I'm writing to address the inconsistent enforcement of the visitor pass policy at this location. As a visitor from out of state, and not my home gym, I've used a guest pass associated with my family's Black Card membership multiple times over the past two years (during holiday visits only) without the account holder present.

However, during my visit today, I was stopped by an older front desk employee who insisted that the Black Card member needed to be present for me to use the guest pass. When I inquired about this apparent change, she stated that it "has always been the policy," which is untrue based on my previous check-ins. Despite my attempts to explain the inconsistency, she offered me a weekly pass for $20, which I declined.

This review aims to highlight the staff's inconsistent application of the guest pass policy. It's unacceptable for a staff member to claim that a policy has "always been in place" when it clearly hasn't been consistently enforced. Clear and consistent policies are essential, especially during the holiday season when many people travel and rely on gym access, even if it's not their home gym. I urge management to retrain all staff members on the correct visitor pass policy to prevent similar situations in the future.

I work on the road and only have a membership so I can shower here during the week. After a long hard day all I want sometimes is a warm shower. In the past 2 months I've taken ice cold showers way more than hot ones here as they won't fix or replace their hot water heater.

Good place for a workout if you want machines. On the con side. People that go here don't have any gym etiquette. They'll sit on equipment and look at their phones. They do curls while right on top of the rack blocking others from it, just to be looking at themselves in the mirror. I saw one guy eating breakfast by leaving a yogurt on one machine and a banana on another. Really stupid self absorbed behavior. I go there when it is least crowded to avoid these idiots.

Welp. First day I tried working out there, I had my wallet stolen and had multiple charges on my credit card and debit card. I’m honestly most upset about my passport and my drivers license being stolen right before my scheduled flight to see my dad in a foreign country. Sad I’ll be having to miss the opportunity to go see him. Pro tip: bring a lock or buy a lock because even if you’re working out for less than an hour, people will steal your things.

The plus side of such a horrible experience is that the staff that I got to interact with were super helpful and immediately contacted management. They were so nice and very empathetic of the whole situation, even though ultimately I should have just been smarter about the whole thing. I just can’t go back to a place and know I’ll have the chance of working out with the woman who stole not only a large sum of money, my wallet, and my chance to see my father in person.
Again, the staff were great, it’s a nice gym, just whatever you do, learn from my mistakes and bring a lock!

Staff does not know what they are doing at the front desk. I have a Classic Membership in TX. You should be able to pay $5 to visit any other Planet Fitness. The staff was adamant that I should pay $20. My wife came earlier that day and they charged her $5. I had to get Corporate office on the line to explain it to them. This whole process cut my 60-min planned workout to 10-minutes. Front office needs training.

Don't go here they charged my card more then what my monthly rate is .I haven't used it in 6 Mos. I told them last time don't reactivate my account unless I authorize it . They reinstated it charged me 50 dollars .my membership should only be less than 20 a month? This is food in my mouth I was saving that money for groceries and they took my money. Dont give them the routing number because that's how they get there Money. I changed my card on purpose so they wouldn't charge it .bit they charged it from me giving them my routing number I talked to 3 people who said don't worry we canceled membership and you will get your money back 3 to 5 days. Love this gym. I come normally with my boyfriend but I wished they cleaned the bathroom more often. Especially the SHOWERS! I’ve seen the same hair sitting in the shower for days. And there’s mildew/mold build up on the shower walls and shower heads. They should definitely do a deep clean and replace the shower heads/ curtains. I also wished they provided soap in the showers. My boyfriend says the same about the men’s bathroom. I’ve been to smaller planet fitness gyms and the bathrooms offer more and are kept up with way better.

I really like planet fitness. They are very sterile and the equipment doesn't stink like some other places I've been. Former management/customer service here has been horrid. I went to gym back in January to cancel my membership, employee took my name and phone number but never actually canceled it. I called after the yearly fee hit because it was supposed to be canceled, employee said I would have to come in to cancel even though I already had. Went in a second time to cancel prior to moving. Guess what? It didn't get canceled again. Spoke to manager on the phone today as I see charges while going through bank statements. He cancels it, says the location was under different management when I attempted cancelation before, but says there can be no refund as I have no proof I ever came in even though he can see the membership has not been used. I will never sign up with them again, nor will I suggest them to anyone. Go elsewhere for your gym needs.

I recently had a very negative experience with a manager at this location regarding an unauthorized membership and subsequent charges. Cameron (if that's even his real name) was very unprofessional and ill-tempered. He offered no help at all and acted like providing customer service support was a bother. It's hard to believe that any company would place someone with these attributes in charge of anything. Planet Fitness, I know it's hard to find decent workers these days, but come on! You might want revisit training with this one or just set your standards a little higher. On a side note...I've never actually been in this club as it is in a very dangerous location. I do, however, highly recommend Club Pilates. Friendly and helpful!

I love the staff, they always make you feel special and communicate with you every day even to say hi. Some gym places are withdrawn from the people and only engage when necessary. Not this group.
