I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the studio for several months now.... When you sign up they tell you that if you need anything to just let them know! Huh, good luck with that. I've have sent messages and still haven't heard anything!

I’ve been really disappointed with Hotworx lately. The maintenance has gotten worse — the rooms are smelly, bathrooms are dirty, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are never refilled. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, the management hasn’t taken any action, and the response has been very poor. Definitely not the standard I expected.

Don't sign a contract! It's nearly impossible to get out of. Make sure you physically sign a cancellation form and keep it for an attorney when they keep billing. Simply having the manager saying your contract is cancelled won't work.

I just utilized my free class and Victoria and Jocelyn were so warm and welcoming. I absolutely love the idea of a class lead workout but the privacy the saunas have. The facility is so nice and clean as well. The workout left me feeling so revitalized and definitely made me sweat. I’m so excited to start my membership!

I love this gym! I have been inactive due to medical reasons. But once I came back I noticed a difference in the gym. It appears more organized and clean. The community itself is what keeps me coming. I can come and ask other members about new work outs that might appear intimidating. I have always had a great experience with anyone at the gym. I have come in at different times and enjoy the flexibility.

This place is awesome!! Very clean and organized! I love working out in an infrared sauna because there is so many benefits, along with the “HOTWORX app” benefits. Highly recommend this place. Workouts range from 15 minute cycle classes to 45 minute pilates classes + so much more!!!

I recently joined and am so impressed with Theresa! She was so welcoming - she turned on the sauna before I came to make sure it was hot and then kindly offered me water, when I realized I forgot my water bottle. I was SUPER impressed with her level of customer service. She's exceptional! Thank you!!

Hotworxs has been a game changer for me! I signed up almost a year ago, and I can't refer it enough. Jennifer specifically was welcoming from my very first day, and has help everyone I recommended to get started. My sister in law and I are now 3 months in to our regular workouts. Day and night. The space is always clean, cool for when you're done, and always a safe feeling. Especially because I usually work out after hours. If you have tried for a while now and the gym just isn't working.
