10/10 highly recommend this place!! I've attended 10 classes so far and have experienced tremendous healing to my nervous system I didn't know I could achieve from intense workouts in a heated room!❤️ this is the PERFECT AND ONLY place where I experience mental/physical/emotional growth all at once.

I never feel judged here and I am comforted to know the other ladies are also there for themselves so there is no competition- it's just whatever you need when you walk through those doors. Also, love worship night! Gotta give God praise for the opportunity and ability to move my body and renew my mind in a place like this. 🥹

The best workout is the one you’ll do! Nooma has something for everyone…but fair to say that it is HOT! For me, it’s a physical and mental detox. Best (and only) workout that I’ve ever truly stuck with. ♥️
