I use to love coming here, and then things changed and got worst, now I feel like it's getting even more worse since the summer has come and you guys are doing the summer thing for the teenager to come in. But I feel like they need a time frame. I can't even come in a work out because a bunch on Teenagers are in there. I couldn't get on the machines yesterday, now when I go in this morning all I see is teenagers, so I left before I could reach the door. I won't be doing this. Give them the weekend or a certain time. Not before noon or evening. All they are doing is sitting on the damn machines and others can't get on. Yeah I won't be doing this gym anymore

Update: I just changed my location from this Planet Fitness to the one on Markham and omg I'm so glad we did. The atmosphere, the space is amazing, and with more equipment ( it's better for me and my husband)I will be closing my account down at this one on geyer spring

This gum changes staff like changing underware. Never same people. I signed to join in Jan,I wanted to upgrade in mid Jan to black membership .At end of Jan I cancelled . Feb and March all the way till May I was charged extra money . My monthly rate was in question when my bank overdrafted because this gum didn't remove the charges . They wanted me to pay for months I didn't even use or sign for. Infact, assistant manager said he seen where I cancelled,but needed to talk it over with manager. Manager blatantly lied stating zi never signed a cancellation
Why would I want to continue going to a gym that steals money from a elderly grandma on a fixed income with Medicare,knowing I was supposed to get membership free anyway because of my age with Medicare ins? This gym is a scam please don't sign any drafts or give routing number or bank account drafts . They like taking advantage of old people as they did to me

Lot's of good things to say about this location. I was greeted when I walked in. She looked at me as she greeted me and had a genuine smile on her face.

This is the smallest location I've visited and I liked the vibe it gave off. The equipment was clean, there was good music playing, and it looks cared for.

The women's locker room was very clean. The shower floors were a brilliant white and the tile grout was clean. While it only had 2 showers, they weren't the largest I've found at some PF's, but for my fat a$$, they were very comfortable for me to freely turn around in while showering.

The shower heads in the handicapped shower were the highest quality I have yet to see. The handheld one actually has some weight to it and could be moved up and down the sliding bar to adjust the height. The best part is it actually stayed put. And you could adjust the water spray so you had 2 streams of water.

It was nice...UNITIL

The water temperature never got above 90 - 95 degrees. I was looking forward to a nice HOT shower. Nope, never happened. I started shivering towards the end. The locker room was a bit chilly to begin with, which I appreciate, but no hot water made for a less than stellar shower.

This location has no soap in the shower and no blow dryer.

Overall, this is a good location. Friendly staff, clean facility, and nice equipment.

The workers are friendly and professional, nice people. We see the workers cleaning the machines, which are spaced apart from each other. We just feel like it's safe to go there - not crowded and COVId concerns taken seriously by the staff. Cleansing stations clearly marked. Works well for us.

I was a member at 10 fitness but I didn't like that gym and how I was treated so I became a member at planet fitness and I love it I love this gym and how it's set up and how it looks on the inside I love the colors too and the staff is cool too I felt a great vibe while being there too this gym is way better than 10 fitness.

I came to this gym as a guest with my husband for the first time from Wisconsin . The lady in front asked me to take a pictures. I asked her why I need to take pictures and I don’t wanna take any pictures, she with a really baaaaad attitude yelled at me saying “You need to take a picture “ I responded to her wait calm down Its not my first time coming to a gym and I didn’t have to take a pictures in the past , and that I already signed a waiver. She still with a bad attitude told me Go ahead if you hit somebody and bla blah blah we cant identify you. I told her It’s Ok I know how to be in a gym, At the end I asked her if I can have her name y she ignored me saying You can’t have my name I can’t give you my name. What kind of gym this is?. You should have a proper training for this front desk people. Stop to be rude to the guests. Well at end of an hour my husband had to tell her that he needs to cancel his membership and she reply Ok with no problem and with any apologies.

