I was moving so I went to cancel my membership 8 days before it renewed. They required an additional months charge because I didn't cancel 15 days before my renewal date. I told them that is ridiculous that they require that. They threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay it.

I lost my job and driver license 1 week after I signed my gym membership contract. I was told I could not cancel my contract even though I never used it and had no money to pay it. I never used it once and couldn't afford it and they still charged me and put it against my credit for all the next year. 0 stars.

As for gyms, monthly price is high unless you plan on doing their classes, cost to bring a guest with you aswell. Place was rather crowded for a gym of its size. Other wise it has the equipment you need, and it works. They offer classes at no extra charge, and offer personal trainers for a extra cost.

They basically robbed me. I never started an account there. The guy who stole my wallet and his friend did with my debit card and they let them. Then refused to give me my money back AND charged me for cancelling their plan.....AWFUL. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT I CAN'T.

Been going here for over 4 year's. There is something for everyone here. Young,old,female,male,wait loss,mussel heads or just the average Joe. Has been a place me and my son have called our second home for years. Why would you want to go anywhere else for your fitness needs.

I have been a member at 24 hour Family Fitness for several years, and find it to meet all my expectations for a fitness establishment. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and personable and will assist you in your personal fitness goals. Furthermore, the variety of fitness machinery, free weights, treadmills and exercise programs meet anyone's excercise needs.
It's just a great place to workout!

I had not ever been to a gym before and was pretty nervous because of being overweight and in poor physical condition. Bill King helped me not to be self-conscious and to focus on my goal. Bill asked questions to determine what my goals were and then patterned a plan that would aid me in my endeavor. He worked with me in the beginning until I got my form and the applicable program designed for my needs (to be physically fit and lose weight). As my needs changed, recommendations were made in changing my routine.

The gym is secure (member only key-card) and open 24/7 making it flexible for me to adjust to my busy schedule. The equipment is kept up, with new ones added periodically, and the gym and equipment are very clean. The gym has a great family atmosphere and the clients that are regulars become like family, greeting one another and asking how one is. There is also a separate section for women that is secure (key-coded) for any woman not wanting to work out in the main area. There are also programs (such as Zumba).

I have been going to this gym for several years and plan to continue. Other gyms come and go but I won’t change because this gym has great equipment and Bill and staff, are like family.
