I can’t say enough good things about this place! My little one has been going here for close to 3 years! She has grown and advanced so very much over the years and continues to be excited to come to class and learn new things!

The owner is amazing and she has some of the best coaches and support staff that I’ve ever met! They have a wide array of classes that can fit anyone’s interests, skill level, and at various times so you can fit your child’s class into your schedule.

My 10 year old daughter has been going to Hot Springs Gymnastics for 2 years now. We love all the coaches and each coach spends individual time with each child during classes.The atmosphere at Hot Springs Gymnastics is positive, upbeat , and fun. My daughter asked to go to class and is so sad when she misses a class. If we due miss a class, then we are able to do a make up class. I will continue to bring my daughter to Hot Springs Gymnastics. We absolutely love this place! The gymnastics and ninja classes are a hit with our kids—they look forward to every session. Our girls have been part of Hot Springs Gymnastics for almost three years now, and we couldn’t be happier. The coaches were nice, but during the 1.5 years my daughter attended classes at HS Gymnastics, she only learned how to do a roll over. They supposedly offer private lessons, but when I asked about it, no one ever got back to me.

The two Spring Showcases we attended were not good. All of the students had to have assistance doing everything. We paid to have our daughter perform in the showcase and we had to pay to attend the showcase. Everyone who came to see the kids perform, had to pay.

It was so hot in the building, everyone was sweating. They blamed it on air conditioning issues and the amount of people that were there. But, we showed up early and it was already hot. Also, it's not that hot in the building during the week when our daughter attended class. They had drinks and snacks for purchase. It felt like a money grab.

I posted about my experience in a private FB group. The owner was in the group and saw it. She got upset and dropped my daughter from her class that same day without calling, emailing, or texting us to let us know. We only found out when we saw a refund for the Spring showcase and there was no automatic payment made from our credit card for the next month's tuition. It was very unprofessional.

I have two kids (age 6&8) that have started this year at Hot Springs Gymnastics! It has been such a great experience! First off… the company is very organized, this is great for busy schedules. They have an App that is easy to use and a great reminder for upcoming activities. The staff are so friendly and kind to the kids! The class activities are alway rotating and keeping the kids attention! My girls Love it. The class sizes are not to big, my kids are building relationships along side physical fitness. My daughter started HSG May 2022! She was showing some true and natural talent, so I had to get her in a gym, STAT! 3 years later, next month, she will be competing on Team Gold XCEL for the 2025-26 competition season! The coaches and staff are AMAZING and also so very talented. They know their stuff and can spot true potential. Awesome place for kids to get up and get moving! So may kids are engaged in devices and electronics today. Gymnastics is a GREAT way for them to get exercise and develop the social skills they need to be team players. 2 of my granddaughters attend pre-teen classes. Our son absolutely loves going to gymnastics however as the parent I am some what disappointed.

The instructors are mostly moody, uninspiring young adults who clearly have no formal training in teaching/coaching young children. There has been little progress after months of attendance. The class has a revolving door of children. When new children attend the instructors focus a lot of attention on new students while ignoring the loyal few.

In addition, the employees are allowed to bring their children to work, which is a wonderful perk and I applaud the owners for taking care of their staff. Unfortunately the children run about the gym unsupervised and at times get in the way of students. I’ve also seen staff bring in clearly very sick children who were not isolated in any manner from customers being allowed to sleep on gym equipment while coughing.
