We’ve been members and visitors of lots of PF clubs and this is one of the best ones! Very clean, up to date with new equipment options (recent additions are unique and fun), and friendly staff. My only complaint is the placement of the cable machines right by the abnormally tall windows causing some blinding light at certain placements during the afternoon, but that really is my only con of this location which is impressive. Especially getting the 5 star review because the asst. manager, Summer, really helped our temporary cancellation process go smoothly! We go in and out of PF locations due to military relocations but this location has been one of our most positive throughout and helps the decision to continue membership at the next location it’s accessible much easier 👍🏻

I have been a member of Planet fitness for about 2 years. Crossover location is BY FAR the BEST facility in NWA. I have gone to most of the locations and the facility itself is the cleanest, and the layout is 2 story which I really like.
The BEST part of crossover is the staff. They are an amazing set of people as individuals and always professional.
This Gym always has a monthly topic that they bring awareness to or celebrate. A few months ago it was Suicide awareness month and they had a board to put sticky notes of encouragement that you could take and leave one for someone else. It was touching.
As a Veteran, consistency and predictability is a core part of daily functioning. To know that the same staff is there day in and day out it creates a cohesive atmosphere and the patrons at this gym are great as well. Any time I’ve seen anything that needed to be tweaked or improved I have brought it to their attention and they are always welcoming of the information and keep the gym rolling by replacing pads and parts as soon as they get tickets for them. They are always on top of cleaning and have a friendly demeanor.
Coming to this Planet fitness not only helps me to stay physically healthy but knowing it’s a constant in my life and routine with the same great people really adds happiness to my day.
They are honoring Veterans this month and called me out as soon as I walked through the door to honor me for my service.I would also like to say Thank you to my fellow gym patrons who are also Veterans… Dennis 🫡 thank you. And all the veterans not just at my location but all over. Y’all are amazing. Thanks for your service in all the many ways and sacrifices you’ve made and continually face. Today my AirPod got stuck in the stairmaster, and I couldn’t get it out. So I asked Peyton, one of the employees, to help. He was really kind and immediately came over to help. He spent like 10 minutes working to get my AirPod out and had to lift the machine and move it around but eventually he got it out. He was so nice about it though. Give this man a raise!

If I have to take one more cold shower I swear. It's It's been months, and I try to shower here 2- 3 times a week, sometimes more if the water at home is out. For months now, its been 5 minutes or less of hot water- then straight cold. Is it ever going to be fixed? I'd rather stink like livestock then keep taking cold showers.

I love this gym! I’ve been to all of the planet fitness’s around here and by far this has been the cleanest most spacious and comfortable and fitting to me and what an amazing staff here as well! Usually it’s Jordan, Seth, or Payton that’s at the front desk when I walk in but they always greet me with a nice smiling face and ask how I’ve been and if I haven’t gone in a couple days, ask where I’ve been 😂 I give this location a 10/10 hands down!!!! :)

This location has been repeatedly charging me after I cancelled my membership months ago. It is also charging me on two separate credit cards. Not a Gym for athletes. Wouldn’t even let me do my warm up run upstairs. Mariah the night shift lady is a Karen and started bothering me while I was working out because I was running upstairs late at night with nobody in the gym. No one even gave a complaint about me running.

I LOVE this gym! I have the black membership. When I come in, I like to put all my stuff in the tall locker, go to the front desk to sign in to use the red light therapy machine to warm up my body and clear my skin (i have eczema, acne, & dark areas). Then I use the 30 minute circuit room for whole body workout, and then do cardio. Then I use the showers, which are clean and have a private space attached for changing. Then I go use the hydromassage. Working out also double as a spa day. #sustainable! This gym is big and clean, all the equipment works well, and I love that I can go to any location to do my routine.

Planet Fitness says you can cancel by in person or by mail. How ridiculous is that? You can get a membership online and upgrade online, but you can’t even cancel your membership over the phone?

Again, this is because people are less likely to have the time to come in or the time to mail-in to cancel. So, it makes them more money because cancelling is more difficult than joining.

Riddle me this Planet Fitness: How come I can start/upgrade membership in the app, but I can’t cancel?

First and foremost, it's all about the staff and cleanliness. Helpful, happy and attentive from management to hourly. Just flat out good people. Locker rooms are really clean and well kept. I know there are gyms more suited for heavy lifting but I'm now almost 67 and past that stage. All I need is here for any aggressive or cardio workout and, for the price of a Black membership which allows nationwide access its awesome to have for travel. Also so nice with Black Membership to have access to tanning, hydro beds and message chairs. Thanks again to all the great staff for your effort.

