MVMT is a dream place to escape for an hour and workout with a strong group of ladies, loud music, and fun lighting. The instructors are incredible at making you feel comfortable and encouraged throughout class.

I really love the instructors, classes, and all the ladies I have met since joining MVMT! With a large variety of classes, times, and childcare there’s sure to be something for everyone. The classes are fun, designed with all different variations of moves for all fitness levels, and each one will make you sweat. I have never been a morning person or a daily workout person until MVMT. Now the classes, people, and results have me going to the early morning classes 5 days a week! If you’re looking for a place to start your fitness journey where it’s all supportive women and zero judgments MVMT is the perfect fit!

MVMT is such a special place to me. I’ve met so many wonderful people and working out is much more fun with friends! Everyone is so welcoming, and I especially love that there is such a variety of classes to choose from. The instructors are truly top notch and always happy to offer modifications if needed. My son loves the childcare, and I love that it’s included in the membership! I 10/10 recommend MVMT!
