This morning I went to reserve a court at the center, and I could not. So we came around 4 to see if there was an open court and there were plenty courts open. My girls were playing 3on 3 and the girl with the blue/purple colored hair at the front who was on her phone the entire time we were there playing finally come to the front and tells my kids they canβt play games on this court. Which ok thatβs fine but had you said something 1hour ago when they starting playing around that would have been great. Or even better if the rental website was up to date I would have reserved one instead. You walking around on your phone for the entire hour I was there and then come to the front sit down and then direct traffic is crazy. Maybe she should try paying more attention to whatβs going on than that phone. We will stick to the McGhee center.

Being a Conway resident coming to play baseball against other teams that have driven for HOURS to come enjoy the city of Conway & their βnice facilitiesβ is an absolute joke. The baseball facilities here @ Don Owens are absolutely embarrassing. Between NO seating, fields that are half turf half grass, dugouts with nothing but a metal bench, roof literally falling off the concession stands, bathroom stalls permanently boarded up, mud everywhere with very little concrete anywhere & the concrete that is here, you better watch your step because thereβs a minimum 4β drop off. This is absolutely embarrassing having all these out of town parents & players drive all this way to come here to this facility. We really need to do better.

I really love this sport center its a nice and quiet place you can go and walk there are so many nice and friendly and warm wonderful people that go up there and walk the staff is nice and friendly if you have a disability you can go up on the elevator when I would go and walk I had a awesome time.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD! THE STAFF IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! IVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN MY LIFE AS I WAS TODAY AT THE 14U STATE TOURNAMENT!!! Let me start by saying this is a very small set of fields with very little seating! People crowded everywhere so me and my husband decided we would watch my son who was playing on the field ( were 2 hours from home btw) from OUTSIDE THE PARK FENCES IN THE PARKING LOT and we would sit on tailgate! We sat in 90 degree heat for the whole game till the last 8 mins of the game and this rude lady and 2 men come out to the truck and proceed to tell us we could not sit on our tailgates in parking lot without paying to GET IN THE GAME!!!! I've been to countless fields and never have I ever been told this nonsense! It was humiliating! Then she stands there until we got up and stood by the truck! And told us we could not stand by the truck without PAYING TO GET IN! IT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL EMBARRASSING AND DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING!!! I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS SHARED ON ALL MY PLATFORMS FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW! THEY ARE SO MONEY HUNGRY THEY RAN OFF PARENTS OF PLAYERS WHO PAYED TO PLAY AND NOT BC WE DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF HOW THEY WENT ABOUT IT I WOULD NOT PAY THEM A DIME! PLEASE SHARE

We went to the sports center to watch the eclipse. They had a greeter in the parking lot, directing viewers to the best spot to watch, and told us how to find the restroom and water fountain. She was very friendly.

We had a ball tournament at Don Owens this weekend and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was urine seeping through the wall of the menβs restroom into the womenβs and it was all over the floor and the smell was terrible! Also only one sink worked and barely. The city needs to clean it up if itβs going to be the host for ball tournaments. Do better.

Worse ball fields in Arkansas. We had our dogs with us and they forced us to leave and refused to refund our money the only way we could watch our team play was from the parking lot. So much for having a service dog. I will NEVER GO TO CONWAY again for a game.

Great open gym facility with a track on top for people to walk/run safely. This place is always well kept and managed well. I love that its accessible to the community for free, not many places have free facility use anymore these days. I really enjoy coming here to play basketball whether it's by myself or to meet friends and play as a group. Plenty of courts and space for all to share and use at the same time.
