arkansas.

Went here to play Pickleball and tour the facility. There are 6 really nice Pickleball courts that are lit up well at night. Lots of parking. The main facility offers a lot. A big fitness room, weight gym, raquetball court, swimming pool, hot tub, library, Game room, coffee area, bathroom with lockers, showers and saunas. It was a happening place with popular pool cardio classes and yoga classes. I'm happy this Rec center is part of Bella Vista POA!
