This facility is fine, but it is HOT in there! The thermostat is set to 75 during an Arkansas summer. Really impedes a good workout.

Seriously, turn the air down. There's no reason for it to be so hot.

EDIT: It's now hotter inside than it is outside! I don't know if it's extreme penny pinching or what but this is ridiculous.

SECOND EDIT: Now they have the heat on for some reason. I don't get it. Hopefully some corporate gym sets up shop soon and puts an end to this clown show.

Great little gym in Vilonia. 24/7 key card access. Small children's center area if you have to bring your child. Not staffed to watch children. They offer some specialized classes and workouts. Also available are tanning beds, locker rooms, showers and towels. There's a cold drink vending machine and a water fountain. A walking track and a variety of workout machines, tread mills, and free weights are available. Heated and cooled building. Family plan is affordable and owners are super cool and knowledgeable.

Pace is a refreshing place to go work out/ yoga class. I love that it is right in town. The people at the desk always are there to greet us as we come in. The teachers are very sweet, friendly,& are always informative. It’s also nice because we can watch tv while working out,& we can always turn on whatever we would like to watch/ listen to , very relaxing , & great place to go ‘& destress!!!:!

I have been a member of Pace for 10 years. This gym is an important asset to our town. It has a small town feel, but I can get a great workout in as long as I am willing to put in the effort. The classes at 5am start my day off right. The owner genuinely cares about his members, and keeps the gym clean.

I have been working out at PACE since they opened several years ago. Dave & Cindy are great people! I have worked out with a few of their trainers & they have all been helpful and encouraging! For the past 7 years I’ve attended the morning classes, the people especially the instructor, have become good friends. I highly recommend given the gym & the classes a try!

I absolutely love this gym!! Being in a small town has its quirks...but it also has tremendous perks..PACE gym is one of those perks! It has everything that you could possibly want in a gym AND it’s right down the road! The facility is fully equipped with cardio and weight equipment and has AH-MAZING classes!!! PACE has a family friendly safe environment that suits not only my fitness needs but my husband and my teenage son as well. This establishment is a gem for the community of Vilonia!

LOVE PACE Fitness!! I have been with PACE for many years and love the Christian family atmosphere. While their monthly fee may be more than other larger gyms (that also charge additional yearly fees) this place is convenient, local, and family owned. I love that the staff AND members are kind and helpful toward each other.
