My payment hit Wednesday but I got paid today. 3 days. The same exact Second that my 27 dollar payment didn’t go through, I was charged 20 dollars. The bank doesn’t even do that. I haven’t been yet bc of work but I’m cancelling today. The exact second without a 10 day grace period is insane with how the economy is today.

The equipment at this exact location is old and faulty without hopes for upgrades since the location doesn’t meet their financial goals. My friend, getting out of the tanning bed like NORMAL, went through the glass and that’s how we found out about all the equipment never getting upgraded from the Staff there. So good luck to yall. I hope yall don’t die and actually sue them unlike my friend who was too nice, though she did file an accident report in case her cut up knee got infected and needed medical attention.

I’d rather just pay the extra for Healthworks and know that I am at least dealing with professionals instead of penny pinching scam artists.

Oh and I have Black Card membership that just started this month and paid one fee and didn’t realize I would be charged again the exact same month. So that was $60 for the month of June and didn’t even get to go. I’d rather pay the annual fee at Healthworks and not worry about it again.

Th whole place isn’t worth even the 27 a month, much less 40 even though I get paid weekly so it would never be more than a few days if late, but there is ZERO grace period.

UPDATE: They reimbursed my 20 dollars late fee last night so that’s a plus. Will be going to check out the actual site myself soon. Can update more from there. Will be confirming if they really are advertising it to be 24/7 but actually not. With my work schedule, I would need odd hours to be able to go during the week so that will be a deal breaker if there’s not really a way I can attend except on weekends.

This place isn’t even 24/7 like the rest of the nation. Their excuse, “COVID-19” that was 4 years ago. If it’s not the “traffic available” to keep it open then why can’t they stock up the fridge?? What’s the excuse now? Corporate doesn’t have funds? If privately owned… don’t be cheap

To the personnel responsible for financial budgeting: Reaching out to your staff on multiple occasions hasn't changed the outcome in x11 months. Do something and sustain the change you're already charging an annual service fee of $49.95. There's a grocery store just across the street. Your team just sits behind the desk about 90% of the time or works out. I'm sure they have time to spare just like you did to directly respond to my review. Thank you.

Always nice and friendly. They greet you as you come in. Has always been clean. But I have been in the bathroom where they was someone smoking a vape pin that smelled like marijuana, twice. Other than that it has always been super clean and all the staff are working.

If I could do 0 stars I would, I canceled my membership almost a year ago, now it is my fault for not doing my due diligence and making sure it was canceled because I moved a couple hours away, so I found out I was still being charged, went and drove there to cancel it, now a year later I see I'm STILL being chartered and they say "there's no documentation that you canceled it so theirs nothing we can do" when I drove the 3 hours just to cancel it a year ago, I 1000% do not recommend anybody go here because they will screw you over for trying to cancel your account.

Great place to exercise or workout, excellent & helpful staff, very clean bathrooms, changing rooms, & shower(@ Least the men's side is, personally idk about the ladies side but I'm sure its just as clean & nice).. They have several different types of exercise equipment, cable machines, free weights, yoga mats, & dumbells to pick from for use in your workouts.. Overall a great gym with a good atmosphere & everyone is friendly & nods, waves, or says hello when you pass.. The facility is clean and has enough equipment you don't have to wait on someone to work out. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The locker rooms are very nice with good showers. Then there are the special things: the 30-minute workout area with red light/green light, independent free weight area, massage chairs, sun booth areas, and hydro massage makes all the difference in the world between fitness centers. Black card all the way baby!

Friendly staff! Past two weeks there was a couple of times that they were not open at 5a and patrons were sitting outside waiting...no notes left on door or time changes on the web site. Equipment is dusty and bathrooms are sub par. There is no direct way to contact management or owners to lodge a complaint or concern. The atmosphere is good tho...it's truly a no judgment facility, anyone would feel comfortable working out there.

Employee stole my AirPods and then when he found out I had them on lost mode( can’t connect to them unless I turn it off) he put them in the area I had been working out in ,and I had tracked them all the way to levilla and then back to planet fitness, finally got them back

Planet Fitness is by far the best gym hat I have ever been to. Normally when I go to a public place to exercise I get really shy/nervous, but with PF everyone there is so friendly/helpful/non-judgmental!!! They also have a great tanning area as well and it's always super clean. I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else to workout!

The workout area is pretty clean, but they don't look like they clean the locker rooms and showers often. Shower was in the same condition as yesterday with used soap bars on the floor and used crushed plastic shampoo bottle in the stall. Also there's no hot water
