This is my second time at this Planet Fitness, and everything is very clean, organized, and well-maintained. The young lady working here — the one who dresses modestly and beautifully — is always cleaning and taking care of the place. I don’t know her name, but I really respect her style and how hard she works.

Everyone in the gym is friendly and focused on their workouts. The only thing I noticed is that many people hold the treadmill handles the whole time during cardio. You get a much better workout by letting go and walking or running naturally.

Overall, great environment, great staff, and great energy. Perfect place to start your morning and stay motivated.

This location is allowing homeless men to come in and use the bathroom, sit in the lobby having coffee. This particular homeless man is a known criminal, (stabbing incident). It’s been mentioned, in reviews and to management. Management/manager is the one that comp this dude a membership for free every month so he can come in. So please don’t respond to talk to the manager here, they are the ones giving him a free pass.
I’ve made a police report stating Planet Fitness allows them inside, because leaving this location he followed me to my car yelling and cussing. Little did I know he was on drugs and off his rocker that day and was yelling at some invisible person, most people know these are the unpredictable ones. But considering he walked within a foot of my door when I shut it, then is allowed inside here. Not cool, not safe.

This gym is getting 3 stars because of the terrible homeless problem out front. As a person who has worked out about 7 years and actively can defend herself, I do not feel safe even getting to the club before they open. Today alone, two were yelling and cussing at each other, and another was walking through peoples cars. Also, one of them seems to have been given a membership and he can freely enter the club (my understanding is he does not pay) which is also a concern of mine as I don’t feel I should have to pay if we are going to fund our homeless. These concerns need to be addressed, otherwise, you will end up losing loyal people. Also, no point in making a review because they will tell you to talk to management and then you can’t even reply to whoever is manning this review page to let them know that management has been spoken to already and the review was to invoke ACTION

I use this gym very frequently. Staff is very friendly and never have any issue with any if them. For the last few months one of the three stair master machines has been down, specifically the one in the middle. Today I was under the impression that it was fixes as somome was using the middle machine. Nope, they moved it to the side and still have one machine down. Why? Please fix it or add more machines as they tend to be used very often.
I do enjoy using this gym as it is very well maintained and always clean. Its not a bad place at all, just has poor machine maintenance.

I’m currently working out at this Planet Fitness and I’m really impressed! The place is super clean, the equipment is in great condition, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole vibe here is chill and welcoming. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Great experience overall — highly recommend!

This is my closest Planet Fitness location and I tend to go about three times a week around lunch time. The staff is always nice and the facility stays pretty clean. I had one incident a year or so ago and the manager was very nice and attentive when I approached him. Only negative I have is that for some reason the crowd meter in the app isn't always accurate. I've gone here before at odd times (outside of my normal typical time) and the app showed it was not crowded but then it was PACKED. Not sure how that works but still maybe worth looking into. I travel a lot for work and frequent a lot of different Planet Fitness locations and while this one is rather small it's always clean and that goes a little my way with me!

When a good company hires a great person amazing things can happen. Let me tell you about Angelique and planet fitness. I was driving cross country. I live in the desert of Nevada. I stopped here because I have a black card and I needed a break and a shower. And then the rain started and then Angelique made a point of coming to me as I was leaving and saying if you hear sirens, you should come inside. Sirens? Yes, tornado sirens. What the heck! we do not have tornado sirens in Las Vegas. A couple of minutes later here comes the sirens. So not only did Angellique insist I come in to safety, but they let my 60 pound Australian Shepherd come in to the ladies locker room until the danger had passed. But they weren’t done yet helping me. then rather than having me continue they insisted that I park my car under the safety of the strip mall overhang. This was in order to keep hail damage off my car. So Ziggy and I pull in and spend a comfy night sleeping in the car. I can absolutely tell you that Angelique‘s name could easily be shortened to Angel for a reason. Thank you so much for your kindness and concern for an old lady and her dog.

This locaiton is the best in my opnion. I have been goign here sense March of 2021. The club is very clean. I go in the moring time, the moring crew is wonderfull. Madison has been the best over the years with her profesionalism and ablity to answer any quesitons and hlpe any new or current member. David joined the moring crew a few months ago and is very intelligant and knows a lot about how the machines work.

