I rejoined Orange Theory in January and have attended 200+ classes this year. On the weekends, I always enjoy Coach Brooke’s classes at the Midtown location (her primary studio). She maintains a positive, energetic, and supportive attitude that fuels the class to achieve their goals. What can I say? I’ve found an exceptional place to hit the *restart button* on my life.
I was introduced to fitness training when I was just six years old, and I’ve been a workout and yoga enthusiast ever since — until life threw me off track during my undergrad years. I was never quite confident enough to work out in public places, and I’m extremely picky when it comes to choosing the best gyms in town.
Before committing, I literally researched and attended intro classes at every gym within a 10-mile radius — and that’s when I found myself coming back to the *Orange family* once again.
From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and inspired to give my best every single session. The exceptional coaches here push me to go that extra mile — and I genuinely see myself getting stronger every day.
My very first intro class was with **Coach Kim**, who made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained every area in detail and created such a warm, positive experience that I knew right then I wanted to continue with OTF Midtown. My rowing style even surprised her — which led to a fun chat about my previous OTF Glen Ellyn (Chicago) days before I moved to Little Rock for a new job.
Then came **Coach Cathy** — a total game-changer for me. Just two days after joining, I booked a 6:15 AM session with her. Her energy was simply contagious! After class, I told her I’d read amazing things about her on Google and Yelp, and when I shared my goals, she looked me in the eye and said, *“What are you doing here? You should come to my 5 AM sessions — and don’t miss the strength classes too!”*
Those words alone sparked a whole new discipline in my lifestyle. Now, my 5 AM crew has become my absolute favorite — they’re an incredible, lively bunch who make every early morning worth it. For someone like me — a quiet, keep-to-myself kind of person — this is my happy place to socialize and feel alive in the best way.
Coach Cathy is patient, encouraging, sarcastic, and wonderfully compassionate. She notices when I’m struggling, reads my face on the treadmill, and then yells, *“Monika! Squeeze your butt cheeks in!”* — and trust me, that’s exactly the push I need at 5 AM! Even on sleepless nights packed with work and research, I make sure I’m there first thing in the morning. I’ve even mastered the art of taking 10-minute power naps every hour — they boost my energy better than any sleep does (but PS: unlike me, please sleep well for faster recovery!).
While my Monday through Wednesday 5 AMs are with Cathy, my Thursdays and Fridays are with **Coach Brooke** — an amazing, fun, facetious, and charming coach with the sharpest eye for detail. She loves my rowing , teaches me techniques to correct my posture every single day. Her strength sessions are so power-packed that even on lazy weekends, I find myself waking up on a Sunday by 9 AM just to join her final strength class at 10:30 am whenever I can.
**Coach Carsson** is incredible too — always so encouraging and supportive.
The place is great. The coaches are inspiring. The people who show up every day are genuinely wonderful. On days when I’m not working or just want to unwind, you’ll still find me training here — that’s how much this place has impacted my life for the better.
I’m deeply attached to my coaches — for the way they push me, check on me, and even playfully tease me when I’m not giving my best. It’s the kind of tough love that makes this feel like so much more than just a gym — it’s my community, my safe space, my *restart button*.
To anyone out there looking for a second chance to transform your life and fall in love with yourself again — **come check this place out**. I promise, you’ll be glad you did.

I have been a member of OTF Midtown since 2016. The design of each workout template is a great blend of strength, endurance and power. The ability of each coach to implement these specific templates is what makes OTF exceptional. Coach Brooke and Coach Cathy are both exceptional. After being a member here for 9 months, and working out at 6 other orange theory studios, I can confidently say this is a great studio. The staff are responsive, courteous, and kind—for example, after seeing ear plugs at another studio while I traveled, I requested them and the studio manager had them ready for me (and everyone) the next week. Coaches know their stuff - offering personal corrections without being rude. Coaches are also quite friendly, commenting on achievements in class, being very present with the music, performance, and functioning of members during a workout. Plus, this studio has a lot of fun! Studio 54 workout to celebrate a milestone workout for someone or skating event just because. Always clean, good restroom and shower facilities, enough space to not feel cramped in there but small enough it’s got a good community vibe. 10/10!

I love this gym because the coaches lead you well, and have fun whenever they can! Love OTF midtown. Coach Cathy is truly the best. She makes sure your form is perfect and she gives you plenty of alternate moves to work different muscles/make things more challenging etc. She pushes me and I love that. All the coaches are great but she goes beyond. I also love that She really focuses on stretching at the end, too. 10/10 A++ GIVE HER A RAISE.

At the end of 2023 I knew I wanted to start working out but had zero idea how to start. My partner recommended OrangeTheory and I took a chance with a free class. I imagined feeling out of place, judged, and dumb. After the first class, I was SO excited to come back. I feel welcome and positively supported and part of a community without the pressure. Week to week, quiet and reserved folks show up and the loud goofballs show up too. Everyone does their thing and the environment is intoxicating. I love OTF Midtown! When I moved to Little Rock, I was apprehensive because I loved the studio in DC so much. I wasn’t disappointed. The location is superb. The staff is kind and supportive. The studio is clean and much bigger than some others I have been to. The workouts are easy to follow and very efficient. I have a busy schedule so I like a one hour, well-rounded class that covers cardio, strength, endurance, etc. I’m a fan!

