Beautiful pool facility with a glass roof and large glass doors. Los of natural light and fresh air. The pool design is perfect for competitive or leisure swimming. Temperature is just right!

Amazing facilities which are kept clean. I went to school at Hendrix but my mother lives in the village so I still use the gym. I do not think i would lile going to a typical collage gym but the average Hendrix student is far less obnoxious and usually more thoughtful so even if you are not a student...the place is usually peaceful and comfortable

This establishment goes beyond “poorly run”. It starts at the top with Debra and goes all the way down to the front desk.
I have been a member for about 2 years I pay every month. I pay this fee specifically for the pool. I realize Covid has complicated things for everyone but the incompetency that I continue to encounter goes well beyond any sort of pangs associated with new policy implementation.
I have been physically in the building with my children to check on the availability of the pool for their use. I am assured each and every time that the pool is open at such and such time and to come back then.
When we come back to use the facilities the kids are excited about swimming. We show up and are turned away, due whatever random new policy they put in place that morning. It’s been due to AquaKids, lap swim, no kids, change of times.... just whatever strikes their fancy at the time.
The kids are rightfully disappointed, and I myself left completely baffled.
This is not one staff member accidentally forgetting. I have spoke down to at least 6 different ones and no one can give me a straight answer.
I am extremely disappointed in the level of competency, and even more so at the apathetic attitude I encounter when I have sought some sort of explain action or resolution.
The Director is less than gracious, and does little to nothing in an effort to run what should be a highlight of Conway.

Very nice facilities. The place is clean and well maintained. The basketball team ran a very good shooting camp. The coaches were approachable and helpful. My teenage son thoroughly enjoyed the camp.

Our boys learned some fundamentals from an Eagle Scout who is also a Hendrix student. They were all very focused. They could concentrate, they had their own space. The pool is always clean, comfortable and well managed. Thank you Hendrix for supporting the community!

Excellent place to work out. Staff have been nothing but wonderful and the gym has an really positive culture. More popular workout out gear can develop a line but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get started. The equipment and amenities have always been very clean. I would definitely recommend this to someone else who is just starting to work out.