I would recomned this club to anyone in the area.

Kyle, the general Manager takes amazing care of this place. He puts so much thought and care into the club, the members and his team. Caleb, the personal trainer has taken his personal training to an all new level with so much knowledge and care and is helping so many people on their fitness journey. OK, love the gym, love the people, the place is great. But the past couple times I've came to this location, two women with literal puppies are walking around the gym, sitting on the equipment, the locker room stinks because I'd them. Please, whoever owns the PP in VB, these are not trained service dogs! They are PUPPIES with definitely fake paperwork if they provided any. It's so off-putting It makes me want to go to a different gym.

Given the space that’s available, it’s used very wisely for the most part. I think there’s a few too many cardio machines. Every time I go, there’s only about a quarter of them being used. But, I’ve only been going to this location for a little over two weeks. So I could just be missing the rush. But, overall, great facility. Clean. Friendly staff. I’ll definitely be frequenting this location continuously!

The place is nice and clean. They do not provide towels for members, which I find very odd. I’ve never been to a gym that didn’t provide towels. The bathrooms/ changing rooms are also not heated or cooled. It hard to comfortably change when you’re sweating a ton.

Love the Van Buren facility! It's a little smaller than Fort Smith, but I really like the setup. The only difference is the staff: at the Fort Smith location, the staff appear a little more outgoing, but the staff are very professional at both locations

I'll never do planet Fitness again very misleading when you sign up they tell you that you can cancel at anytime... Well I had called talk to someone about canceling due to my car not running and I couldn't afford it no more. I went in canceled it signed the paper work. And I explained it to the girl that worked there. I signed it on the 12th of this month and just seen they took out the monthly fee. So I called this morning talked to Kyle and now I'm being told I didn't sign early enough and when I signed up it was on the first paper I signed which they don't give it to you..
So very disappointing in the way they lie and say you can do this and we'll the girl doesn't work here no more.. Nit my fault you train your employees to lie or mislead people just to get their money any which way you can..
Good day and never again kinda rude didn't careless what I said your basically not getting your money back...
Especially since I canceled due to not having a ride there after my car issues and all my money went into that...
Maybe you should train them better to remember to tell your customers the truth because no one ever told me you have to cancel 7 days before your bill is due. They do it on purpose making sure they get as much money out of yiu aa possible..

Clean and friendly staff. I go 3X a week, and every time they are doing a scrubbing or cleaning of something. Some people find it annoying but honestly gyms can be pretty dirty places and to see the cleaning done and not behind the scenes is comforting to know. FYI I am not a germaphobe just like to see cleaning.

I started coming to this gym about 4 years ago with my bestfriend!! It has really gone down hill in major way. There is almost always a paper towel machine out of paper towels. The bathroom is almost always dirty. There is normally 3 to 4 people working at this location. I started my membership back up about 3 months. I quit coming the last time due to the customer service but try to give the benefit of the doubt. I like the gym experience and the way I feel when I get to work out. To be honest if the Fort Smith location wasn't so out of the way I would go there. I know it isn't cared that anything gets said because life goes on but people pay money to come to the gym and it would be nice to have a good experience and not be met with crabby workers or workers that give false information. I had an incident but concerned about how I would be treated when I come in to workout so I'm not going worry about saying anything!! But it is the reason for my review. As if it really matters!!! Would also be nice of this one could open up 25 hours like the Fort Smith location and also get a upgrade on equipment!!

No issues with staff at all this is purely against the corporate grifters. Your annual fee isn't fooling anyone with an IQ above room temp. Brings the monthly rate to around $32. There's much better options for that price if you drive a little. There's also no way I'm giving my bank account info to a gym. Especially a gym that doesn't have squat racks and punishes effort.

Great PF location. I'm traveling the country and reviewing PFs as I go. Very clean, lots of equipment avaliable, friendly welcome, warm shower and I loved that the changing area had a small shelf with 3 hooks, a large mirror and a chair. I guess anyone else would have to wait for me to leave to change since there was only one. The only thing I found lacking was there was no hair dryer.