I have been a member for 8 months (or have done 117 classes).. I love the coach guided templates where I don’t have to worry or think about what I need to do. Each class workout is pretty much different and each workout brings their own unique challenges which keeps it interesting. Also, I like the different challenges and benchmarks that are planned randomly. These are great ways to test and measure your individual progress. These coaches do care and all about making sure you meet your fitness goals no matter where you may be at. It’s nothing better when they call you out your name.. all POSITIVE! I love me some OTF!

This is the first gym I've ever joined. I'm enjoying feeling more fit and looking in the mirror. Warning, there are friendly people there. - Its a fun experience! Since joining, I've been working out more regularly than I have in years. If you go and don't want to talk to people, you don't need to. Somehow, the instructors remember everyone's names. The regular schedule and app is nice for forming habits.

I’ve been a member of OTF Midtown since they opened in 2016. I know I would never work out that hard on my own if it weren’t for the motivation of the OTF coaches making the “pushes” and “all outs” achievable. Coach Brooke’s positive energy keeps me engaged throughout the high-intensity workouts, and her attention to proper form keeps this “senior member” safe and my workout effective. The variety of the workouts keeps things interesting and I love the playlists ( most of the time 😊). Orange Theory Midtown is the best of the best!! I drive 45 minutes from White Hall to Little Rock for the 6:15 am class and I don't mind at all. The coachs are so personable and at the same time they take one on one interest that you get the best workout possible. Midtown is always clean and inviting. It feels like one big family. I think of the tv show "Cheers" everybody knows my name. Orange Theory workouts just work for me. I see the best results other than anyother workout I have done. The Midtown Orangetheory studio is the greatest place ever. I started coming here with my sister a few months after my daughter was born. I became a religious 5 am class attendee and can even be seen wearing an OT Hell Week shirt in her first birthday photos. She is now 5. Over the years I have felt nothing but support and encouragement from the staff and community at this studio and it is often times the best part of my day. Thanks to the the coaches and staff for your smiles and happy disposition always pushing us to be our best… even at 5 o’clock in the morning. Yay Midtown!

This is a great OTF location! All of the coaches are personable and easy to follow. Brooke is my favorite coach here. Don’t let her catch you resting for too long though 😂. If you are thinking of joining a fitness program, I’m a year and a half in and OTF is the first thing I’ve ever been consistent with. You can’t get results without putting in the work but they really guide you here to the point that you don’t have to worry about what you are doing that day. The coach tells you what to do and the screens show videos of the workouts the entire time. The change in my body and overall health has been really drastic. I’ve never been in better shape than I am now.

Absolutely love it! I turn 50 this year. This workout is for all ages and all body types. I love that everyone at OTF is kind, friendly and encouraging. I’ve never felt judged for not being that “perfect skinny girl” body type.
All the coaches at OTF Midtown are great! Brooke, Erin, Jermaine, and Jaelynn have all been encouraging and helpful. They correct me when I’m doing the weights wrong and they push me to do more on the treadmill.
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Zaccheus!
Also I love that once you join OTF, you can book a class at any OTF studio. My husband and I were able to go to an OTF studio in La while on vacation so that we could keep our workout routine.
It has been a great experience for my husband and me. I highly recommend OTF and I specifically recommend OTF Midtown!

I have lots of problems:
1. Any gym fanatic knows that orange theory is not the way to go. 30 mins of cardio, 30 mins weights but no proper instruction or supervision. Even if you are losing weight with this routine your body will eventually plateau. THERE NEEDS TO BE TONING.
2. Fees. They have all these hidden fees that they do NOT tell you about but swear they do. Why are you gonna charge me $15 to pause my account for a month? Why am I gonna get charged if I cancel my class ? ! Why are you gonna charge me another month when I cancel my account? This company has gotta be a scam cause they charge you for every little thing ! They do not care about your finances or life events that may happen… all they care about is money.
All these reviews have gotta be left by people that work that front desk because someone is lying up in here.

Had called a week prior and set up class for two of my girlfriends and I, the day of I had to drop my children off and I was two minutes over being five minutes late the lady informed me I was not able to come into class and that I knew about this through text message….. however I never received the text message so needless to say I wasn’t allowed in the class why my other two friends we’re in there looking for me all because of a text message I never received. Had I known I only have five minutes then I would’ve been sure to be on time. Wouldn’t recommend them due to poor communication. What was even more hurtful they didn’t even try to make it right it was just say I’m sorry and that was it will never be back to any location again.
Also will be telling all of my friends and family to join me at ESPORTA. They actually care that you have a life outside of gym and want to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Tried it out for the first time this morning, skeptical of the hype and their ability to keep everyone socially distanced and safe. Honestly I was incredibly impressed. Their staff was friendly, the trainer (Brittany) was super educational and helpful but still pushed you to work hard. Highly recommend!!

My wife started going here originally. I was very much against it because I can be hard headed. One day she signed me up and made me go. We now go twice a week regularly and I am so glad I do!