Today 12/26/2024 i am traveling from Milwaukee Wisconsin to visit family and wanted to get my usual fitness routine and being close i activated my account at 5:25am and went the little rock location by 10 box, I came across an employee by the name of QUAN and finish my activation, I was accompanied by my wife where as my guest was asked to take a picture where my wife denied and I am aware due to safety one has to provide the photo but overlooking the Planet fitness policy it is not required, in the situation we were addressed in a rude manner where it made became tense and I felt very uncomfortable i was un able to focus mentally, I do not know how are the Training methods when training for front desk but in that role one should be the face of the company and also a people person for this person sets the tone and example on if one stays or leaves and with the motivation to return to the facility, sadly I activated my account and canceled my account membership in an hour. If we were addressed in a more kindly manner I would of reconsidered keeping my membership

I am a member at the Geyer Springs Planet Fitness. I love to come in and do my workout with my trainer ,Nikki Loftus. She is outstanding. Always has time to work with you, makes you feel at home. She's always busy even when she isn't teaching a class. She is always helping out,mopping floors ,cleaning equipment, anything she can do to make the clients comfortable.

Very strange rule at this place to close the men's locker room and restroom for cleaning half an hour before the official closing time. When I entered to get my things and use the restroom and shower at 9:40 PM, they denied me access. It's a pity because I frequently go to Planet Fitness in different states and cities, but I've never seen this before.

I love the atmosphere! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the team at the check in station. I love all of the different equipment they have for you to work on multiple areas, if not full body. They really thought your workout journey out thoroughly with the machines, the QR codes you can scan for demonstration, the symbols letting you know what area the machine targets, the different areas for working out, the massage chairs, the hydro massage chairs, the drinks they offer, the locker rooms, the culture as a whole is a VIBE, the music, the motivation, the trainers and classes ... man I can go on and on about Planet Fitness! If you haven't joined, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I'm new on my journey and they have provided all the essentials I need to make this journey one for the books! Not only that , but my 13yr old son works out with me as well and he LOVE It!!! I love it here, even when its a full house. JOIN JOIN JOIN !

I like that the gym opens at 5 am. I go early to avoid crowds and get finished in time to get to work. The equipment is in excellent condition and clean. There are also lockers to store your things while you work out. Also, the price of a membership is great.

Today I went with the intention of acquiring a membership, but I chose to only pay for the pass for one day and this due to the unpleasant attention that the girl at the reception who was there at 8 am gave me (I wanted to avoid thinking that I could be about racism) I am Mexican I asked him if he could show me the gym and he despotically said no, I can't let anyone see the gym (I don't know if this is the policy of this chain). My cell phone did not allow me to download the application to register to only pay for one day and in a rude tone he told me: when you come to the USA you must make all those changes, he told me many many things that this would become extensive. She was really willing to try my patience but I am an athlete and this sport teaches me discipline in many ways. and I really ended up thanking him for giving me such a bad deal. This happened at a branch in Little Rock Arkansas. Despite the bad weather, I enjoyed my training like a disciplined athlete, nothing stops us.

GYM itself is great, there is a personal trainer in the morning that is always playing music on a loud handheld speaker that is so loud to overrides everyone’s headphones. I personally bring headphones so I can listen to what I want while exorcising exercising but his loud speaker always overrides my headphones and can’t enjoy my music. I don’t think anyone else is happy with this.

I enjoy exercising at this particular Planet Fitness for multiple reasons. A few of those reasons are as follows: those behind the desk always greet me with a smile whenever I enter; I have always found the facility, and the equipment, clean and in good condition; I am always able to move freely between machines without much of a wait; the bathroom is always clean.

The staff at this location always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I have never ask any of them a question and received an attitude or negative energy from them. I enjoy the establishment for light workout and cardio days and the fact that i can still workout when on vacation no matter where I travel. I do wish they would return to the 24hr schedule as that is the reason I joined in the beginning this works better for people who work and may not have as much time in the evenings. It's not too crowded and a great way to start the day being able to go in early morning before going to work. You don't have to wait on machines as you do in the evenings when it's crowded and people are just sitting on machines on their phones. Which makes your workout longer and not as effective. But other than that it's a good gym
