Lucus is truly an exceptional trainer. He pulled me out of a longstanding fitness rut and completely transformed the way I approach working out. Thanks to his guidance, I gained a solid understanding of compound movements, supersets, and how to push myself beyond my comfort zone in a safe and sustainable way.

What really stood out was how well he balanced listening to what I wanted in a workout while still challenging me to do more than I thought I could. He's respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and a great communicator. The app he uses is user-friendly, keeps me motivated, and made tracking progress so simple. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond when I had questions.

I've now been on this fitness journey with Lucus for two years and can confidently say l've never felt stronger.
I went from feeling stuck to achieving new personal bests-and I couldn't have done it without his support and insight.

I have trained with Lucas for the past two years at Ozark Iron Gym and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I initially reached out to him months before moving to the area, and he showed genuine interest in learning about how to support my fitness goals from the onset. Throughout my training experience, Lucas has demonstrated a commitment to thoughtfully pushing my limits, allowing me to gain strength and confidence in my fitness capacities. He has a fun and chill attitude, yet can also step into the role of a motivating coach, so that I can reach my full potential. I have handled exercises I never thought I could be able to achieve, and certainly not on my own, including deadlifts and farmer's walks. I also appreciate his sense of humor and our ability to have interesting conversations during the workouts. That makes him even easier to connect with. Lucas holds high standards for himself and of his clients, which I appreciate. Even when I've been sick and had travel conflicts, Lucas has been accommodating and we have figured out alternate plans to ensure I still keep the momentum. I also must note that Lucas is great at explaining physiology and the science behind working various muscles. I would highly recommend anyone train with Lucas if they are ready to commit to their own self growth and fitness goals!

Ok, so in the beginning of my journey of working out I’ve gotten hurt countless times and I struggle with an elbow injury still to this day but When I started working with Lucas I finally started to grow and he gave me the confidence and guidance in going back to the gym. I originally started off with only being able to bench 5 pounds and within 3 months I’ve gained and now able to bench 45 as well as strengthen my elbow to be capable of handling more. This guy is killer and I would recommend him to anyone.

Lucas is an awesome trainer and an awesome person. He treats me as person, not just a client, and genuinely cares about me as an individual.
His workouts are hard, but structured in a manner to teach you how to work out and help you understand how to maintain an active lifestyle. Lucas is knowledgeable and able to make adjustment to the workouts based on personal needs. I have an ankle injury and deal with migraines and any time those issues come up, he knows what alteration to make so I can safely get my workouts in while still continuing to grow. He's also skilled at meal planning and helping make mindset changes regarding diet.
If you a serious about making a change and learning to stick with it I can't recommend Lucas enough. So far I've lost 50 pounds and counting!

Lucas was great to work with! I was very impressed from day one following my initial meet and greet, I got a customized presentation sent to me that was tailored to my goals, needs, and expectations. Lucas did a great job listening to my goals, and helped to put a realistic plan in place for me to achieve. When flexibility was necessary, Lucas was able to pivot to meet my needs.
