Rachael, at Hopes4health, offers more than weekly Boot(Y) Camp classes, 1on1 personal training, meal guides, soup challenges, and juice resets. She provides a support group, a network of goal-oriented women, a place to receive encouragement, and just overall fun. She creates an atmosphere that is inviting. Prior to the pandemic, I worked out with Rachael in-person at the gym. Although Iβve been participating via the ZOOM platform, this has not stopped me from accomplishing my health and wellness goals. I joined Hopes 4 Health in November 2019, weighing 228 pounds. As of December 30, 2020, I now weigh 165 pounds! Thanks to Rachael and Hopes 4 Health, I had no excuse not to exercise, even during a pandemic. Thank you, Rachael. Thank you for fully embracing who you are. Thank you for being authentic with us.
