Whether you are an adult looking to get fit and gain strength, a collegiate athlete with your eye on a pro league, or an aspiring athlete as young as 7, D1 programs deliver! Our results-driven adult programs and outstanding scholastic programs equip our expert coaches to help any individual. Backed by decades of science and experience, D1 Training offers age-appropriate, prescription-based programs, specialized facilities and equipment designed to power you to your goals.

D1 Bryant isn’t just a gym, it’s a family. The coaches are awesome—they know how to push you while still keeping things positive and fun. You can tell they really care about you getting better, not just inside the gym but outside too.
What I love most is the atmosphere. Everyone’s in it together, encouraging each other, and that motivation makes such a difference. The people you work out with quickly become more than workout partners—they become real friends you hang out with outside the gym too.
If you’re looking for a place with great coaches, owners, good vibes, and people who push you to be your best, D1 Bryant is it.

D1 Training Bryant just keeps getting better and better. I’m 5 months in and am seeing real results. The consistency in coaching, the switch up in templates every few weeks, as well as testing days are exactly what my body needs. I not only feel stronger, but I AM stronger today than when I started.
Here you get real, measurable results. The methods are proven, the community is supportive, the coaching is unmatched and having local owners is a blessing.

Joining D1 Training has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. From day one, the coaches were welcoming, motivating, and truly committed to helping everyone reach their goals—regardless of fitness level. The workouts are well-structured, challenging, and constantly changing to keep things fresh and exciting.
What sets D1 apart is the team environment. It feels more like a community than a gym. The energy is always high, and everyone—from the staff to the fellow members—pushes each other to be their best. LOVE this training facility. This is a welcoming and inspiring place to train. Head Coach JJ is encouraging and considerate, as are all the coaches. As a fitness professional myself I find this to be the perfect training with knowledgeable coaches to keep you safe while pushing you to do more when you’re ready. This is NOT like a lot of other box gyms or dangerously competitive rogue warehouses. You are always encouraged to do what is right for you and to honor and highlight your abilities and not looked down or intimidated into doing more than you are ready to do, all while being encouraged by those around you.
Women especially can feel safe and strong here. Ladies, do you want to kick peri/post menopause to the curb? This is the training for you! Strength, core, and conditioning. Be strong, lift heavy things!

I’m typically not a group workout girl. BUT, I love my D1 family! All the coaches are amazing and teach me so much. A special shoutout to Coach Chance for pushing me beyond what I thought my limits were. The motivation I get here is unmatched.

Absolutely love D1 Bryant! The workouts are exactly what I need, set to good music, and the coaches - Coach Chance specifically - is quickly becoming my favorite! He’s so motivational, always checks my form (everyone’s form), and encourages us to keep going and to give it our all! Highly recommend this him and this place. My knees are grateful!