Great gym! There are two floors with plenty of equipment. Everything, including the restroom, seems sufficiently clean, and the staff has been very kind to me. I’ve only held memberships at a few different gyms in my life, but this one is by far my favorite of those:

I would say this location is especially good for those looking for a cool place to do cardio during the Arkansas summers. I mostly attend at peak hours and there are still plenty of treadmills available. Weight benches can be hard snag during busier times, but I never have to wait long. Thank you guys for running such a nice facility!

Really impressed and appreciative of how well the manager (pretty sure his name is Will) took care of a billing issue I had been dealing with for months. There was something wrong with the autopay system that I had tried to resolve through the call center multiple times so I finally came in to speak with someone in person, and he was SO helpful, patient, and considerate of my frustrations with it. He had a great attitude and resolved it better than anyone I had tried the last few months.
ALSO one of the cleanest locations I've been to. These guys are doing a great job.

Facility is very clean. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Brody the personal trainer is great! He helped me build a workout program based on my fitness goals and showed me how to properly use the machines. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped and encouraged me so much. Everyone in the facility has made it really easy for me to feel comfortable enough to continue on my journey to get healthier. I appreciate that there is a place where I feel encouraged to do that and it keeps me coming back!

Disgusting is the least word they can describe these crooks. Once they have your information and routing information for automatic payments, it’s impossible to cancel membership. Even if you make a stop payment on the routing number, they will charge your account from a different account they have, which is totally fraudulent.

This location has always been great for the last 6 years until my most recent experience. My friend and I were in the circuit room along with roughly four other people, and an employee came in and yelled at us. She had long, brown, curly hair and was wearing it down. She started screaming at everyone about using the circuit room correctly. My friend and I along with other people were confused because no one was camping on the machines and we were all moving pretty quickly. She then screamed that if we didn’t know how to use it then we needed to get out of the room and use the main room. After I had moved machines, I switched the song on my playlist and fixed my weights to fit me better. Took me all of 10 seconds to do. When I looked up she was standing against the wall staring at me like I was doing something wrong. The rest of my time there, I noticed she was walking up to other patrons and interrupting their work out and “correcting” their form. I thought that this gym has a policy of not making anyone feel uncomfortable. This employee was straight bullying everyone and making us feel uncomfortable. I think at this point I would rather risk my safety running in the dark at the park then to be bullied by employees.

The staff at the front desk; JILLIAN & MARISSA are the reasons my family did NOT get gym memberships at PF in E Fayetteville! They were so rude and LITERALLY ganged up and tag-teamed me with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received in my entire life! Worst part of it is we're NEW to the area from Texas & decided on PF over Crunch, but those HORRID girls with their wretched attitudes drove us away! SHAME! THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THAT FRONT DESK. Side note, the AM Ashton did attempt to rectify the mistreatment. But the damage was already done. I still think those girls should be fired.

Huge fan of this gym. Everyone working out that I’ve encountered are friendly and courteous, the staff overall is very helpful and friendly (except for one specific girl who is always playing on her phone and acts bothered whenever someone walks by. Not sure on name.,) the machines are all working and clean, and the building itself is spacious enough to facilitate plenty of available machines or weights.

The parking lot is sometimes a bit of a maze to get around in because it’s such a small section and so many cars are actively coming and going. But overall, this is a great location and we enjoy coming.

The staff omg how rude! There's a tall skinny female with long black hair that works there who acted like it was such an imposition to show my friend how to utilize a guest pass. Offered absolutely no help to me, the visitor. Horribly rude and uncalled for!

Then there is some kind of low vibration sound that emits from somewhere near the lockers but permeates the entire place. I absolutely could not tolerate it at all. It was horrible and if you have any kind of neurological condition or autism or anything like that, I would stay away from this location.

Ok gym and 24hrs was good a year and a half ago. But don't be fooled by the month to month scam. They continue to bill you until you come into the gym and cancel in person and go thru all that and there still gonna bill you a $49 yearly exit fee. The facility is always dirty in the locker rooms .

I thought Planet Fitness Fayetteville (West) was the best Planet Fitness, I was wrong. This must be the nicest Planet Fitness, two stories, what what, love the position of the mirrors.
