I had a great first experience at D1 Rogers. As a Little Rock native, I had attended D1 LIttle Rock a few years ago. D1 in Rogers made me feel at home. It was exactly what I was looking for, and it felt fantastic to be back on that field—even if I was struggling to push that plate down and back! Nate has trained two of my sons.
Not only is he a great trainer and trains them for their individual sports, but invests in them on a personal level. He has attended sporting events for both of them and I honestly doubt most trainers would do that.
He also encourages my sons on a mental level and encourages them to believe in themselves.
I would do anything for Nate. He’s that kind of guy.

I was here for a birthday party and although the kids had fun, doors were locked and some people had a hard time getting inside. There was a last minute practice before the party so there was no time to bring in party stuff (parents were not told they could arrive early to bring in party supplies). The staff members didn’t help and it wasn’t what they had advertised when the parents inquired about the party details. It’s a very cool facility. The kids had a great time. I think for training, it would be an excellent. For parties, not so great.

Absolutely love this place. I signed up for a free group class and felt motivated not only by the exercises but also the staff even on day one. I love the way the workouts are set up with repetitions so you can push yourself at your pace. Bri was the first person I had communicated with and she was so kind and informative. The staff was not in a rush for me to pay and it showed their sincere care for their patrons. I typically did the 7am workout with Seth or Nate and both were very patient to assist me with doing the exercises I didn’t know. I already feel stronger with two weeks of going there and I will be back when I’m in the area. Highly recommend.

D1 Rogers has been a genuinely phenomenal experience for me. From the moment I signed up for a tryout class with Spencer over the phone to signing up for the membership with Bri after just my second tryout class. Spencer was welcoming over the phone and in person. Bri was kind and helpful and played a role in me signing up for membership. Jim is awesome and has done great in managing a truly thriving environment. Everyone one staff is friendly. The adult classes were very challenging for me in the beginning and honestly still are, but I have made improvements I don’t think I could’ve with out the encouragement from the trainers. Nate and Jackson are the trainers I have done the majority of the classes with and they do a terrific job. They have helped me correct form and challenge me and they do both in a kind and encouraging manner. If you’re looking for a place to grow in energy, endurance, strength, and even more than that in a thriving community you should try out D1.

I LOVE D1!!!! I was super skeptical about joining I thought it would be like every other gym I have ever been in and I wasn’t interested in the traditional gym. It’s been 20 plus years since I have worked out other than walking outside. I have never felt so accepted and not judged, I really appreciate the trainers enthusiasm and willingness to help you learn and make sure you are not hurting yourself by providing one on one instruction And keep you safe but motivated I just can’t believe I waited this long to join You won’t be disappointed and they have a free trial week!!

If you are looking for a phenomenal workout option for all ages- this IS your place. Coach Brandon, Jackson, Nate.. have helped me and my wife get in good shape. We used to do CrossFit but wanted a place where we would focus on building a sustainable workout routine that would help us lift but do more cardio. Coach Early works 1:1 with my kid and she loves going to build on her performance. You also find speed and agility coaches for high school and college athletes. As a former swimmer I have found this to be the place to give me the best workouts since college.

Best decision I ever made. D1 is like no other gym you’ve been to and the trainers are top notch! Don’t let the name scare you, they work with anyone and everyone, no matter your age, ability or situation, they can help. I started working with a trainer right out of physical therapy after losing they use my f my legs for a while and they have been so key to my recovery process. They are like family! Thanks D1!! Also working in some new exercises made a huge difference. I would recommend anyone to D1 especially the ex-athlete that has gotten out of the routine. Started at D1 about a month ago. I am 20 classes in and have lost 6 pounds. For me that is a HUGE accomplishment. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago and my body has gone through so many changes since. About 2 years ago is when the weight started packing on and nothing I did helped. I tried going to the gym by myself, but never lost a pound. I had turned to my Dr and had some meds before and lost 20 lbs but it came right back after being on another med. I went hunting for the right place for me. I didnt want to use meds again to lose weight. I wanted to work for it and lose it. It's still a struggle for me but knowing I've done 6 lbs on my own based on the workouts the trainers provide and that gives me a lot of hope. I have already been able to increase my weights by a few pounds so I can see the strength I'm building as well. I've needed the motivation and the guidance to really get me going. You have to give it time. The first few days/weeks were very rough but just push through and keep going. You can do it too!

I’m 20 sessions in (4 weeks) and I’m seeing great results. I’ve noticed a good difference in muscle tone, I’m lifting 50% to 60% heavier weights in the strength class than when I started, and I’m not as exhausted after the boot camps. Definitely excited to see the progress in the next 4 weeks.

Team of trainer at D1 for Adult bootcamp is best in class. The trainers are positive, encouraging, focused on overall health, technique and physic. The importance of a full balanced workout of warmup, intense circuit training with accurate technique and cool down stretch.

I visited D1 a couple of weeks ago when my small locally owned gym had to close down. I was very skeptical as I wasnt sure what to expect at D1, but the staff and trainers were SO welcoming and accommodating! There is nothing like D1’s style of training in NWA. It’s not just great for athletes, but for anyone who wants a tough and REWARDING strength/conditioning work out. Every day I go in it is something new and challenging. The trainers are there to guide, motivate, keep your form correct to avoid injury and set you up for success moving heavier weights as you get stronger (which you will quickly by training at D1).
