Four of my kids are attending the summer camp this year and they absolutely love it. They are having a blast every day - going to the pool and lakes, kayaking, slip-n-slides, bounce houses, painting. Every day is a fun-filled adventure. I wish I was able to join the camp for the summer!

My name is Maddison I use to attend this gym in the Greenbrier location. Recently I was pulled from this gym do to the owners unprofessional behavior and communication. I would show up to class and the coaches when the owner was not around would ask who I was, they said I was not on the schedule or class. The owner her self is hardly ever involved an have coaches that are high schoolers who change all the time, we do the exact same thing over and over again, the owner will roll her eyes at the children in the gym, the gym and the equipment is not safe, gymnastic bars flip over all the time Causing kid to fall. I have told my parents I don’t like the place.

My son loves going to daycare here. He loves all the workers and playing with the other kids. He throws a fit when he has to leave there! Everyone is super friendly and great with kids!

My daughter loves her summer camp and her Gymnastics class. Summer camp is a full day of fun activities that keep my 9 year old busy. We love Coach Laura!

My daughter attended classes here for about 5 months. During her time there she learned so many new skills. There were a few times the teachers for her class were young and distracted when the owner was out of town, but I informed the owner of the incident and she took care of it. Our issues started when we decided to take a break from her gymnastics classes. On January 25th I informed the owner we would like to stop classes temporarily. She said that was fine, but that our monthly payment would still come out in February because she needed 3 weeks notice to cancel the payment. I was understanding of this and asked if I could have a refund after it came out. She said she could refund me but asked for an online review in return (hence this review). She also stated how hard it was going to be for her small business to lose my daughters tuition ($85/month). After my payment came out in Feb I contacted her multiple times about my refund. She rarely responded but I did finally get a response (after about a week of multiple texts/calls) saying she had processed my refund. I gave it a week and it never showed up in my account. I have called and texted her many many times and she refuses to respond. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back and to prevent additional charges from coming out in subsequent months. During this time a friend of ours tried to leave the gym as well and had the EXACT thing happen to her as well. After asking around I have heard of multiple people having this issue with this gym. I hated it because the owner, Laura, really is a great coach and my daughter learned so much. But it’s obvious this company is not financially stable and the owner struggles to manage finances, communication, and customer service. If $85/month is going to break you, your business is not financially stable. I would NOT recommend this gym for that reason alone. I needed an honest person to give my money to for my daughters gymnastics class and this was not the place. I only gave 2 stars because of the amount of skills my daughter learned in her short time at this gym.
